Para compreender o objeto de estudo, apresentam-se as bases conceituais adotadas de adolescência, família, sexualidade, desenvolvimento psicossexual e violência intrafamiliar. O objetivo é investigar como ocorre a expressão da sexualidade dos adolescentes pesquisados em família. Para isto se busca, como objetivos específicos, elucidar como os adolescentes pesquisados aprenderam sobre o tema no contexto familiar, quais são os discursos familiares sobre sexualidade, e como a família, ao longo de gerações, expressa a sua sexualidade. Este trabalho insere-se no campo da pesquisa qualitativa com base no referencial teórico da terapia familiar sistêmica, realizado no contexto de um centro de atendimento de saúde pública – Centro de Orientação Médico-Psicopedagógica (COMPP). Utiliza-se o método construtivo-interpretativo de González Rey, com a intenção de criar zonas de sentido. Participaram do estudo cinco famílias com adolescentes, que cometeram abuso sexual intrafamiliar, na faixa etária de 12 a 17 anos, encaminhados pela rede de proteção do Distrito Federal e do entorno, no contexto. Os instrumentos adotados foram: entrevista semiestruturada, jogo dramático, construção de material gráfico, genogramas e complementação de frases. Foi realizada uma entrevista semiestruturada com cada adolescente e seu responsável com o objetivo de identificar se o adolescente se enquadrava dentro dos critérios de inclusão (adolescentes do sexo masculino, encaminhados pela rede de proteção do Distrito Federal e do entorno, que abusaram sexualmente de alguma criança da família ou de alguma criança de convivência próxima). Após a entrevista, foi realizado o Grupo Multifamiliar com sete encontros com os seguintes temas: proteção, sexualidade, fantasias, violência é um crime, genogramas, apresentação dos genogramas e projeto de futuro das relações familiares. Cada encontro teve a duração de três horas, distribuídas em atividades de aquecimento, desenvolvimento do tema e fechamento. Para a análise e interpretação das informações levantadas, fez-se a construção de três zonas de sentido: família, violência e sexualidade. A primeira zona abarca questões relacionadas à organização espacial da casa, às regras familiares, às redes social e familiar de apoio e aos valores familiares. O segundo núcleo reflete os motivos do uso da violência intrafamiliar e os aspectos intergeracionais. E o núcleo sexualidade destacou como os adolescentes da pesquisa expressam a própria sexualidade, quais os discursos familiares sobre sexualidade e a repercussão desses discursos nos adolescentes. Conclui-se que a estrutura familiar, a violência como recurso pedagógico e os discursos familiares sobre sexualidade representam alguns dos tijolos de uma construção de uma expressão sexualmente ofensiva. Contudo, frisa-se que os resultados identificados não representam fatores únicos de determinação, e que há fatores de outras naturezas envolvidos nesse processo. E por fim, apresenta-se os benefícios, os limites e os desafios do procedimento de Grupos Multifamiliares adaptado para o público em questão e sugestões de futuras pesquisas. _______________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / The present study has as its theme the sexuality of adolescents who have committed
intrafamilial sexual abuse. In order to understand the subject of study, herein are
presented the conceptual basis adopted for adolescent, family, sexuality, psychosexual
development and intrafamilial violence. The aim is to investigate how the sexuality of
the adolescents surveyed is expressed within the family, so that will clarify how the
surveyed adolescents learned about the topic in the family context, what are the familiar
discourses on sexuality, and how the family, over generations, express their sexuality.
This work is part of the field of qualitative research based on the theoretical framework of systemic family therapy, which was conducted in the context of a service center for public health – the Center for Medical Psychopedagogical Guidance. To carry out this research it was used the constructive-interpretative method of González Rey, with the intention of creating zones of meaning. Under this approach were studied five families with adolescents who have committed intrafamilial sexual abuse, aged 12-17 years, referred by the safety net of the Distrito Federal and the surrounding area, in the context. The applied instruments were: semi-structured interview, dramatic play, building graphics, genograms and completion of sentences. One structured interview was performed with each adolescent and his liable in order to identify whether the teen fit within the criteria for inclusion (male adolescents who were referred by the safety net of the Distrito Federal and the surrounding areas, who have sexually abused any child from their families or any child living nearby). After the interview, seven Multi-Family
Group meetings were carried out on the following themes: protection, sexuality,
fantasy, violence is a crime, genograms, genograms presentation and the family
relationships project for the future. Each meeting lasted three hours, distributed in warm up activities, theme development and closing. For the analysis and interpretation of the information gathered, three zones of meaning were built: family, violence and sexuality. The first zone covers issues related to the spatial organization of the home, to the family rules, to the social and family network of support and to the family values. The second zone reflects the reasons for the use of intrafamilial violence and intergenerational aspects. And the third highlighted how the surveyed adolescents express their sexuality, which are the familial discourses on sexuality and their impact on the adolescents. The conclusion is that family structure, the violence as a teaching resource and the familial discourses on sexuality represents some of the bricks which builds a sexually offensive
speech. However, it is stressed here that the identified results does not represents unique factors of determination, and that there are factors of several nature involved in this process. Finally, it was presented the benefits, limits and challenges of the procedure of Multi-Family Groups adapted to the audience in question and suggestions for future researchs.
