Previous issue date: 2016-03-31 / FACEPE / Recentemente a Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE) passou pelo processo de implementação da portaria de nome social para pessoas trans*. Este trabalho é resultado de uma pesquisa de mestrado realizada no programa de pós-graduação em psicologia da UFPE e se propõe a pensar criticamente sobre as nuances que atravessam a construção dessa política. Partindo do referencial metodológico da pesquisa-intervenção em psicologia, nos vinculamos a projetos epistemológicos que abandonam o paradigma de ciência neutra e visam resgatar o referencial teórico feminista pós-estruturalista na busca de justiça social. Como objetivo geral buscou-se analisar a relação de pessoas trans* com a instituição universitária, observando os processos de criação e difusão de políticas institucionais específicas para esse segmento. Têm-se como objetivos específicos 1)pensar sobre processos culturais de (des)legitimação do nome social através de suas capturas institucionais e 2)refletir sobre a organização política que culminou na reconstrução coletiva da portaria de nome social 3)analisar processos de inserção no campo interpelados pelo que podemos definir como consciência mestiza. Este estudo parte de uma perspectiva de inspiração etnográfica e seu trajeto pode ser pensado como acompanhando três etapas, a saber: 1)auto-organização de estudantes trans* ao redor da demanda de acesso e respeito ao nome social; 2)diálogo com docentes e construção de contrapropostas; 3)diálogo com a instituição. Os/as interlocutores/as dessa pesquisa podem se dividir em dois grupos: o primeiro composto unicamente por estudantes trans* e o segundo por docentes/servidores e integrantes de coletivos que somam forças à construção da política. Como ferramenta de análise podemos pensar o ocorrido a partir de um referencial teórico pós-estruturalista de inspiração feminista. Foi possível observar que o nome social pautado enquanto política é passível de ser capturado pelo que Agamben define como inclusão-excludente. Percebeu-se que a instituição de uma norma jurídica só ganha vida a partir da organização política junto aos grupos a que essa norma se dirige, numa trama que envolve necessariamente o diálogo com diferentes setores. Portanto, faz-se importante manter aberta a possibilidade de repensar os constructos institucionais tão logo eles deixem de abarcar as vidas cotidianas das pessoas a que se direcionam. / Recently the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) passed for the implementation process of the social name for trans * people. This work is the result of a master's research conducted in the post-graduate program in psychology, and aims to think critically about the nuances that go through the construction of this policy. Starting from the methodological framework of intervention research in psychology, we connect the epistemological projects that leave the neutral science paradigm and seek to rescue the post-structuralist feminist theoretical framework in the pursuit of social justice. As a general objective we sought to analyze the relation of trans * people with the university, observing the processes of creation and dissemination of specific institutional policies for this segment. The specific objectives are 1) think about cultural processes of (de) legitimation of the social name through their institutional catches 2) reflect about the political organization which culminated in the collective reconstruction of the rdinance of social name 3) analyze processes of inclusion in the field through that we can define as mestiza consciousness. This study is based on an ethnographic perspective and your path can be thought as following three stages, namely: 1) self-organization of trans * students around the demand for access and respect for social name; 2) dialogue with teachers and construction of counterproposals; 3) dialogue with the institution. The interlocutors to this research can be divided into two groups: the first composed solely of students trans * and the second by teachers / servers and collective members who join forces the construction of a policy. As an analysis tool we can think what happened from a post-structuralist theoretical framework of feminist inspiration. It was observed that the social name ruled as a policy is capable of be captured by that Agamben defines as inclusion-excludable.The institution of a rule It is noticed that only comes to life from the political organization with the groups to which this rule is directed, in a plot that necessarily involves dialogue with different sectors. Therefore, it is important to keep open the possibility of rethinking the institutional constructs as soon as they cease to cover the daily lives of people that target.
