As práticas laborativas no campo de trabalho destinado ao cuidado a usuários de substâncias psicoativas têm evoluído para atender às demandas contemporâneas, numa perspectiva biopsicossocial. Com isso o trabalhador dos serviços psicossociais vem promovendo mudanças na prática do cuidado aos usuários de substâncias psicoativas. Com o olhar voltado para este público – os trabalhadores – elaborou-se esta tese que teve como objetivo geral: analisar o prazer e o sofrimento da equipe de um Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Álcool e Drogas III (CAPS AD III), na perspectiva da Psicodinâmica do Trabalho; e objetivos específicos: descrever a organização do trabalho no CAPS AD III; identificar as situações de prazer e sofrimento vivenciados pelos trabalhadores no trabalho; verificar as estratégias de defesas que o trabalhador utiliza para o sofrimento. Realizou-se um estudo de caso apoiado na abordagem descritiva qualitativa, tendo como referencial teórico a Psicodinâmica do Trabalho. O campo de estudo foi um CAPS AD III, localizado em um município da região Sul do Brasil, tendo como participantes 23 trabalhadores. A coleta dos dados ocorreram, por meio de entrevista individual e da observação. A análise deu-se pela Análise de Conteúdo, mediante a qual emergiram três categorias analíticas: prazer; sofrimento e estratégias defensivas do sofrimento. Observou-se que o serviço dispõe de estrutura física adequada as demandas; a equipe é multiprofissional, formada na maioria por mulheres, adulta, com curso superior completo e concursado. A organização dos serviços ocorre através das definições na reunião de equipe. A categoria analítica prazer foi expressa especialmente pela liberdade e autonomia no trabalho, pela atuação social que o serviço possibilita aos trabalhadores e pelo reconhecimento do trabalho. Na categoria analítica sofrimento, destacou-se a frustração do trabalhador oriundo do trabalho prescrito e real, da permanência das práticas biomédicas e do preconceito com os usuários. Para enfrentar o sofrimento os trabalhadores recorrem às estratégias defensivas da “inteligência prática”, destacando-se como exitosa. O conjunto dos achados analisados revela que o prazer e o sofrimento no CAPS AD III vêm exigindo dos trabalhadores uma prática reflexiva sobre este novo modelo de atenção, em que o sofrimento vivenciado pelo trabalhador é ressignificado de forma criativa, transformando em prazer e produzindo reflexos na organização do trabalho, nas relações sociais, no cuidado ao usuário e na saúde do próprio trabalhador. / Firstly, practices at work field caring for users of psychoactive substances developed to answer contemporary demands from a biopsychosocial perspective. With this, the psychosocial services worker has been promoting changes in the practice by caring for users of psychoactive substances. With a view to this public - the workers - this thesis was elaborated with the general objective: to analyze pleasure and suffering by a team of a Psychosocial Care Center for Alcohol and Drugs III (CAPS AD III), from the perspective Psychodynamics Work; And with specific objectives: to describe the organization of the work in CAPS AD III; to identify the situations of pleasure and suffering experienced by workers at work; to verify the strategies of defenses that the worker uses for the suffering. A case study supported in the qualitative descriptive approach was carried out, having as theoretical reference the Psychodynamics in the Work. The field of study was a CAPS AD III, located in a municipality in the southern region of Brazil, with 23 workers as participants. Data collection took place through individual interview and observation. Moreover the analysis was given by Content Analysis, in which three analytical categories emerged: pleasure; suffering and defensive strategies of suffering. Therefore, it was observed that the service has adequate physical structure the demands; the team is multiprofessional, formed mostly by women, adult, with full college and insolvency. The organization of services occurs through the definitions in the team meeting. The analytical category of pleasure was expressed especially by the freedom and autonomy in the work, by the social action that the service makes possible to the workers and by the recognition of the work. In the analytical category of suffering, the frustration of the worker came from the frustration among the prescribed and actual work, the permanence of the biomedical practices and the prejudice with the users. To face suffering, workers resort to the defensive strategies of "practical intelligence", standing out as successful. The set of the analyzed findings reveal that the pleasure and suffering in the CAPS AD III has been demanding of the workers a reflexive practice on this new model of attention, in which the suffering experienced by the worker is creatively renified, transforming into pleasure and producing reflexes in the Organization of work, social relations, care for the user and the health of the worker himself.
