Previous issue date: 2014-08-21 / Este trabalho apresenta os resultados de um estudo exploratório de abordagem qualitativa, que analisou a percepção de mulheres que realizaram abortos nos casos previstos por lei sobre a atenção recebida em serviço estadual de referência em Salvador, Bahia, elegendo-se como eixo de análise o princípio da integralidade da atenção. Partindo-se da hipótese de que a integralidade da atenção à saúde das mulheres que buscam o aborto legal é comprometida à medida que, embora amparada na legislação em vigor, não se realiza, pela escassez de informação, descontinuidade dos procedimentos e insuficiência de serviços, estabeleceu-se, como objetivo geral, compreender a perspectiva das mulheres submetidas ao aborto legal sobre a atenção recebida. Para melhor discutir o conceito de integralidade, empreende-se ensaio por investigação documental sobre a construção de políticas de saúde no Brasil, com destaque para o Sistema Único de Saúde, o aborto legal e debate sobre os nexos entre gênero, violência e aborto. Foram feitas entrevistas com três mulheres que realizaram aborto no serviço estadual de referência, com utilização de um roteiro de entrevista semiestruturado e a análise foi dividida em categorias, relativas à percepção acerca do atendimento recebido no serviço de aborto legal, antes, durante e após a interrupção da gravidez. Foram respeitados os aspectos éticos. O processo de construção permitiu compreender que a atenção ao processo de abortamento, inscrita no marco do respeito aos direitos humanos das mulheres e no livre exercício dos seus direitos reprodutivos, ainda enfrenta obstáculos sócio-culturais-religiosos no âmbito das dinâmicas de relações de poder desiguais, perpetradas e reproduzidas por naturalização das diferenças de gênero. A gravidez decorrente de violência sexual engloba diversas expressões da questão social e indica a complexidade do enfrentamento do problema. As informações produzidas pelo permitiram alcançar os objetivos específicos de identificar as características sociodemográficas dessas mulheres e conhecer sua percepção sobre a atenção recebida antes, durante e após o processo de interrupção da gravidez, e compreender que, em que pese a integralidade da atenção à saúde das mulheres que buscam o aborto legal, ser alcançada parcialmente, ela fica comprometida, dados os limites apontados no serviço. / This work presents the results of an exploratory study with a qualitative approach, that have analyzed the perception of women that performed abortion, in cases provided by law, about the attention received in referential statewide service in Salvador, Bahia, electing as the analysis axis the principle of integral attention. Starting from the hypothesis that the integral attention to women's health, seeking legal abortion, is compromised because, although exists in current legislation, is not consummated due to the shortage of information, discontinuity of the procedures and insufficiency of services; we established as the general objective the understanding of women undergoing legal abortion perspective about the attention received. Order to better discuss the concept of integrality, undertakes assay by documental investigation about the construction of health care politics in Brazil, with emphasis on the Sistema Único de Saúde (Unified Health System), the legal abortion, and the debate on the nexus between gender, violence and abortion. Interviews were conducted with three women who performed abortion in referential statewide service, using a semistructured interview guide, and the analysis was divided into categories related to the perception of the service received in legal abortion service, before, during and after termination of pregnancy. Ethical aspects were respected. The construction process allows us to understand that abortion care process, entered in the framework of respect for women’s human rights and the free exercise of their reproductive rights, still faces socio-cultural-religious obstacles within the unequal power relations dynamics, perpetrated and reproduced by naturalization of gender differences. Pregnancy resulting from sexual violence encompasses different expressions of the social issue and indicates the complexity of facing the problem. The information produced achieved the specific objectives of identifying the sociodemographic characteristics of these women and know their perception of the care provided before, during and after the process of termination of pregnancy, and understand that, despite the integral attention to women's health seeking legal abortions be achieved partially, it is compromised, given the limits indicated in the service.
