This thesis investigates how internal communication works in a local car business in Halmstad, Sweden. The approach in this study is formed by the communication perspective focusing on organizational communication. The study is conducted through a qualitative approach in the form of a case study with semi structured interviews made with fourteen individuals from the company. The respondents included the CEO of the company, department responsible, and co-workers. All the interviews were analyzed from an organizational theoretical ground as we wanted to see what strength, weaknesses and opportunities there are in the internal communication. As a result, it showed that the company have an oral and digital routine in the internal communication. According to our analysis a new digital function may help the company to collect all information in one place to make the communication system more effective. Thus, if the company wants to succeed with the new function, they need to create clear communication from all the leaders to increase the motivation of the employees.
