Prekoncepty pojmu číslo a základních aritmetických operací na 1. stupni ZŠ / Preconcepts of number and basic arithmetic operations on primary school level

ZEMANOVÁ, Hana January 2008 (has links)
ANNOTATION In this diploma thesis I study intuitive ways of students´ solution of mathematical problems before specific procedure of counting or concept is introduced in mathematical lessons. Elaborating the problem proceeded in three stages: (a) suitable set of problems were chosen, (b) individual testing (via individual interviews) of two groups of pupils aged 6 {--} 9 were realized, (c) individual interviews were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. On the basis of the analysis of the results I examined three following questions: A) Which protoquantitative schemas have children at the beginning of school attendance? B) Which way can be used in introducing new concepts in mathematics? C) How the results correspond with understanding the concept of basic arithmetical operations.

KADLEČEK, Adam January 2010 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is the project of the process layout of the Motocentre in Ledenice. The project of the premises is elaborated in two versions from which one is chosen and finished to the documentation stage ready for releasing the building licence. Special attention is paid to the equipment, size of the areas needed and special demands during the manipulation with the vehicles in order to keep standard requirements and good accessibility. The construction is designed for a concrete lot in the village of Ledenice which is defined for industrial production by the territorial plan. In the thesis, are introduced all important requirements which are necessary to follow during designing; requirements for project documentation of the construction and individual acts preceding the works.

Řešení úloh o objemu a povrchu těles žáky 9. ročníku ZŠ / Solving of problems dealing with volume and surface in the three-dimensional space by 15-16-year old pupils (9th grade)

Dlouhá, Michaela January 2015 (has links)
The topic of my diploma thesis is the solution to exercises of volume and surface of 3D solids. The aim of the thesis is to make own didactic test and to analyse the methods of solution to math exercises in the 9th grade students of ZŠ Amálská. Also to compare the results of the tests in math and science orientated class to "normal1 " class and to find out the success rate of solutions in both classes. I focused only on pyramid and cone, because they are part of curriculum in 9th grade of basic schools after students are admitted to high schools, and after examination of educational programme of chosen school I realised that both classes had the same outputs of given schoolwork. I divided my thesis into two parts - theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part contains five chapters. In the first chapter I focus on didactic tests and their making. In the next chapter I deal with evaluation in general and school evaluation. In the third part there is the term of word exercise defined. In the fourth chapter there are solutions to the word exercises. And in the last chapter I define the term geometrical solid. In the practical part there are the aims and methods of survey, characteristic of research sample, making of didactic test, content of didactic test and analysis of students' solutions...

The third chapter describes the various ways investment disputes can be resolved. The fourth part of the thesis is its central one, it examines the current issues in the judiciary practice of the international arbitration courts. This part is further divided into four, relatively self-contained chapters. The first chapter describes the term expropriation, which is one of the key terms of investment law. Řešení sporů v mezinárodním ekonomickém právu - vybrané aspekty / Dispute settlement in the international economic law - selected aspects

Cibulková, Barbora January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with the dispute settlement in international economic law. Specifically, it focuses on dispute settlement mechanism within the framework of the World Trade Organization (WTO). The aim of the thesis is to examine specific features and evolution of this mechanism and to look at its functioning through case analysis. As an object of the case analysis I chose to investigate cases which have been filed by or against People's Republic of China (China) since its accession in 2001. The accession of China to the WTO was entailed with some controversy and China is well known as a state which is rather not in favor of international adjudication. Therefore, I would like to discuss why this system is more appealing to China and which consequences it might have. The thesis is divided into four main parts which are further divided into chapters. The first part of the thesis explores evolution of the dispute settlement mechanism of the WTO from its predecessor GATT 1947 and outlines main features of the dispute settlement proceedings. The second and the third parts of the thesis shift focus on China and provide a basis for the case analysis in the fourth part. The second part deals with specific circumstances of the accession of China to the WTO, while the third part looks at historical and cultural...

Míry stability optimálního řešení úlohy LP vzhledem k účelové funkce / Stability measures of optimal solution of LP problems with regards to the target function

Sůra, Jan January 2015 (has links)
Real-world systems usually contain some degree of natural uncertainty, their parameters are more or less variable. When seeking optimal solution, optimization models often disregard this variability and consider parameters of the model to be constant. This thesis focuses on methods of post-optimization analysis. Thorough post-optimization analysis should be a part of every optimization process of systems with variable parameters. Post-optimization analysis can identify parameters whose variability poses the greatest threat to the systems performance. This thesis describes some of the basic post-optimization methods and then a new method based on interval arithmetics is formulated.

Ekonomická analýza činnosti soudců / Economic Analysis of Judicial Activity

Zabranská, Monika January 2008 (has links)
The thesis deals with the problem of the monopoly structure of the modern justice system and the heavy regulation of most fields of dispute resolution. In this system, judges themselves comprise a self-interested group seeking relaxed regulation and increased rights from the government. The thesis describes inefficiencies and dangers stemming from the lack of market control of the modern justice system and suggests an alternative in the form of a private justice system. The purpose of this paper is to examine both the problem of successful implementation of competition into the current justice system, while describing various models as to how the private justice system could function without state control, with examples from history. This paper further examines the economic differences between private and public justice systems in terms of incentives, efficiency, the process of law creation, speed, and consumers' satisfaction, as well as the conditions under which different systems work best. The main conclusion of this paper is that society should allow all subjects desirous of opportunities to provide goods and services through new enterprises, even in areas currently the exclusive domain of the state, as doing so brings an increase in quality, speed of solution/service, and innovation.
