This diploma thesis deals with construction and technological preperation of administrative, commercial and residential complex in Prague – Quadrio. The object consists of 6 seperate buildings connected to each other. There is combined underground under buildings, consists of four basements. The first and second underground, ground floor and the first floor are used for shopping mall. On the other floors, there are offices. The D-object is residential. In combined underground is a subway exit and its technology. There are also parking places for cars, supplying and technical facilities of the building. The construction and technological preperation consists of technical report, technological instruction, resolution of the building organization, time binding, occupational healthy and safety etc.

The subject of this Master thesis is a project of a leisure center. The project covers building plans, specifications and includes all the requirements according to valid regulations. The project comprises of two buildings which are connected together by a corridor. The first is a two storey building and contains classrooms designed to be used for aesthetics activities, children play area, cloakrooms, toilets and offices for the managers of these buildings. The second a one storey building comprises two halls for sport activities and the rest of the area is intended to be used as a play area for children, study rooms for teachers and a tool store. The roofing of both buildings is designed as a single pitched roof made of timber ties. This project also includes heat loss with sound assessment, fire assessment and two other projects of services and structures, described in the details of these buildings.

The project deals a accommodation guest house with restaurant in Mšené-lázně. The object has a partial basement and it has three aboveground floors. Restaurant, kitchen´s operation and background of the guest house are located in first aboveground floor. A total of twenty-two guest rooms are located in second and third aboveground floor. The building is covered with gabled, half-hipped roof and flat roof.

This master thesis deals with a draft of precast concrete frame structure on the case of gymnasium building. The major part of this work are transversal and longitudinal frames, consisted of footings, columns, girders and precast floor slab. Other parts of the building are not solved. Thesis consists both static calculations and drawings.

This master´s thesis solves the apartment building with – bakeshop. The are five floors in the apartment building. The building hasn´t any basement. There are fifteen flats in the building and one flat is barrier-free. The apartment building is designed in passive standard, it´s caused by the orientation to cardinal points, compact shape, extreme thicknesses of insulations, orientation of windows to the south-west and to the south-east, but also thanks to the climatic area.

Subject of the project is new building of medical equipment with institutional care for seniors. Building is located in Brno, in city part Brno-centre. Objective was to elaborate the project documentation for realization of the medical equipment with institutional care. Capacity of the equipment is maximum 28 patients. Building is situated in sloping terrain. Building has three aboveground floors and one underground floor. Bed part is designed as the masonry construction; dining part is the skeletal construction. Skeletal construction consists of reinforced concrete prefabricated panels; bricked part is of the type system THERM. Both parts are thermally insulated. The roof is designed as the flat single-layer structure.

Graduation theses is about complex design of tram vehicle for citz mass transport for near future. Conception is specialized on main work of tram vehicle: ergonomics, comfort, perfect view and good traction.

The master’s thesis deals with the design of solar assisted space heating and domestic hot water (DHW) heating in a detached single family dwelling. The thesis contains the heating load calculations as well as the calculation of the energy consumption for space and DHW heating. The thesis also contains the actual design and sizing of the heating system including the drawings. A simulation of solar heating was carried out with the use of the TRNSYS simulation tool in order to assess the yield of the solar heating system.

The aim of this master´s thesis is valuation of 11 real estate propetries of type flat in Ústí nad Orlicí by selected methods of valuation. Subsequently comparison of these methods and analysis of selected factors influencing the ascertained price and the standard price is done.

This master´s thesis is focused on the comparison of selected methods that the use for evaluation real property type flat. Thesis defines the basic notions connected with valuation and describes the methods of valuation. Valuated flats are situated in Písek and surrounding. Work includes description given to areas and maps local situation in the marketplace with flat unit. Flats were selected with different layout.
