Vícekriteriální hodnocení akciových titulů obchodovaných v systému SPAD na BCPP / Multiple Criteria Decision Making of Stocks Traded in Terms of SPADBorovička, Adam January 2009 (has links)
The subject of the diploma paper is multiple criteria analysis of stocks traded on Prague Stock Exchange in terms of System for Support of the Share and Bond Markets. The first part of theoretical passage discusses an introduction of exchange markets with an emphasis on Czech surrounding. The next extensive segment enters on decision making theory. In this chapter we can study basic ideas and connections in multiple criteria decision making. The most comprehensive section is created by theoretical study of methods in multiple criteria decision making. The last partition deals with share's analysis which is based on an application of suitable methodical approaches developed theoretically more closely in previous parts of the diploma paper. The main goal of the paper represents a release of investment recommendation for a potential investor decided to insert his free financial means into some of the most liquid stocks on Prague Stock Exchange.

Evropská hospodářská a měnová unie: Základy teorie OCA versus Maastrichtská kritéria / Economic and Monetary Union - Basics of the theory of OCA versus Maastricht criteriaParáková, Veronika January 2009 (has links)
In my diploma thesis, I study optimality of the European Economic and Monetary Union on basis of principles of the Theory of Optimum Currency Areas -- OCA, with special attention to the criterion defined by R.A.Mundell. I point out some rigidities of the European labor market because of which this criterion is not met. On basis of an assumption that the more countries meet these criteria, the more suitable candidates for an entry of the monetary union they are, I reach a conclusion that EMU is not an optimal monetary zone. Nonetheless, the thesis does not ignore a hypothesis of the endogenous character of the OCA theory criteria, i.e. that they can be met even after an entry of the monetary union. Furthermore, with respect to the OCA theory criteria, I study appropriateness of the set Maastricht Convergence Criteria for evaluation of preparedness of countries for an entry of the EMU. The thesis also deals with potential revenues and costs of the introduction of euro in the Czech Republic. At the end of the thesis, I suggest potential alternatives of future development of EMU with respect to the current problems of the monetary union.

Hodnocení CPM aplikací - analytických portálů / Evaluation of CPM applications - analytical portalsTománek, Jiří January 2010 (has links)
This thesis is concerned with evaluation CPM applications -- Analytical Portals. Based on reading up the evaluation criteria from another authors in third chapter, are chosen own criteria for evaluation of application Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, where are dashboards and reports created. The thesis consists of two general sections, theoretical and practical. The theoretical section describes division of CPM applications from particular vendors of software. In second chapter are explained the most important features of CPM applications and their submission into software portfolio particular vendors, which is the first target of this thesis. In the practical section are worked up the data of fictive company named Matastav into form, which is needed for creating dashboards and reports. After that in fourth chapter, are created dashboards and reports by software MOSS 2007. Here is explanation of the creation and of course the required hardware and software installation. The software and created dashboards and reports are evaluated in fifth chapter with own chosen criteria. That is the second target of this thesis.

Metoda Analytic Network Process / Analytic Network Process MethodLesák, Petr January 2010 (has links)
The thesis is concerned with Multi-Criteria Decision Making, in particular the Analytic Network Process method. The introductory part is dedicated to compile all the theory necessary to understand the method and utilized throughout the paper. The Analytic Hierarchy Process method is described and later generalized in the form of the ANP. Part of the paper is a description of available software products that are able to solve the ANP models. The main focus is on the application of the method, the usability and efficiency of possible use in macroeconomics is tested. In the third chapter a macroeconomic forecasting model is developed in cooperation with experts. The results of this model are compared with the best available up-to-date forecasts by local and international institutions.

Výběr vhodného softwaru z pohledu vícekriteriálního rozhodování / Choice of the suitable software from the viewpoint of multi-criteria decision makingMašátová, Jana January 2010 (has links)
In today's world there are many different substitutes for most products and services, increasing the demands on decision-making among substitutes. In order to make a decision, it may be very helpful to use multi-criterial methods for evaluating of the options, which are available to the general public through special programs. Thank to these programs, the general public does not have to be informed in detail about multi-criterial methods and can use the convenience of multi-criteria analysis. The aim of this thesis is to describe and compare the publicly available noncommercial czech software that allows the simplification of choice when choosing from several options according to specified criteria. The thesis work is focused on discrete models of evaluation that are simpler and more suitable for pre-defined alternatives. Non-commercial programs, many of which were created at universities, are evaluated in this thesis. Furthermore, some very well-known evaluation methods, which appear in some programs, are presented.

Použitie metód viackriteriálneho rozhodovania pre hodnotenie výdajových aktivít v metodike cieľového rozpočtovania / The using of multi-criteria decision making methods for evaluating the spending activities in the target budgeting methodologyMaslák, Stanislav January 2011 (has links)
The topic of these Thesis is the use of the multi-criteria methods at budgeting the expenditure side of the state budget. The first chapter of the thesis describes in detail the ex ante analysis as a support tool for decisions on public expenditure and also the economy, efficiency and effectiveness as the criteria for the ex ante and ex post analysis of the public expenditure of the state budget. Furthermore, I describe here analysis of decision making, specifically the individual elements and the structure of decision-making process. The second chapter focuses on various methods of quantification of the weight of the criteria and the methods of multi-criterial decision. Localising suitable areas for wind power development in Kiruna Municipality. : A spatial multi-criteria decision analysis.Marcianò, Pietro January 2017 (has links)
Within the last decade, wind power has faced a strong expansion in Sweden, supported by national policies. However, when wind power projects are to be developed, a series of legal difficulties, opposing land-use interests and resistance often arise, hindering their implementation on a local level. To bypass such difficulties, the Swedish government has invited municipalities to localise suitable areas for wind power development in their comprehensive plans. By adopting this proactive approach, different interests and views can be implemented in an early stage of the planning process, possibly reducing the risk of land-use issues and local resistance. The Municipality of Kiruna is currently updating its comprehensive plan and wind power is among the planning issues to be further investigated. Therefore, this thesis aims to combine GIS and multi-criteria decision making to support wind power spatial planning in Kiruna Municipality by exploring environmental, economic and social constraints and criteria under different planning scenariosTherefore, a spatial multi-criteria decision analysis is implemented to promote wind power localisation and at the same time, to prevent possible detrimental consequences. Swedish legislation, guidelines issued by national agencies and wind power planning practices are implemented to delimit areas feasible or unfeasible for wind power development. Then, the localisation process within feasible areas is guided by a set of social, economic and environmental criteria reflecting land-use interests typical of Kiruna Municipality. Weights, steering the relevance of the different criteria in the process, are then developed on the basis of three planning scenarios of future development for the Nordic Arctic. The results of the analysis show that approximately 90% of the territory of Kiruna Municipality is not feasible for wind power development. In particular, low wind speeds and areas of interest for defence are constraints excluding large portions of the municipal territory. Among the feasible areas, it is particularly complex to identify locations which are not located within areas of interest for reindeer herding or national interest for undisturbed mountainous environment and that have an adequate distance from existing electric grids. Nevertheless, the planning scenarios pinpoint suitable locations for wind power development in northeastern Kiruna, in proximity of Karesuando.
