As análises desenvolvidas nesse
estudo se apóiam em material
empírico produzido junto a dez professores do Ensino
Fundamental II e Ensino
Médio da Escola Henrique de Sousa Filho, Henfil,
localizada
no Complexo
Penitenciário de Bangu, na Penitenciária Vicente Piragibe
e
nos estudos de Maurice
Tardif, Claude Lessard, Jacques Therrien e Phillippe
Perrenoud sobre o saber da
experiência, as interações no espaço escolar e trabalho
trabalho do(a) professor(a).
a prescrição e a atividade. / [en] This thesis aims to examine the knowledge, skills and
interactions used by
teachers in the context of a different school
prisional.Consider that the area of the
work presents both for the specific conditions for the
exercise of activity, as the
object of work, the private citizen of freedom . The
analysis developed in this
study are based on empirical material produced with ten
teachers in the elementary
school and high school II of the School Henrique de Sousa
Filho, Henfil, located in
the Penitentiary Complex of Bangu, in Penitentiary Vicente
Piragibe, and the studies
of Maurice Tardif, Claude Lessard, Jacques Therrien and
Phillippe Perrenoud learn
about the experience, the interactions at school and work
teaching. We work with
some principles of Ergonomics and Ergologia, which have the
object of the analysis
work situations, using as instruments of collect of giving
individual interviews,
comments and registers in a daily one of field. We look
for, among others questions,
to perceive that types of movements are made by the
professors, the activities who
carry through ahead of the imprevisibilidades of the way,
in a situated school in
prision. The results show that while practice teaching is
given in unhealthy
environment and inconsistent, among a group of students, at
times, emotionally
committed, teachers exercise their function with
satisfaction, even pointing the
shortcomings of initial training, the absence of public
policies designed to prison
education and the impact of the rules of prison on the
person and work of teacher. It
was a personal investment of professional education in
schools which operates
prisons as a way of reducing the gap between prescription
and activity.

[en] A COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR OFFSHORE ENGINEERING SIMULATIONS BASED ON VISUALIZATION AND WORKFLOW / [pt] UM AMBIENTE COLABORATIVO PARA SIMULAÇÕES EM ENGENHARIA OFFSHORE BASEADO EM VISUALIZAÇÃO E WORKFLOWISMAEL HUMBERTO FERREIRA DOS SANTOS 07 February 2017 (has links)
Tais sistemas envolvem as
artefatos e resultados independentes, porém altamente inter-relacionados. A
[en] Deep-water production systems, including floating production units (platforms or
ships) and all the equipments playing a part in the production process, are
currently designed by means of complex computational modeling systems. Those
systems involve the areas of structural calculus, meteo-oceanography (currents,
waves and wind forces), hydrodynamics, risers (rigid or flexible steel pipes for
carrying oil from the well in subsurface up to the production unit), mooring
systems, submarine equipment, seabed foundations and Geologic/Geotechnical
risk assessment. The project of a new production unit is a lengthy and expensive
process, that can last many years and consume hundreds of million of dollars,
depending on the complexity of the unit and how mature is the technology
developed to make the project technically and economically feasible. Projects are
conducted by diverse specialists, sometimes geographically distributed, yielding
independent but highly interrelated artifacts and results. The need for
collaboration is an inherent characteristic of deep-water floating production unit
projects. The possibility to share information among users, control the execution
of different modeling tools, visualize and manipulate virtual 3D models in
immersive Virtual Reality (VR) environments is pushing the limits of teamwork
activities in oil and gas industry especially in Offshore Engineering. The objective of
this thesis is to establish the fundamental principles and address the main issues
in the development of a Collaborative Environment for Engineering, named CEE
(Collaborative Engineering Environment), in order to allow the collaborative
visualization and interpretation of simulation results produced in engineering
projects, which in general also involve different specialties. Due to the multidisciplinary
characteristic of those projects, collaborative visualization becomes a
key component during the life cycle of engineering projects, especially those in
Offshore Engineering, used in this work as case of study. We propose an
integrated collaborative environment to be used by project engineers teams
during the execution and control of complex engineering projects, as is the case
of the projects of deep-water floating production units. The system requirements
were carefully compiled aiming to enable an effective collaboration among the
participants, creating a suitable environment for discussing, validating,
interpreting and documenting the results of the simulations executed during the
different phases of an engineering project. To further improve the interpretation
capacity and a better comprehension of results the support for immersive 3D
visualization is also available in the visualization tool, especially tailored for the
Offshore Engineering domain. In order to meet these goals, we devise a Service-
Oriented Architecture (SOA) for CEE. This architecture is composed of the
integration of different technologies of Computer Supported Collaborative Work
(CSCW), Virtual Reality (VR) and Grid Computing (GC). We use a Scientific
Workflow Management System (ScWfMS), based on BPEL (Business Process
Execution Language), a Grid-enabled software infrastructure for executing
engineering simulations, and a Video Conferencing system (VCS) to furnish
audio and video collaboration. For visualizing the results, a VR visualization tool,
specialized for Offshore Engineering, ENVIRON, has also been developed in
conjunction with the PUC-Rio/TecGraf team.

[en] SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS OF THE COLÉGIO PEDRO II AND THEIR WORK: WHEN YOU LEAVE THE PEDRO II AND THE PEDRO II DOESN T LEAVE YOU / [pt] PROFESSORES CONTRATADOS DO COLÉGIO PEDRO II E SEU TRABALHO: QUANDO VOCÊ SAI DO PEDRO II E O PEDRO II NÃO SAI DE VOCÊ!CRISTINA SPOLIDORO FREUND 06 August 2018 (has links)
[en] The thesis presents a research carried out with substitute teachers of the First Segment Department of the Colégio Pedro II and it has as the main question: What do the reports of the substitute teachers of the CPII s First Segment Department tell us about the meaning of their work, their identity and experience? As theoretical references, Tardif and Lessard (2005) were used for the reflections on the teaching work and theoretical categories (activity, experience and identity); Ball (2001, 2012), for the theoretical reflection on the concept of policy and policy enanctment, and Dubet (2014), for the discussion on inequalities. Goffman s concepts of face and stigma, among others, was used as theoretical-methodological reference, including the socio-linguistic-interactional analysis The research has a qualitative framework. The researcher used as strategies to collect and generate data: a) bibliographical research on laws and regulatory documents of the work of substitute teachers in Colégio Pedro II, b) semistructured interviews with fifteen teachers, c) fourteen interviews with schools managers and Teacher s Association delegates. Content analysis was used to analyze the data collected in documents and generated in interviews. The dialogue between Education and Language, especially Interational Sociolinguistics (GOFFMAN, 2013 [1964], 2013 [1979], b MISHLER, 1986a, 1986b), contributed to analyze the interviews as a social event. The interviewer s interaction with the interviewees and the construction of meaning by the actors were also placed in focus. As a result, the substitute teachers of Colégio Pedro II have more assured rights than colleagues from other networks in Brazil. Regarding the teaching activity, the teachers indicate that they value the school structure, both physical and pedagogical – the last carried out by the Orientation and Coordination teams. Despite the formal precariousness they are more satisfied than the substitute teachers of other networks, public or private. The work experience was perceived as formative, a faculty, renewal, empowerment moment. Some teachers emphasize having learned to teach, to evaluate, and also to teach by adapting the rhythm and content to the needs of the students. The experience of contract is sought as a possible trampoline to the condition of permanent teacher, the majority s desire. Regarding identity, although the work experience has led to a re-signification of being a teacher for some, they criticize the lack of endorsement for the realization of some projects, the lack of voice for the manifestation in some spaces. Some of the substitute teachers feel as a disposable labor even though they realize how much the school needs their work. They demand more egalitarian treatment, both in formal (worked hours, salary) and symbolic aspects, and they suggest that their experience should be valued in permanent teachers’selection. The sociolinguistic analysis shows how teachers manage, during the interviews, to balance the dual hierarchy of power (permanent teacher researcher vs. interviewed substitute teacher) and the stigma of the substitute, through stigma avoidance strategies and the construction of a competent teachers face, or through the reporting the stigma that marks the position of substitute teacher.

[pt] IDEOLOGIA NO CAMPO DO DESIGN DE MODA: O USO DA NOÇÃO DE MODA SUSTENTÁVEL / [en] IDEOLOGY IN THE FIELD OF FASHION DESIGN: THE USE OF THE SUSTAINABLE FASHION NOTIONAMANDA NETTO NOGUERA 10 August 2023 (has links)
[en] Considering the increase in the prevalence ofthe discourses and courses about
sustainability in the institutions that teach Fashion Design, we aim to
investigate how the field understands the sustainability notion. For such, as a
meansto learn the social totality, we apply Bourdieu s Field theory and theory
of the economy of symbolic goods and Marx s social theory, which we have
accessed mainly through Marxist researchers. This study found that the
discourse and practice of sustainable fashion design tend to reproduce the
ideology of corporate sustainability. That camouflages class interests, relying
on the reasonableness of environmental defense, while employing a
supraclassist rhetoric.

[en] OUTSOURCED CLEANING WORK IN THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTORS: SIMILARITIES OF PRECARIOUSNESS IN THE STATE AND IN THE CATHEDRAL OF GOODS / [pt] TRABALHO TERCEIRIZADO DE LIMPEZA NOS SETORES PÚBLICO E PRIVADO: SIMILITUDES DA PRECARIZAÇÃO NO ESTADO E NA CATEDRAL DAS MERCADORIASDEBORA D ELBOUX BERNARDINO 27 October 2022 (has links)
[en] The current study shows, from a qualitative approach, the precariousness of the outsourced cleaning labor in the State scope and in the cathedral of goods, through labor exploitation investigation, domination and oppression and its consequences on heath conditions, labor and outsourced workers life. From a sociologic point, this research took place to analyze a phenomenon rich in determinations, being this economic, political, or even ideological. Thus, two different groups were directly approached: the cleaning outsourced staff from a shopping center (called Triple A) and cleaning staff from an judiciary public body in the city of São Paulo. It is done a criticism to the principle of the neoliberal political and to the progress of the current government Neo-fascist ideology, which is highlighted, since it has concretized the deregulation of the achieved rights by the workers in the historic process, and the outsourcing deserved special attention in the current scenario, where its regulation, by the Law nº 13.429/2017, and also by a labor reform, that were approved with the intention of jeopardizing even more the life and work conditions in the country. From an assumption that the outsourced work hiring way underlie the subordinate character of the labor to the dynamic departments of economy and, therefore, to the process of capitalism accumulation. The lack of a direct employment contract or of an agreement that protects the worker is considered an insult to the social citizenship. Hence, the outsourced worker is not seeing as a citizen or as a subject that has its rights. In the process of this research, it was sought to know the workers experience in order to evaluate the invisibility and suffering induced by the working conditions that they are submitted. Starting with the reality comprehension as an infinite field of interrelations permeated by objectivities and subjectivities, which embraces relationships between subject and external object, subject and others subjects, and also the relationship with themselves, that is, the established working relationships. It was possible to understand and reflect the reality and the living conditions of the outsourced workers that occupy themselves from the cleaning through interviews and observations performed in the empirical research field. The internet was also used as a medium to obtain access to the testimonies from workers of the Passando a Limpo company (the fake name for the company that services for the Triple A mall) through their Facebook webpage. Moreover, it was performed a review and deepening of the bibliography investigation started in the research project. From the collected and analyzed data, it was possible to state that the working conditions, from the public and private sectors, and relationships of the workers are marked by an invisibility and hardship. It was also observed that the dehumanization inherent to the capitalist process bleeds with sophistication and splendors the malls at the expense of hard work of the outsourced workers.

[pt] CONHECIMENTOS CURRICULARES E VISÕES DE DOCÊNCIA NA FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES PARA AS ESCOLAS DE TEMPO INTEGRAL: EM FOCO OS CURSOS DE ESPECIALIZAÇÃO EM EDUCAÇÃO INTEGRAL / [en] CURRICULAR KNOWLEDGE AND VISIONS OF TEACHING IN TEACHER TRAINING FOR FULL-TIME SCHOOLS: IN FOCUS THE COURSES OF SPECIALIZATION IN INTEGRAL EDUCATIONLUISA FIGUEIREDO DO AMARAL E SILVA 18 December 2019 (has links)
[en] This thesis had as its theme the teacher education on the themes of integral and full-time education and as object the specialization courses in Integral and Integrated Education, offered by Brazilian public universities, through Programa Mais Educação (PME). The aim was the analysis of the curricular knowledge that composed the courses of specialization in integral education and of the senses assumed on the teaching in full-time schools. As objectives, it seeks to: (1) understand the process of curriculum development and development of specializations; (2) to analyze the possible relationships between curricular knowledge and the teaching senses identified and (3) to identify and reflect on the teaching knowledge that may emerge from this relationº Theoretically, the analyzes were constructed from the dialogue with different authors, such as Tardif (2013), Nóvoa (1997), Branco (2012), Cavaliere (2007, 2009), Coelho (2002, 2009), Veloso (2009), Silva (2011), Sacristán (2007, 2017), Schulman (2014), among others, that helped to better understand the phenomena researched. Methodologically, this thesis is based on qualitative research (MINAYO, 2004), in order to better understand the meanings and intentionalities that constituted the courses. From this qualitative orientation, this research carried out a collective case study (ALVEZ-MAZZOTTI, 2006; YIN, 2001; ANDRÉ, 2013), in four specializations developed in the south, southeast and center-west regions. In order to collect the research data, we performed: (1) semi-structured interviews with coordinators; (2) questionnaires with teachers and (3) documentary research. According to the data collected, interviews and questionnaires were analyzed based on content analysis (BARDIN 1977) and pedagogical documents based on documentary analysis (LÜDKE; ANDRÉ, 2012; OLIVEIRA, 2007). Finally, in order to deepen and answer the last questions and objectives of this thesis, the triangulation of data was done (MINAYO et al., 2012; YIN, 2001). Thus, having these different choices and the paths taken from them, this research evidenced as a result the existence of different curricular knowledge and visions of teaching in the courses studied. They were organized into different categories and subcategories; who now presented themselves far from the themes of specializations and now approached these themes, indicating the existence of specific knowledge and teaching to full-time schools. In its conclusion, it shows that if, on the one hand, these courses presented different problems and challenges related to the PME and the structure of the universities and their capacities to meet this demand of the MEC; on the other, they represented interesting and relevant experiences for the analysis of teachers knowledge (SHULMAN, 2014) and the processes of teacher professionalization (NÓVOA, 2016; TARDIF, 2013) developed through teacher training for, with and in full-time schools.

no município.
[en] The dissertation is the result of research carried out with residents of
Residencial Vale da Mata, in Xerém, Duque de Caxias - RJ, with the objective of
analyzing the limits and possibilities of carrying out Social Technical Work - TTS
in the Minha Casa, Minha Vida Program - PMCMV , implemented by the
Municipal Housing Department of Duque de Caxias through the actions of the
SocialService, and in the case, in particular, of this group of residents, who were
included in the Program, after the 2013 environmental disaster that left countless
people homeless in the municipality. The starting point of the investigation has as
its reference the recurrent questions from residents regarding the difficulties of
living in the territory, due to living in an environmentally protected area on behalf
of Rebio do Tinguá, as well as the late direct intervention of public authorities in
the housing process. in a condominium, since the factor that triggered the change
process was considered sudden, due to the disaster that occurred, whichdisplaced
them. The chosen methodological path was anchored in qualitative research, whose
fieldwork was carried out through direct observation and semi- structured
interviews; and in a systematic and continuous manner, documentary and
bibliographical research was used to update information from a legal point of view
in relation to the Program, which has undergone numerous changes overthe
course of governments. The results obtained allowed us to understand the limits of
the TTS, and it is believed that it can contribute to the restructuring of thetype of
intervention in cases similar to that of the study, especially with regard to the way
of looking at and conducting actions with the beneficiaries included in theProgram,
after being victims of environmental disasters.

[en] THE LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEES PROCEDURE FOR MAKING LAWS / [pt] O PROCEDIMENTO DE FEITURA DE LEIS POR COMISSÕES PARLAMENTARESLUCIANA BOTELHO PACHECO 07 December 2016 (has links)
[en] The dissertation looks into the core elements of the new legislative procedure created by the Brazilian Constitution of 1988 that gives the decision power to approval and rejection laws to the committees. It investigates the precedents of the mechanism in Brazil and the Italian and Spanish models, which served as the base of inspiration to the Brazilian constituent. It also points out the flaws of the internal regulation of the legislative houses which have prevented better use of the new institute as an alternative channel for making laws.
