Pesquisa do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul - FAPERGS / This doctoral thesis proposes a new look for the observation of mobile devices and their influence in the communicational process. From the studies focused on Sociology of mobility (MAFFESOLI, 2001; SIMMEL, 1987; BAUMAN, 2008; MEYROWITZ, 2004; URRY, 2007; 2011) wrapped in the perception of concepts that seek to outline the possibilities of understanding movement nowadays and the nomadism enabled by the fluidity of the interaction spaces, we use as a basis the Mobility Paradigm (URRY, 2007; 2011) to highlight the importance of social connections related to the technological mobility and the development of the mobile devices as an influence on information sharing and the formation differentiated mobile social networks that unite the hybrid spaces to technology (L?VY, 2007; GREEN, 2002; DE CERTEAU, 1994; LEFEBVRE, 2000; VIRILIO, 1993; CASTELLS, 1999; LEMOS, 2007), potentiating the interaction among individuals, causing an impact in the milieu. For the comprehension of this process, we suggest the creation of a methodology that follows the object in constant motion and that are important to show the aspects that involve the interactions between individuals and between individuals and the places studied through mobility. To do so, we propose a Mobile Ethnography (MARCUS, 2001; B?SCHER ET AL., 2011; JIR?N, 2011; B?SCHER E URRY, 2009; MUSKAT, 2013), research procedure in which the researcher becomes part of the process, in a co-presence, moving along with the researched object or group, armed with observation techniques to understand how the movement is created. This ethnographic approach is not based on studies of a single place, but of a number of places at the same time, and we highlight in this work the study of hybrid spaces and of the communication mobility. In this perspective, we did not perform the analysis of an object of study, but we propose application and development of the mobile ethnographic approach in two groups developed from the technological mobility context, Instagramers POA and Zombie Walk POA. The observation starts in the flows of information published through images and hashtags made by the groups in the mobile social network Instagram. / Esta tese de doutorado prop?e um novo olhar metodol?gico para a observa??o dos dispositivos m?veis e sua influ?ncia no processo comunicacional. A partir dos estudos voltados para a Sociologia da mobilidade (MAFFESOLI, 2001; SIMMEL, 1987; BAUMAN, 2008; MEYROWITZ, 2004; URRY, 2007; 2011) envolta na percep??o de conceitos que buscam delinear as possibilidades de concep??o do movimento na atualidade e o nomadismo possibilitado pela fluidez dos espa?os de troca, nos amparamos no vi?s do Paradigma das mobilidades (URRY, 2007; 2011) para ressaltar a import?ncia das conex?es sociais relacionadas ? mobilidade tecnol?gica e o desenvolvimento dos dispositivos m?veis como influ?ncia no compartilhamento de informa??es e na forma??o de redes sociais m?veis diferenciadas que unem os espa?os h?bridos ? tecnologia (L?VY, 2007; GREEN, 2002; DE CERTEAU, 1994; LEFEBVRE, 2000; VIRILIO, 1993; CASTELLS, 1999; LEMOS, 2007), potencializando a intera??o entre os indiv?duos causando assim um impacto no meio social. Para a compreens?o deste processo sugere-se o desenvolvimento de uma metodologia que acompanhe o objeto em constante movimento e seja importante para mostrar os aspectos que envolvem as intera??es dos indiv?duos entre si e com os locais estudados por meio da mobilidade. Para tal, propomos uma Etnografia m?vel (MARCUS, 2001; B?SCHER ET AL., 2011; JIR?N, 2011; B?SCHER E URRY, 2009; MUSKAT, 2013), procedimento de pesquisa no qual o pesquisador passa a fazer parte do processo por meio de uma co-presen?a, movendo-se junto ao objeto ou grupo pesquisado, munido de t?cnicas de observa??o para entender como se processa o movimento. Esta abordagem etnogr?fica n?o se baseia nos estudos de um ?nico local, mas de diversos locais ao mesmo tempo, e destacamos neste trabalho o estudo dos espa?os h?bridos e da mobilidade da comunica??o. Nesta perspectiva, n?o realizamos a an?lise de um objeto de estudo, e sim propomos aplica??o e desenvolvimento da abordagem etnogr?fica m?vel em dois grupos desenvolvidos a partir do contexto da mobilidade tecnol?gica, o Instagramers POA e o Zombie Walk POA. A observa??o parte dos fluxos de informa??es publicadas atrav?s de imagens e hashtags realizadas pelos grupos na rede social m?vel Instagram.
