El presente proyecto se basa en la elaboración de galletas con productos andinos para lo cual se realizó una investigación a los padres de familia con hijos entre los 2 y 7 años pertenecientes a nivel socioeconómico A y B de la zona 7 de Lima Metropolitana, donde se encontró un segmento de la población con una tendencia creciente a consumir alimentos más saludables. Actualmente no existen productos dirigidos exclusivamente a niños en ese rango de edad, motivo por el cual los padres buscan productos sustitutos los cuales no contienen la cantidad necesaria de nutrientes recomendados durante esa edad y no siempre son bien recibidos por los niños ya sea por su presentación, sabor, etc.
Para poner en funcionamiento el proyecto se necesitará una inversión inicial de S/64,762.34, el cual sólo contará con aporte de los accionistas y empezará a ser rentable, es decir a generar utilidades a partir del doceavo mes. / The present Project is based on the elaboration of cookies made with Andean products, for which an investigation was conducted with parents with children between 2 and 7 years old from socioeconomic levels A and B and from the zone number 7 from Lima; where was found a segment from the population with a growing tendency to consume healthier food.
In the present, there are no products directed exclusively to children from those ages, reason why the parents look for substitute products which may carry the same amount of nutrients recommended within those ages and are not always well received by the children either because their presentation, taste or other reasons.
In order to start the project, we will need and initial investment of S/. 64,762.34, which will only count with the contribution from shareholders and will beging to be profitable, meaning to generate utilities from the twelfth month. / Trabajo de investigación
