produce sense. Investing in the French Discourse Analysis as a semantic theory
specifically by the considerations from Michel Pêcheux (2008), for whom the
discourse is the relationship between the language and the history we will say that
the body is constructed by discursive practices performed by individuals in the
creation of identities and the subjectivation process. Our objective is to analyze some
imagetical enunciated that show the body of the transvestite, and how it, by
discursive practices, transforms and conceive itself as Subject, creating an identity,
reiterating it (or not) by the discursive memories established for gender and sex. As a
corpus, we have some snippet of enunciated (verbals and non-verbals) compounds,
mostly by posters of events to the public transgender where it can see the exhibition
of the body. So we ask: why this body and not another, when the gender standard is
normatively binary? For Queer Theory (BENTO, 2006), the transvestite destabilizes
such standard, runs through cracks and invents its way of life: Transvestity. Thus, it is
in the excavation of speeches - where we weaving around the Transvestite memories
- which we are led, as readers, to recognize the signs that show us the transvestite,
establishing an indiciary paradigm (GINZBURG, 2009) and noting, by intericonicity
(COURTINE, 2006), as the repetition of iconic utterances in the transvestite's body
causes that abnormal individual (FOUCAULT, 2008) is recognized and interpreted as
having this way of being and this identity. / Em todas as sociedades, se o corpo é tomado de linguagem, é por ser capaz de
produzir sentidos. Investindo na Análise do Discurso francesa como uma teoria
semântica especificamente, pelas considerações de Pêcheux (2008), para quem o
discurso é a relação entre a Língua e a História , diremos que o corpo é construído
linguisticamente por práticas discursivas executadas por indivíduos na criação de
uma identidade e no processo de subjetivação. Nosso objetivo é analisar enunciados
imagéticos que mostram o corpo do travesti, e como ele, por práticas discursivas,
transforma-o, subjetivando-se, criando uma identidade, reiterando-a (ou repelindo)
pelas memórias discursivas tecidas em torno do gênero e do sexo. Como corpus,
temos um recorte de enunciados (verbais e não-verbais) que, em sua maioria,
trazem cartazes de eventos para o público transgênero em que se vê a exibição do
corpo. Assim, questionamos: por que esse corpo e não outro, quando o padrão de
gênero é normativamente binário? Para a Teoria Queer (BENTO, 2006), o travesti
desestabiliza tal padrão, escorre pelas fissuras e inventa seu modo de vida: a
travestilidade. Desse modo, é na escavação de discursos tecendo memórias em
torno da travestilidade , que somos levados, enquanto leitores, a reconhecer nos
enunciados, os indícios que nos apontem o travesti, estabelecendo um paradigma
indiciário (GINZBURG, 2009), e observando, pela intericonicidade (COURTINE,
2006), como a repetição icônica do corpo do travesti nos enunciados faz com que
esse indivíduo anormal (FOUCAULT, 2008) seja reconhecido e interpretado como
tendo este modo de ser e esta identidade.
