Cupchik, Zelda. January 1953 (has links)

The normal pattern of growth and development, the deviations from the normal, and the environmental influences upon growth have been discussed by Gesell and Amatruda. The authors have formulated the concept of developmental diagnosis which refers to the necessity for diagnosing deviant development, in order to learn what can be expected of the child's later development.
