E-hälsa är på uppgång i Sverige och det är också mHealth, dagligen stöter människor på dessa digitaliseringstransformationer. Applikationer i mobiltelefonen som tillhandahåller läkare och sjukvårdspersonal för att patienter skall få en så lätt åtkomst till vård som möjligt. Syftet med studien var att kartlägga vilken typ av funktioner och innehåll en patient med högt blodtryck vill ha i en applikation för blodtrycksmätning i hemmiljö samt att undersöka vad som skulle motivera en patient att använda en sådan applikation. Det utfördes semi-strukturerade intervjuer samt användningstest på framtagen mockup, detta visade på att patienter med högt blodtryck vill utnyttja en sådan applikation om det finns tillräckligt med bakomliggande stöd. Att få stöd gällande träning, kost och utbildning samt coachning av läkare var de faktorer som skulle påverka om en patient ville använda en applikation för blodtrycksmätning i hemmiljö. / E-health is on the rise in Sweden and this also mHealth, daily people encounter these transformations of digitization. Applications in the mobile phone that provide doctors and healthcare professionals for patients to have as easy access as possible. The purpose of the study was to map what type of functions and content a patient with high blood pressure wants in an application for blood pressure measurement in the home environment and to investigate what would motivate a patient to use such an application. There were semi-structured interviews and usability testing on the mockup that was developed, which showed that patients with high blood pressure want to use such an application if there is enough underlying help. Getting support regarding training, diet, education and coaching from doctors were the factors that would affect if a patient wanted to use an application for blood pressure measurement in the home environment.
