Previous issue date: 2015 / O propósito do presente estudo foi compreender como se constroem as trajetórias de egressos do programa Jovem Aprendiz. Esta pesquisa integra as discussões feitas no Núcleo de Estudos Sobre Trabalho e Constituição do Sujeito (NETCOS) do Programa de Pós Graduação em Psicologia da UFSC, área dois -práticas culturais e processos de subjetivação e linha de pesquisa: processos de subjetivação, gênero e diversidades. As constantes transformações no campo do trabalho têm gerado mudanças objetivas e subjetivas na vida dos sujeitos que trabalham. Neste cenário, os jovens substancialmente são os mais afetados, estando expostos ao desemprego e trabalhos precarizados. Esta pesquisa, a partir de uma abordagem qualitativa, tomou a categoria trabalho como central e compreendeu as juventudes como uma construção social e em sua pluralidade embasada nas contribuições da psicologia histórico-cultural. O foco central da pesquisa foi o trabalho, no entanto, outras dimensões da biografia dos jovens foram consideradas (família, vida escolar), pois, elas encontram-se interconectas e atuam nas diversas construções, possibilidades e escolhas dos jovens. O método da história oral foi utilizado para conhecer as histórias laborais dos jovens egressos. As entrevistas reflexivas foram o principal procedimento de busca de informações. Foram entrevistados quatro jovens com idades entre 16 e 25 anos. A fotografia como memória e uma produção textual sobre projetos de futuro também foram usadas junto com as entrevistas, como procedimentos auxiliares. O processo de análise se deu por meio da organização de quatro núcleos de significação: Trajetória Laboral e Educacional, Experiências como Jovem Aprendiz, Ser Egresso e Projetos. Estes quatro núcleos foram discutidos a partir da história de cada jovem e depois entrecruzados a partir de suas similaridades e contraposições. Os sentidos expressos por meio das falas, imagens, e da produção textual reafirmam que a esfera do trabalho permanece como central para os jovens. Evidencia-se a necessidade de pensar ações relacionadas à qualificação, inserção e permanência dos jovens no campo laboral. Os sentidos que os jovens constroem sobre suas trajetórias expressam a multiplicidade e pluralidade da vivência da condição juvenil e do trabalho e são o entrelaçamento de escolhas biográficas e das estruturas de oportunidades disponíveis.<br> / Abstract : The purpose of this study was to comprehend how the senses of the path of the recent graduates from the program Young Apprentice were constructed. This study is part of the discussions made in the Study Center About Work and Constitution of the Subject ( NETCOS ) of the Graduate Program in Psychology of UFSC , area two cultural - practices and subjectivity and line processes of research: subjective processes , gender and diversity. The constant transformations in the labor market have generated objective and subjective changes in the lives of the working subjects. In this scenario, young adults are substantially more affected, being exposed to unemployment and precarious working conditions. This research, by using a qualitative approach, took labor as the central category and understood young adults as a social construct, and its plurality grounded on the contributions of cultural-historical psychology. The main focus of the research was labor, however, other dimensions of the biography of the young adults were considered (family, school life), because, they are embedded and work in the diverse constructions, possibilities and choices young adults make. The oral history method was used to learn about the labor history of the graduates. The primary method for obtaining information was through the reflexive interviews. We interviewed four young people aged 16 to 25 years. Photography as memory and a textual production on future projects were also used along with the interviews, as auxiliary procedures. The process of analysis was made possible through the organization of four main cores: Labor and Educational Paths, Experiences as a Young Apprentice, Being a Graduate and Projects. These four cores were discussed from each young adult?s history and then combined according to their similarities and contrapositions. The senses expressed through the talks, images, and the textual production reaffirms that labor remains as apriority to young adults, making the need to think about actions related to the qualification, entry and permanence of young adults in the labor market evident. The senses that young adults construct about their paths express the multiplicity and plurality of the experience of labor and youth conditions and are correlated with the bio graphical choices and structures of available opportunities.
