This work contains a proposal for constructions and workings of a worm mixer of clay, lime, cementand fly ash with water for delivery quantity 18 tons per an hour. The introduction describes problems of mixing and mixers in the preparation of building materials. I have mentioned calculation of the main proportions and drive under the relevant norms and self-fortress control of the stresssed parts of mixer. Drawing documentation is worked into the ACad program and contains the configurations of the proposed machinery and detailed subassembly of important parts of worm mixer.

This master’s thesis deals with optimizing the layout proposal of workplaces in a small engineering company. The work is to assess the current status, capacity calculation, design options to improve with subsequent selection of the optimal design and economic evaluation.

This thesis is focused on the design of conveyor of couplers with regard to the requirements for the resolution, and consisting of several parts. The first part outlines the given issue, short research study and an idea of solution. The next part concentrates on the structural design of the whole conveyor. Then the description of the first part of the conveyor including the structural design and the required calculations follow. Finally, other conveyor parts, the budget and the instruction manual are explained. The thesis includes the related drawings and all necessary calculations for other conveyors parts as well.

There are many shape and other changes in the engineering constructions. These changes cause the concentration of the stress. There is a higher probability of the crack initiation in the vicinity of these stress concentrators. The problems of the crack can be solved nowadays only with help of sufficient numeric tools. The Boundary Element Method is one of the many numerical tools which offer the solution of some problems of the mechanics. The goal of this diploma thesis is to formulate boundary element method for the plane problem of the linear elasticity for izotropic material with different types of the stress concentrators.

Tirad, a metal machining company, plans to build a new hall as an extension of its operation. This paper deals predominantly with production flow analysis of present operation. The analysis draws upon literary study and the company's previous production experience. Possible placement of machines is suggested in the following part of the paper, based on the analysis and requirements of the company. The fundamental requirement is to separate roughing and finishing technological operations, moving the latter completely into the new hall. The deployment of machines is optimized with regard for materiál flow. The new hall's dimensions are outlined in a drawing. Three options of machine deployment are discussed. In conclusion, these options are compared to one another and also to the present state.

The goal of this thesis is to propose a new warehouse of spare parts. The first part describes the theoretical analysis of mentioned problems. This is followed by an analysis of the current situation in the company warehouse and analysis of information storage system SAP. The main part consists of determining the inventory, location of warehouse, storage equipment choice and a draft layout. Based on an evaluation by selected criteria was identified advantageous variant. The conclusion is devoted to the economic evaluation of the implementation of the warehouse of spare parts.

The thesis is focused on proposal for the new layout of technological worplaces. At first, it analyzes the present state. The second step is the design of possible variants of the new layout. These variants are evaluated. The economic evaluation is performed for chosen variant.

v anglickém jazyce Despite the market relevance and cross-border operations of numerous credit and other financial institutions, the recent global financial crisis has clearly demonstrated that even the most significant conglomerates of the financial sector are not safe from the threat insolvency. Given cross-border activities of these institutions, any resolution of their market failure requires a comprehensive approach, inevitably facing also complexities arising from the presence of an international element. In this regard, this work examines persisting pitfalls pertaining to determination of international jurisdiction and applicable law, considering specific principles that govern current regulation of international insolvencies of credit institutions in conjunction with fundamental principles of universality and territoriality. With reference to existing case law, it is shown that despite the dogmatic dominance of the universality principle, the international solution of the insolvency of credit institutions still clashes with significant territorialism tendencies. The thesis is focused on the topic of the Financial Arbitrator as an alternative dispute resolution body dealing with the disputes between financial institutions and their clients as well as the proceeding before it. Act No 229/2002 Coll., on financial arbitrator, as a special law adopted based on the requirements of the Directive 97/5/EC on Cross-Border Credit Transfers incorporated into the Czech legal system with effect from 2003 an institution, which is not by its nature and proceeding based on specific rules comparable to any other public authority in Czech republic. Mediation in the Czech Republic Abstract This thesis follows mediation as one of the methods of alternative dispute resolutions in the Czech Republic. The adoption of Act No. 202/2012 Coll., on Mediation and Change of Some Laws, which set the conditions for the performance of mediation in noncriminal matters, represents an important milestone in the development of mediation in the territory of the Czech Republic. This thesis is focused on the mediation process; its main aim is to define the phases through which the mediation passes and also the rights and duties of the mediator, their characteristics and their theoretical basis. This thesis is structured into an introduction, four chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter introduces the concepts of mediation and the parties of the conflict, the development of mediation abroad and in the Czech Republic, also defines the types of mediation and the areas of its application, with an emphasis on family mediation.
