Previous issue date: 2009 / A partir dos enfoques da Psicossociologia e da Teoria Sistêmica investigou-se o risco e a proteção no envolvimento de crianças e adolescentes em situações de risco na ótica das famílias no sistema de garantia de direitos, inspirada na metáfora do circo. Neste sentido buscou-se compreender como é constituída legalmente a rede de garantia de direitos no Distrito Federal e discorreu-se sobre os aspectos psicossociais do risco, da proteção e do envolvimento do adolescente com a lei. A metodologia utilizada foi a Epistemologia Qualitativa proposta por González Rey, cuja análise é realizada por indicadores de zonas de sentido. Para a coleta de dados, realizou-se com cada família uma entrevista semi-estruturada sobre a sua trajetória de vida e sobre o acesso aos órgãos de proteção, o genograma e o mapa de redes sociais a fim de que fossem apontados os riscos e proteções na família, na comunidade, na escola e/ou trabalho e nas relações de amizade. Foram entrevistadas três famílias relacionadas aos sistemas primário, secundário e terciário de garantia de direitos, vinculadas ao CRAS, CREAS e a LA, respectivamente. A análise dos dados foi realizada segundo o método construtivointerpretativo que se constituíram nas zonas de sentido: “Agora é só você...”; “Quem pariu Mateus que o balance?” e “O que resta”. Essas zonas indicam o abandono e o descaso que as famílias sofrem no meio social e sua configuração interna que, por vezes, não garantem a proteção das crianças e adolescentes. Os resultados apontam para a necessidade de novos espaços de subjetivação e da importância do trabalho em rede. ________________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / Based on the Psychosociology and the Systemic Theory, the current research pointed out the risk and the protection of adolescents who have committed infractions with the regard of families in the system of rights’ guarantee inspired in a circus’ metaphor. Due to it, the present study proposed to understand how the rights’ guarantee net is legally constructed in Distrito Federal beside the psychosocial features of the risk related to protection and adolescents facing the law. The methodological approach was the Qualitative Epistemology suggested by Gonzalez Rey in which the analysis is to identify important zones’ signs. We used a semi-structured interview with each family for the data collection concerning the following based remarks: life circuit and the access to organisms responsible for the protection; genograms and the social net maps with the aim to highlight the risks and the protections within the family, community, school and/or work and friendship. We have made three interviews with families involved in the primary, secondary and tertiary systems of right’s guarantee connected to CRAS, CREAS and the LA, respectively. The data analysis have been gathered according to the constructive-interpretative method in which we found the following important zones: “Now it is just you…”; “Does the person who gave birth to Mateus have to swing him?”; and“What it remains”. These zones indicate the abandon and the disregard in which those families suffer from the social environment. Besides, sometimes its internal configuration doesn’t certify the protection of children and adolescents. The results show a necessity of new subjective places and the importance of network.
