nÃo hà / Esta pesquisa tem por intuito desvelar, a partir resgate do estatuto ontolÃgico
marxiano feito por LukÃcs, a falseabilidade da tese que compreende a educaÃÃo como elemento
responsÃvel pelo desenvolvimento econÃmico de uma naÃÃo e a nefasta consequÃ
ncia do
conceito de formaÃÃo para a cidadania contida na agenda mundial para o complexo educativo.
Com efeito, partimos do trabalho como protoforma do ser social evidenciada pela ontologia
marxiana para realizar a crÃtica ao projeto liberal burguÃs de educ
aÃÃo, expressado aqui em sua
particularidade formal, a saber, uma avaliaÃÃo dos sistemas de ensino chamada PISA. Nosso
intuito à demonstrar a influÃncia do capital internacional no Ãmbito das reformas estatais da
educaÃÃo dos paÃses perifÃricos, evidencian
do, a partir de relatÃrios emitidos pela OCDE, as
contradiÃÃes e artifÃcios discursivos de seu conteÃdo ideolÃgico que nada mais sÃo do que uma
ramificaÃÃo epifenomÃnica do escolanovismo composto por pedagogias que formam o ideÃrio
aprender a aprender. Ent
endemos que este conteÃdo ideolÃgico obnubila a relaÃÃo entre teoria
e prÃtica, direcionando

a para a formaÃÃo de um indivÃduo cuja substancialidade subjetiva Ã
pauperizada e incapaz de realizar a devida articulaÃÃo entre objetividade e subjetividade na
me
dida em que à notoriamente orientado pelos novos paradigmas da Sociedade do
Conhecimento, pela Teoria do Capital Humano e pelo arcabouÃo filosÃfico do irracionalismo
pÃs
-
moderno. Argumentamos ainda que sob o jugo do capital nÃo hà possibilidade de uma
educ
aÃÃo autenticamente humana ser constituÃda, evidenciando o fato empiricamente
constatÃvel de que Ãtica e capital sÃo inimigos mortais. / ABSTRACT:
This research aims to reveal, from the rescue of the marxian
ontological status
previously made by LukÃcs, the falsifiability of the thesis that comprises education as an
element responsible for the economic development of the nations and the harmful consequence
of the concept of training for citizenship in the wor
ld agenda to the educational complex. In
fact, we start this research from work as a protoform of social being evidenced by the marxian
ontology to carry out the critique of the liberal bourgeois project of education, expressed here
in its formal particula
rity, namely an assessment of the education systems called PISA. Our
intention is to demonstrate the influence of international capital in the scope of state education
reforms in the peripheral countries, showing, from reports issued by the OECD, the
contr
adictions and discursive artifices of their ideological content that are nothing more than an
epiphenomenal ramification of Escolanovismo composed by pedagogies that form the set of
ideas called by learn to learn. We understand that this ideological conten
t make the relationship
between theory and practice obscure, directing it towards the formation of an individual whose
subjective substantiality is pauperized and incapable of realize the proper articulation between
objectivity and subjectivity insofar as
it is notoriously guided by the new paradigms of Society
of Knowledge, Human Capital Theory and the philosophical framework of postmodern
irrationalism. We argue further that under the yoke of capital there is no possibility of an
authentically human educa
tion being constituted, evidencing the empirically found fact that
ethics and capital are mortal enemies.
