Orientador: Eliane Giachetto Saravali / Banca: Jussar Cristina Barboza Tortella / Banca: Raul Aragão Martins / Resumo: Este trabalho apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa-ação, com análise de natureza qualitativa e quantitativa, realizada à luz da Epistemologia Genética e dos estudos sobre o conhecimento social. Foram participantes desta pesquisa, 19 crianças, entre sete e nove anos de idade, alunos de uma turma de 3º ano do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola pública municipal do interior do estado de São Paulo. Os participantes foram escolhidos por se tratar da turma atribuída à pesquisadora como professora regular no ano de 2016. Os procedimentos para o desenvolvimento desta investigação foram delimitados segundo as orientações para a pesquisa-ação. Na fase exploratória, e tendo como objetivo avaliar as ideias que as crianças tinham sobre os seus direitos, foi aplicada uma entrevista baseada no método clínico-crítico piagetiano, contendo histórias envolvendo diferentes direitos infantis e suas respectivas violações. Na fase de ação, os participantes passaram por uma intervenção pedagógica sob o enfoque construtivista, por meio de atividades com músicas, vídeos, histórias, desenhos, entre outras, tendo como objetivo favorecer a construção do conhecimento social e o avanço na compreensão da noção social específica. Foram feitas alterações no ambiente da sala de aula, pautadas em princípios construtivistas, com o objetivo de propiciar um espaço privilegiado para a discussão da temática por meio de diferentes atividades e, da mesma forma, favorecer as interações dos sujeitos. (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: This work presents the results of an action research, with qualitative and quantitative analysis, carried out in the light of Genetic Epistemology and studies on social knowledge. Participants in this study were 19 children, aged seven to nine years, students of a 3rd grade class of elementary school from a municipal public school in the interior of the state of São Paulo. The participants were chosen because they were the class assigned to the researcher as a regular teacher in the year 2016. The procedures for the development of this research were delimited according to the guidelines for action research. In the exploratory phase, and with the objective of evaluating children's ideas about their rights, an interview was applied based on the Piagetian clinical-critical method, containing stories involving different children's rights and their respective violations. In the phase of action, the participants underwent a pedagogical intervention under the constructivist approach, through activities with music, videos, stories, drawings, among others, aiming to favor the construction of social knowledge and the advancement in understanding the social notion specific. Changes were made in the classroom environment, based on constructivist principles, with the aim of providing a privileged space for the discussion of the theme through different activities and, in the same way, favoring the interactions of the subjects. Finally, in the third and last phase of evaluation, clinical interviews were reapplied, in order to verify the evolution of the social notion researched after the implementation of the pedagogical intervention.
