Štatistická analýza sobášnosti, rozvodovosti a mimomanželskej plodnosti / Analysis of marriage rate, divorce rate and live births outside marriage

Birčáková, Barbora January 2014 (has links)
The main goal of the thesis is to analyze the basic indicators of marriage rate, divorce rate and the proportion of live births outside marriage. The first part is focused on the evaluation of the past and present development of the selected indicators. The thesis also includes a prediction of the future development of these indicators by using the Box-Jenkins methodology. The last part is dedicated to an international comparison of marriage, divorce and non-marital fertility indicators in the selected countries of the European Union. Moreover, the last part also includes a cluster analysis, where countries are divided into homogeneous groups according to the selected indicators.

Česko - Slovensko: vývoj obou zemí po rozdělení společného státu / Czech - Slovakia: development of each country after the split of Czechoslovakia

Pelikánová, Radka January 2013 (has links)
International comparison is very popular area of statistics, which is used to examine differences in many fields of science. This thesis seeks to apply the concepts of International comparison to the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. Though it has been 20 years since Czech and Slovak Republic separated from each other yet, rivalry exists between the two countries. Particularly, the socio-economic factors contributing to this rivalry have been of interest to economists. To further explore this rivalry, this master thesis aims to describe the difference in evolution of demographic, economic and social indicators that characterize development of countries and standard of living of its population. This paper consists of four main chapters. The first chapter outlines the introduction to time series and describes methods used in the following chapters for analysis of indicators. The second chapter briefly defines monitored indicators in terms of their objectivity, methodology and comparability in both countries. The third chapter analyzes the evolution in time and directly compares the values of indicators. The fourth chapter analyzes the average and median wages in greater detail. These indicators were chosen for analysis as they largely affect the standards of living in both countries. From the perspective of comparison method it is not straightforward to determine that one country has better results in all indicators than the other. Yet, here are two main broad conclusions. First, the notional "scores" are similar for demographic indicators. Second, Czech Republic has better social and economic indicators results then Slovak Republic. The analysis of trend models of average and median wage found that the social gap is widening in both countries. However, after converting to the same exchange rate, it is clear that the wage level is better in Czech Republic then in Slovak Republic.

Kvantitativní analýza predikce poptávky u vybrané společnosti / Quantitative analysis of demand forecasting

Urbanec, Matěj January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with the prediction demand forecasting in a company, focusing especially on quantitative methods of prediction. The theoretical part presents the predictions of demand, its place and importance in a company. Secondly, it presents various methods of qualitative and quantitative demand forecasting and the methods for measuring prediction accuracy. The practical part applies several methods on a real data of the company. These are the methods of moving averages, exponential smoothing, Holt and Holt-Winters method and the simple linear regression. The accuracy of each method are compared with each other and most accurate method is then used to predict demand for the year 2015.

Posouzení vybraných ukazatelů pomocí analýzy časových řad / Assessing Selected Indicators Using Time Series Analysis

Travencová, Darina January 2017 (has links)
The master´s thesis evaluates the economic situation of the company SCHWARTZ TECHNICKÉ PLASTY ČR s. r. o. using statistical methods. The theoretical part describes the issues necessary for the practical part, financial indicators, time series, regression and correlation analysis. In the practical part is an analysis of selected indicators of financial analysis, then statistical methods are used to predict future developments for the coming two years and to detect dependencies between the indexes. The last section contains suggestions for improving the current situation, which are based on calculations from the practical part.

Analýza ekonomických dat s využitím statistických metod / Analysis of Economic Data Using Statistical Methods

Matějková, Petra January 2017 (has links)
This master‘s thesis evaluates the financial situation of the company using selected indicators of financial analysis using time series analysis and regression analysis. Theses is separated into two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the issue of economic indicators, financial analysis, interpretation and on time series. The practical part deals with analysis of economic indicators, which will then be subjected to statistical analysis, which tries using statistical methods to analyse the trend of individual indicators and on the basis of values from previous periods to predict future developments.

Zavedení ISMS do podniku podporujícího kritickou infrastrukturu / Proposal for the ISMS Implementation in Company with CI Support

Šebrle, Petr January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the methodology of Management of Information Security in a medium size company supporting critical infrastructure. The first part is focused on the theoretical aspects of the topic. Practical part consists of analysis of the current state, risk analysis and correction arrangements according to the attachment A of standard ČSN ISO/IEC 27001:2014. Implementation of ISMS is divided into four phases. This thesis however covers the first two phases only

Algoritmické obchodování na burze s využitím umělých neuronových sítí / Algorithmic Trading Using Artificial Neural Networks

Šeda, Jan January 2016 (has links)
The capability to be able to determine the future progression on the worlds stock exchange is an important issue, which has become discernible in the last decades. An important role of this progression lies within the fast advancements in computerized technology. Aforementioned document describes a mechanism used for prediction of the future price of a certain stock. The strategy of trading is build upon this mechanism, and the core of this prediction system is an artificial neural network. Inputs used in this network are indicators derived from technical analysis. This trading system was implemented into historical trades and successfully tested.

Využití algoritmů strojového učení pro konstrukci hlídacích obvodů / Application of Machine Learning Algorithms for the Generation of Checking Circuits

Lelkes, Olivér January 2017 (has links)

Neuronové sítě s ozvěnou stavu pro předpověď vývoje finančních trhů / Echo state neural network for stock market prediction

Pospíchal, Ondřej January 2018 (has links)
This thesis deals with an echo state network and with acceleration of its learning by implementing the echo state network on a graphics processor. The theoretical part consists of the description of neural networks and some selected types of neural networks, on which is based the echo state network. After that, there are some other algorithms described used for time series analysis and last but not least, the tools that were used in the practical part of the thesis were briefly described. The practical part describes the creation of the accelerated version of the echo state network. After that, there is described the creation of input data sets of real financial indexes, on which the echo state network and the other algorithmns were then tested. By analyzing this accelerated version it was found that its learning speed did not reach the theoretical expectations. The accelerated version works slower, but with greater precision. By analyzing the results of the measurement of the other algorithmns it was found that the highest precision is achieved by solutions based on the neural network principle.
