Esta tese tem como tema a análise de linguagem dos distúrbios de linguagem na clínica. A proposta do referido tema se origina da interlocução entre os campos da fonoaudiologia e da teoria da enunciação de Émile Benveniste. Através do diálogo entre esses dois campos busca-se levar a cabo o objetivo principal da pesquisa, que é descrito nos seguintes termos: elaborar princípios de análise de linguagem que subsidiem o fonoaudiólogo em sua atuação na clínica dos distúrbios de linguagem A partir desse objetivo, discute-se o problema, geralmente observado no campo da fonoaudiologia, da ausência de uma reflexão sobre o que vem a ser linguagem no sintagma distúrbio de linguagem. Esse problema, traz conseqüências em relação à instância clínica, seja no que se refere à análise de linguagem, seja no tocante ao tratamento dos casos de distúrbio de linguagem. Com isso se argumenta em prol de uma concepção de linguagem própria a uma clínica que se ocupa do distúrbio de linguagem. É assim que, com base na teoria da enunciação de Benveniste, propõe-se uma noção de linguagem que permite a elaboração dos princípios de análise enunciativa para a clínica dos distúrbios de linguagem. Os princípios elaborados resultam em uma análise de linguagem que, por considerar a repetibilidade do sistema da língua e a singularidade da fala do falante, pode subsidiar a intervenção do fonoaudiólogo na clínica dos distúrbios de linguagem. / This thesis has the analysis of language in language disorders in clinical contexts as theme. The proposal of such theme originates in the interlocution between the fields of speech therapy and Émile Benveniste’s enunciative theory. Through the dialogue between these two fields we aim at pursuing the main objective of this research, described in the following terms: elaborating principles for analyzing language so as to subsidize the speech therapist in his performance in the clinical context of language disorders. From this objective, we discuss the problem of lack of reflection on what language means in the syntagm language disorder, problem which is frequently seen in the field of speech therapy. This problem generates consequences in relation to the clinical instance, either in what refers to language analysis or in what concerns the treatment of cases of language disorder. Bearing this in mind, we argument in favor of a conception of language that is proper to the clinic dealing with language disorder. It is based on the enunciative theory developed by Émile Benveniste that we propose a notion of language that allows the elaboration of principles for an enunciative analysis to the clinic dealing with language disorders. The principles elaborated here are the result of the analysis of language that, by considering the repeatability of the language system and the singularity of the speaker’s speech, can subsidize the intervention of the speech therapist in clinical contexts of language disorders.
