Previous issue date: 2016-12-09 / A partir da Rede de Atenção Psicossocial (RAPS) que organiza os cuidados em saúde mental considerando a perspectiva de território em rede, foi avaliada a Rede de Atenção Psicossocial no município de Alagoinhas-BA no período de 2012 a 2015 na perspectiva de Território em Rede, o que constitui-se no objetivo geral desta pesquisa através da identificação dos pontos de atenção, mostrando sua dinâmica de funcionamento em Rede de Atenção Psicossocial com base no território e os dispositivos de integração na Rede de Atenção Psicossocial através da Territorialidade Psicossocial. Buscou-se avaliar a territorialidade que constitui a RAPS de Alagoinhas-BA, estudando-a enquanto ação concreta que poderá servir como instrumento de avaliação da dinâmica da rede com visão interdisciplinar e abordagem territorial para atuação profissional mais eficaz. Foi realizado levantamento bibliográfico e pesquisa de campo através de entrevistas direcionadas a usuários e/ou familiares, profissionais e gestores, que através da identificação dos pontos de atenção e sua dinâmica de funcionamento, discutiu a atuação na rede e fluxo de pessoas e informações, analisando as estratégias político-institucionais para a organização da rede, incluindo a acessibilidade da população rural e, por último, dentro das perspectivas dos entrevistados, identificou-se os dispositivos de atendimento necessários para a integração da rede psicossocial resultando no desenho da RAPS do município e a sua Territorialidade, que é o nexo que estabelece com a Rede de Atenção Psicossocial do Território, a avaliação da RAPS no município de Alagoinhas-BA na perspectiva de Território e Territorialidade em Rede, permitindo conhecer a realidade construída através das experiências e interação de pessoas e tecnologias de informação. / From the Psychosocial Care Network that organizes the mental health care considering the network territory perspective, it evaluated the Psychosocial Care Network in Alagoinhas-BA starting in 2012 until 2015 in Network prospective Territory , which constitutes the objective of this research by identifying the points of attention, showing its operating dynamics in Psychosocial care Network based in the territory and the integration of devices in Psychosocial care Network by territoriality Psychosocial. We sought to evaluate the territoriality which is the RAPS Alagoinhas-BA, studying it as a concrete action that could serve as an evaluation tool of network dynamics with interdisciplinary vision and territorial approach for more effective professional performance. It conducted literature and field research through interviews directed to users and / or family members, professionals and managers, that through identifying the points of attention and its dynamics of operation, discussed the operation on the network and flow of people and information, analyzing the political and institutional strategies for the organization's network, including accessibility of the rural population and, finally, within the perspectives of respondents, we identified the service as required for the integration of psychosocial network resulting in the design of RAPS the municipality and its territoriality, which is the link it establishes with the Regional Psychosocial Care Network, the evaluation of RAPS in Alagoinhas-BA city from the perspective of territory and territoriality Network, allowing know the reality built through experience and interaction of people and information technology.
