Arbetsplatslogistiken inom byggbranschen har under många år undersökts och det finns stora möjligheter till förbättring. Det har kunnat konstateras att genom en förbättrad logistik går det att öka lönsamheten. Under senare år har en ny gren inom logistiken växt fram, tredjepartslogistik. Arbetet undersöker om tredjepartslogistik med inbärning till monteringsplatsen är ett lönsamt alternativ för Hulta Torg, samt att upprätta en inre arbetsplatsdispositionsplan (APD-plan) och lägga fram ett förslag. Undersökningen har genomförts genom litteraturstudier och intervjuer. Litteraturstudien har fokuserats på bygglogistik och tredjepartslogistik och intervjuerna har förts med olika yrkesroller inom byggbranschen. Resultatet visar att det finns brister i kommunikationen generellt inom byggbranschen och att det inom branschen finns utrymme till förbättring. Det är framförallt dialogen mellan huvudentreprenören och underentreprenören samt telefonaviseringen mellan leverantören och entreprenören det brister. Nyttjandet av en tredjepartslogistiker för att sköta inbärningen av material ställer sig branschen positiv till och det har kunnat konstaterats att det med största sannolikhet kommer att öka i framtiden. I resultatet presenteras en inre APD-plan som beskriver var material ska placeras för att få en så effektiv inre logistik som möjligt. För att förbättra kommunikationen föreslås att varje morgon ha ett möte mellan huvudentreprenören och underentreprenören där dagens aktiviteter diskuteras. En tavla med leveransplaner som alla kan ta del av och uppdatera rekommenderas också. Entreprenören måste ställa högre krav på leverantören och ha det skriftligt i avtalen, efterföljs inte detta tas inte leveranserna emot. Kostnaden av en tredjepartslogistiker är dyrare än om entreprenören gjort det själv men de vinner produktionstimmar och att en kritisk del som hissen nyttjas även utanför ordinarie arbetstid. På den inre APD-planen placeras materialet nära där det ska monteras och gipsen ställs i mitten av rummen där ingen innervägg kommer att stå. / Workplace logistics in the construction industry has been investigated for many years and there are great opportunities for improvement. It has been found that through improved logistics, profits can be increased. In recent years, a new branch of logistics has emerged, third-party logistics. The exam is investigating whether third party logistics with carrying support to the installation site is a profitable alternative for Hulta Torg, as well as establishing an internal workplace deployment plan and presenting a proposal that will benefit production. The essay has been conducted through literature studies and interviews. The literature study has focused on building logistics and third-party logistics and the interviews have been conducted with different occupational roles in the construction industry. The results show that there are shortcomings in communication generally in the construction industry and that there is room for improvement in the industry. It is primarily the dialogue between the main contractor and the subcontractor, as well as the notification between the supplier and the contractor, is lacking. The use of a third-party logistics to handle the delivery of materials benefits the industry and it has been found that it is most likely to increase in the future. The result presents an internal workplace deployment plan that describes where materials should be placed to get as efficient internal logistics as possible. In order to improve communication, it is proposed that each morning have a meeting between the main contractor and the subcontractor where the activities of the day are discussed. A schedule of delivery plans that anyone can access and update is also recommended. The contractor must make higher demands on the supplier and have it in the agreement. If not followed, this will not be accepted. The cost of a third-party logistics is more expensive than if the contractor did it himself but they gain production hours and that a critical part like the lift is used for a larger part of the day. On the inner workplace deployment plan, the material is placed near where it should be mounted and the gypsum is placed in the middle of the rooms where no inner wall will stand.
