This situation has led such companies to incur unnecessary costs and expenses. In this study, we deal with the case study of a microenterprise of services in the personal beauty sector, which applied a Management Model based on define, measure, analyze, improve, and control (DMAIC) method. That excellent methodology helps to improve processes through the philosophy of continuous improvement, with the aim of proposing improvements to increase profitability and growth. Moreover, the integration of various techniques and tools at each stage of the DMAIC methodology was proposed with a focus on human management processes, inventories, and operational services, which have greater impact on most companies of this type.

The bachelor thesis aims to explore whether students perceive the usage of self-service technology (SST) as positive, neutral or negative, which occurs before, under and after a visit at the library of University of Borås. In this paper, a qualitative user diary was used as a method to gather empirical data. An established UX method, customer journey mapping (CJM), was selected to analyze the empirical findings. The findings were further analyzed with a theoretical framework of the predecessor David Benyon to gain a deeper understanding of user experience in a cross-channel context. The study shows that students are overall positive to the usage of SST, but a deficiency of information affects the positive experience throughout the library.

The final qualifying work includes: an explanatory note of 75 pages, 30 figures, 6 tables, 51 sources, 1 appendix. The purpose of the work is to create a Web service based on a product approach that allows trading on the Binance exchange, aimed at automating traders' trading operations. The object of the final qualifying work is a set of trader's trading actions and their interaction with the cryptocurrency exchange during trading. The subject of the final qualifying work is the process of developing a web application for trading on the Binance exchange. The work considers the subject area related to trading cryptocurrency assets, analogs of existing web applications for trading and providing access to the exchange. Product research, evaluation and selection of a set of functions and scenarios for automation, technologies, structure and UI, UX interfaces are carried out. The process of managing the web application being developed is described, the choice of development methodologies and team management is carried out. The project planning process, the process of developing a web application that allows trading on a cryptocurrency exchange, difficulties and approaches to solving them, testing and development prospects of the developed application are described. / Цель работы – создание Web-сервиса на основе продуктового подхода, позволяющего осуществлять торговлю на бирже Binance, направленного на автоматизацию торговых операций трейдеров. Объектом выпускной квалификационной работы является набор торговых действий трейдера и его взаимодействие с криптовалютной биржей в процессе торговли. Предметом выпускной квалификационной работы является процесс разработки web-приложения для торговли на бирже Binance. В работе рассматривается предметная область, связанная с торговлей криптовалютными активами, аналоги существующих web-приложений для осуществления торговых операций и обеспечения доступа к бирже. Проводятся продуктовые исследования, оценка и выбор набора функций и сценариев для автоматизации, технологий, структуры и UI, UX интерфейсов. Описывается процесс управления разрабатываемым web-приложением, проводится выбор методологий разработки, управления командой. Описывается процесс планирования проекта, процесс разработки web-приложения, позволяющего осуществлять торговлю на криптовалютной бирже, трудности и подходы к их решению, тестирование и перспективы развития разработанного приложения.
