Previous issue date: 2016 / A presente pesquisa realiza uma análise teórica e empírica a partir de perspectiva teórico-metodológica da ontologia crítica, fundamental para a compreensão do mundo e da realidade social em sua gênese histórica. De maneira geral, tem o objetivo de analisar o complexo da educação em sua interlocução com o processo de trabalho e a constituição do jovem trabalhador. O aprofundamento dessa análise reflexiva direciona a uma compreensão acerca da especificidade do jovem, de que forma as alterações no processo produtivo de capital transformam a vida dos trabalhadores em todos seus aspectos, desde as questões básicas de sobrevivência até a busca de profissionalização da força de trabalho. Compreendemos, junto a Lukács, que uma mudança na conjuntura econômica altera a conjuntura da vida cotidiana do trabalhador. Assim, perguntamo-nos; o que é ser jovem da classe trabalhadora? Quais suas implicações na reprodução social? As possibilidades de crescimento dos indivíduos ? suas múltiplas e variadas possibilidades de crescimento ? estão na tensão contínua com seu meio [ambiente] que está para assegurar a sua reprodução, mas, está oculta nessa sociabilidade a autoafirmação da singularidade como uma individualidade autônoma, parafraseando Lukács. A tese que defendemos é que muitas alternativas são elaboradas como possibilidade de qualificação técnico-profissional da força de trabalho, e a juventude tem sido alvo de muitas propagandas para tornar útil sua força de trabalho; porém, na medida em que as relações econômicas são alteradas, toda a vida do trabalhador também se modifica independentemente da profissionalização que realizará. Com base nesse entendimento analisamos a realidade do jovem trabalhador na especificidade do município de Fraiburgo/SC, Brasil. A tese apresenta cinco capítulos: o primeiro sobre questões metodológicas; o segundo relacionado a conceituar o jovem como um sujeito que se configura de acordo com o contexto histórico-social em que está inserido; o terceiro capítulo apresenta análises teóricas sobre trabalho e educação e a articulação com a conjuntura econômica-social do município de Fraiburgo/SC; o quarto capítulo exibe a legislação que garante os direitos à juventude e inicia uma análise empírica desta investigação a partir dos relatos dos jovens trabalhadores de Fraiburgo; e, por fim, no quinto capítulo, tratamos de forma direta o ?direito? ao trabalho e à educação e as falas dos jovens que vivem diante deste dilema, entre o trabalho em curso de aprendizagem e a qualificação da força de trabalho (educação formal/informal).<br> / Abstract : This research is evident as a theoretical and empirical analysis, it is based on the theoretical and methodological perspective of critical ontology, Upon the ontological understanding as conception of the world, that it is proposed to understand the social reality in its genesis historic. In general, has the objective to analyze the complex of education in its dialog with the work process and the constitution of the young worker. The deepening of this reflective analysis directs to an understanding about the specificity of the young, That way the changes in the productive process of capital transform the lives of workers in all its aspects, since the basic questions of survival until the search for professionalization of the work force. We understand, next to Lukacs, a change in the economic environment changes the context of everyday life of the worker. So we ask ourselves; what being young working class? What are its implications in social reproduction? The possibilities for growth of individuals ? Its multiple and diverse possibilities for growth ? are in continuous collision with its means environmental] that is to ensure their reproduction, but, this is hidden sociability self assertion of singularity as an autonomous individuality, paraphrasing Lukacs. The thesis that we advocate is that many alternatives are drawn up as a possibility of technical-professional qualification of the work force, and youth has been the target of many advertisements to make useful its work force, however, to the extent that the economic relations are changed, the entire life of the worker is also modified independently of the professionalization that held. Based on this understanding analyze the reality of young workers in the specificity of Fraiburgo / SC, Brazil. The thesis presents five chapters: The first on methodological questions, the second related to conceptualize the young as a subject that configures in accordance with the historical-social context in which is inserted, the third chapter presents theoretical analysis of work and education and links with the economic and social conditions in Fraiburgo / SC, the fourth chapter presents the legislation that guarantees the rights to youth and initiates an analysis of the empirical element of this research, the reports of young workers in Fraiburgo and, finally, in the fifth chapter, we treat directly on the "right" to work and education and the speeches of young people who live in front of the dilemma between the work in progress of learning and the qualification of the workforce (formal/informal education).
