Olyckor på byggarbetsplatsen är ett uppmärksammat problem som sker dagligen. Vi har därför valt att undersöka hur väl säkerhetsrutinerna på företaget Åhlin & Ekeroth följs ute i praktiken. De skriftliga rutinerna jämförs med resultat från en enkätundersökning och intervjuer. Vi har valt att avgränsa oss till arbetsplatsolyckor då det är de vanligaste arbetsskadorna på en byggarbetsplats. Målet med den här studien är att belysa problem och brister inom arbetsmiljön på byggarbetsplatser. Av resultaten har vi kommit fram till förslag på åtgärder för att öka säkerheten och därmed minska antalet olycksfall. För att besvara våra frågeställningar har vi genomfört intervjuer, enkätundersökning samt studiebesök då vi fick en överblick över projekten och läste igenom skyddsrondsprotokoll. Vi besökte fyra olika projekt i Linköping. Intervjuer genomfördes med arbetsledningen på varje projekt och yrkesarbetarna fick svara på en enkätundersökning. Vi sammanställde resultaten och jämförde de med lagar och författningar samt säkerhetsrutinerna från Åhlin & Ekeroth. Resultatet visar att företagets rutiner är bra och att problemet istället är att de inte följs ute på byggarbetsplatsen. De största orsakerna till att de inte följs är ackord, lathet och attityden till säkerhet. De åtgärder vi har kommit fram till för att förbättra arbetsmiljön är bland annat att förbättra informationsflödet, ordna aktiviteter utanför arbetstid för ökad gemenskap och i ett större perspektiv omarbeta ackordssystemet. / Accidents at the construction site are a usual problem today. Therefore we have chosen to investigate how the safety routine is followed at the company Åhlin & Ekeroth. The routines are compared to the results from a questionnaire study and several interviews. We have chosen to delimitate the study to accidents in the workplace because it is the most common work-related injury. The goal with our study is to highlight problems in the working environment at the construction site. The result helped us to come up with suggestions for how to increase the safety and decrease the numbers of accidents. To answer our questions we did a questionnaire study, interviews and study visits. We visited four projects in Linköping. We did interviews with the staff management at each project and a questionnaire study with the professional workers. Then we put together the result and compared them to different injunctions, laws and the safety routine at Åhlin & Ekeroth. The results show that the company´s routines are good and the problem is that they are not followed at the construction site. The biggest reasons for this is piecework, laziness and the attitude to safety. The arrangements we have thought of to improve the working environment are to improve the information flow, arrange activities outside work for increased fellowship. We also believe that the system for piecework needs to be modified.
