Para tanto foi realizado levantamento bibliográfico em nível nacional e sistematização dos livros. Foram encontrados 48 livros, divididos em quatro períodos: 1990-1995; 1996-2000; 2001-2005; 2006-2010, e analisados nos dois primeiros capítulos. Posteriormente foram realizadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas com 3 diretores, 3 professores e 3 pais de alunos em 3 escolas: estadual, municipal e particular, em uma cidade no interior do estado de São Paulo, a fim de identificar a concepção da comunidade escolar em nível local, analisadas no terceiro capítulo. A metodologia utilizada para a análise dos dados foi análise de conteúdo, baseada em Bardin (1977), permitindo a criação de 5 categorias analíticas: qualidade social, qualidade total, avaliação da aprendizagem, avaliação institucional e avaliação externa que serão utilizadas no quarto capítulo para que as entrevistas sejam analisadas, relacionando-as com os teóricos previamente estudados. Pretendo contribuir com a área educacional mediante sistematização, análise e avanço da temática / The objective of this research is to understand the production editorial published in books and authors in the first national edition in the period 1990-2010 on the issues of quality teaching and assessment of education influenced the views of stakeholders in education on these topics. For this literature review was held survey books national level and systematization of books. The methodology used for data analysis was content analysis, based on Bardin (1977), allowing the creation of five analytical categories: social quality, total quality, learning assessment, institutional evaluation and external evaluation to be used in the fourth chapter to that the interviews are analyzed, relating them to the theorists previously studied.
