The subject of this thesis is to process a future development strategy of a specific firm based on its strategy analysis. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part, where the theoretical part describes methods and procedures, which are subsequently used in the practical part. The practical part then analyses external and internal environment of the company, based on which SWOT analysis is created. A proposal of the firm's future development is put together from the obtained data, which also corresponds with the mission and vision of the company, and is described further in more detail within the functional strategies of the individual strategy business units. At the end, the chosen strategy is evaluated from the perspective of suitability, acceptability and viability.

This thesis offers a theoretical perspective on strategy, strategic management and strategic analysis. Theoretical knowledge is applied in a practical part and the company's draft strategy has been formulated using the strategic analysis results in the form Business model Canvas.

The aim of this Master's thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of the multiplex CineStar Mladá Boleslav from a perspective of its management. This analysis provides information and suggestions for improvement, which this management can use during an effort to influence strategic goals of the multiplex, when these goals are primarily defined by management of the CineStar Company. The thesis is divided into three parts - theoretical, methodical and practical. The theoretical part consists of a definition of related notions and putting a strategic analysis into context. The methodical part identifies and describes applied methods and tools of a strategic analysis. The practical part consists of the strategic analysis of the multiplex CineStar Mladá Boleslav, which is divided into analysis of superordinate strategy, external analysis, analysis of stakeholders and analysis of internal sources and abilities. Outputs of these partial analyses are subsequently consolidated in a SWOT analysis and lead to formulation of strategic recommendations.

The theoretical part is devoted to an introduction to strategic management, basic concepts and analyzes of selected external and internal environment. The practical part is focused on the application analyzes referred to in the first part of the thesis. The aim of this thesis is to carry out a strategic analysis of cafe FotoCafé. Results of the analysis help to evaluate the current status of the cafe on the market in Jindrichuv Hradec. The evaluation of current strategy of the cafe is also based on these results. The analysis revealed some shortcomings and weaknesses in operation of cafe. Part of the conclusion is a proposal about operation of cafe in the future.

At the end of the theoretical part there is the SWOT analysis and results of marketing research. The methods and procedures described in the theoretical part are then applied in the practical part. In the theoretically-methodological part, theoretical approaches and related terms concerning the strategic analysis are described and explained. In the analytical part, the strategic analysis is conducted. It includes the identification of threats and opportunities that can be found in the surroundings of the company, it also focuses on finding out strenghts and weaknesses among the company's resources. For the evaluation of the strategic analysis, the SWOT analysis is used. Specific strategic recommendations that are based on the result of the strategic analysis are mentioned at the end of the thesis.
