Previous issue date: 2017-12-18 / O Programa Sa?de na Escola prop?e a execu??o de a??es de preven??o, promo??o e aten??o ? sa?de dos estudantes da educa??o b?sica com a finalidade de contribuir com ? forma??o integral. Objetivou-se avaliar o grau da implanta??o do Programa Sa?de na Escola no Munic?pio de Natal. Estudo de aprecia??o normativa, de abordagem quantitativa com etapa de pesquisa metodol?gica e outra de pesquisa avaliativa do tipo avalia??o do grau da implanta??o. O c?lculo amostral definiu que participariam 144 profissionais em 24 unidades, distribu?dos igualmente entre as categorias profissionais (m?dico, enfermeiro, t?cnico ou auxiliar em enfermagem, agente comunit?rio de sa?de, odont?logo e auxiliar ou t?cnico em sa?de bucal) sem reposi??o. Prezando pela representatividade dos dados em todo o munic?pio, preconizou-se que a amostra fosse distribu?da proporcionalmente ao quantitativo de Unidades de Sa?de da Fam?lia em cada distrito sanit?rio. Utilizou-se um question?rio estruturado, constru?do a partir das normatiza??es do programa, composto por quest?es fechadas e organizadas em dimens?es estrutura e processo. A coleta de dados aconteceu de maio a julho de 2017. Os dados foram analisados atrav?s da estat?stica descritiva atrav?s do IBM SPSS Statistics Base 22.0. Para identificar o grau da implanta??o foram elegidos 13 crit?rios. O percentual de respostas identificadas foi distribu?do em quatro classifica??es correspondentes ao seu grau da implanta??o: totalmente implantado (76% a 100%) parcialmente implantado (51% a 75%), implanta??o incipiente (26% a 50%) e n?o implantado (0% a 25%). Seguiu-se a Resolu??o 466 de 2012 do Conselho Nacional de Sa?de tendo o estudo aprova??o pelo Comit? de ?tica em Pesquisa da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte mediante parecer 2.064.901. O modelo l?gico permitiu compreender a organiza??o e funcionamento do Programa Sa?de na Escola e subsidiou seu processo de avalia??o. Dos 144 profissionais selecionados na amostra, 28 n?o participavam das atividades de sa?de escolar, sete recursaram e quatro estavam ausentes durante a coleta de dados, resultando em 105 participantes. A partir das respostas obtidas foi poss?vel avaliar o grau da implanta??o do Programa Sa?de na Escola no Munic?pio de Natal/RN. A interven??o apresenta implanta??o incipiente (33,23%), classifica??o tamb?m encontrada nas dimens?es estrutura (29,39%) e processo (34,94%). Os recursos financeiros e infraestruturais, Semana Sa?de na Escola, atividades de avalia??o cl?nica e psicossocial e de promo??o da sa?de, preven??o de doen?as e agravos foram avaliados como n?o implantados. Os recursos humanos e materiais, reuni?es de planejamento da gest?o municipal, n?vel de ensino das escolas, atividades de forma??o dos profissionais e educa??o permanente e registro e monitoramento de informa??es mostraram implanta??o incipiente. O agendamento das atividades foi avaliado parcialmente implantado. As reuni?es de planejamento no territ?rio apresentaram-se totalmente implantadas. O modelo l?gico possibilitou compreender a organiza??o estrutural, atividades e resultados do Programa Sa?de na Escola e subsidiou seu processo de avalia??o. O programa apresenta implanta??o incipiente em Natal. Faz-se necess?rio que os recursos sejam disponibilizados para atender as necessidades do programa, que haja a articula??o entre a gest?o e os profissionais e que os processos de capacita??o sejam intensificados. / The Health School Program proposes the execution of actions of prevention, promotion and attention to the health of the students of the basic education with the purpose of contributing with the integral formation. The objective was to evaluate the degree of implementation of the Health School Program without Natal Municipality. Study of normative assessment, quantitative approach with stage of methodological research and other research available for evaluation of degree of implantation. The sample calculation defined that 144 professionals participate in 24 units, equally distributed among professional categories (doctor, nurse, technician or auxiliary in nursing, community health agent, dentist and auxiliary or technical in oral health) without replacement. Predicting the representativeness of data throughout the municipality, it was recommended that a sample be distributed proportionally to the quantitative of Family Health Units in each health district. A structured questionnaire was constructed, based on the program's regulations, composed of closed questions organized in structure and process dimensions. A data collection took place in May and July 2017. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics using the IBM SPSS Statistics Base 22.0. To identify the degree of implementation of elected 13 criteria. The percentage of responses identified was distributed in four classifications corresponding to their degree of implantation: totally implanted (76% to 100%) partially implanted (51% to 75%), incipient implantation (26% to 50%) and not implanted (0% to 25%).
