Studie okružní křižovatky Bílinská v Teplicích / Teplice, Bílinská st. - roundabout design

Chladný, Miroslav January 2012 (has links)
The aim of my master´s thesis is to design documentation, at the level of study, for roundabout. The area of interest is defined by the crossroad of Lounská, Americká, Bílinská streets and the conection of existing road I/13 . This is the crossroad of local roads, which are functional group C-serving with the serving function. The aim of conversion of existing crossroad on the roundabout is to calm and clarify the traffic in the locality. There are also designed comunications for pedestrians in the locality. The study is solved in two variant of conection to existing road I/13.

Způsob výuky kombinatoriky na střední škole a jeho vliv na řešitelské strategie žáků / Ways of Teaching Combinatorics at the Secondary School and their Influence on Pupils' Solving Strategies

Strnadová, Pavlína January 2015 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with ways of teaching combinatorics at a secondary school. Specifically, I analyzed selected mathematics textbooks for secondary schools in terms of introducing concepts and operations of combinatorics and in terms of types of tasks used. I carried out interviews with six secondary school mathematics teachers and observations of their lessons in order to describe their method of teaching combinatorics. Using results of tests written by these teachers' pupils, I examined whether and how their solving strategies and errors might be influenced by their teachers' approach to teaching combinatorics. Finally, I compared my results with the existing results of mathematics education research on pupils' combinatorial reasoning. The work is divided into four chapters; the first three are theoretical (curricular documents for selected schools, analysis of textbooks on combinatorics in terms of the implementation of combinatorial concepts and operations, selected research about pupils' solving strategies and errors for combinatorial problems, methods of checking the correctness of their solutions. and the impact of ways of teaching combinatorics on pupils' performance). Chapter 4 focuses on my own research which consists of interviews with teachers, observations of lessons on combinatorics, the...

Cesty a strategie žáků 10-12letých při řešení vybraného typu slovních úloh / Ways and strategies of 10-12 years old pupils when solving selected type of word problems

Strnádková, Ivana January 2014 (has links)
Title: Ways and strategies of 10-12 years old pupils when solving selected type of word problems Abstract This Diploma thesis is focused on word problems that, to some extent, make pupils troubles with their solution. In the first theoretical part there are word problems that the work deals with. These are word problems with ant signal, dynamic, complementary, graphic and their characteristics. The next section is about the strategy of solving word problems and work with mistakes. The second part is focused on experiment of all types of word problems that are described in the theoretical part. This experiment is analysed according to strategies of pupils' and teachers' solutions. Those strategies are later described and commented in detail. Key words word problem, solving strategy, mistake, source of mistake, grasping of word problem

Řešení sporů v rámci WTO / Dispute resolution within WTO

Honzíková, Veronika January 2014 (has links)
Dispute Settlement in the WTO Veronika Honzíková Abstract The WTO dispute settlement represents a significant improvement compared to the dispute settlement system under GATT 1947, but is still considered as his successor. The mechanism under GATT 1947 had many weaknesses which resulted to the need of reform. The procedure under GATT 1947 was not contradictory and all members of the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) were entitled to use the veto right when adopting the reports. The contracting parties were conscious of such weaknesses and they have agreed on a new dispute settlement system during the Uruguay round. The Dispute Settlement Understanding (DSU) is part of the Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization. The new system remains inter-state mechanism and as a consequence, available only to the Member States, excluding individuals and business operators. The dispute settlement under WTO has become compulsory while leaving each member the choice between this standard procedure and other dispute modes, such as Good Offices, Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration. The dispute settlement system has been unified and has become more judicial. It excludes national jurisdictions and means strengthening the multilateralism. The dispute settlement is administrated by the Dispute Settlement Body,...

Institucionální rozhodčí řízení / Institutional arbitration procedure

Zoubková, Kateřina January 2011 (has links)
- Institutional Arbitration Arbitration in its today's dimension is a phenomenon that represents an alternative system to a state organized litigation. Arbitration is way of settling disputes among subjects in various fields of economic activities. There is commercial arbitration which is the most spread and used in the world, sport arbitration, mixed arbitration and others. This thesis, also due to the fact that it has been assigned by The Department of Commercial law - International Private Law, is devoted to international commercial arbitration. Arbitration is a private system of litigation in which private neutrals are called by parties to resolve their dispute. Arbitration held by individual neutrals chosen particularly for determinate cause is called ad hoc arbitration. In response to a stabilization of arbitration procedure, the arbitration institutions were established to provide arbitrational services and other dispute resolution services. Arbitration administrated by such institutions is in theory called institutional arbitrational, which is the subject of present work. The thesis is deemed to report on actual arbitrational and other dispute resolution services offered by major world institutions. These services include the arbitration proceedings itself which is the most important and...

Návrhy půdorysných řešení ve skladbách aerobic fitness / Choreographical strategies of aerobic fitness

Kobelková, Tereza January 2012 (has links)
Topic: Choreographical strategies of aerobic fitness teams Objective: To find out according to given criteria, which types of transitions from formation to formation in the competition FISAF fitness aerobic, have the highest impression (effect) on the observer. The types of transitions evaluated are; short and simple transitions, combination of transitions and long and complex transitions. Methods: Sequential mixed method was used to obtain the results. Three criteria, specific for the solutions of space and floor pathways, have been designed for indirect observation and quantitative analysis of the selected choreographies. Second criterion was evaluated by twenty experts through participatory observation and the results were quantified. Qualitative analysis was used in the second part of the third criterion and for all results of the quantitative analysis. Method of comparison was used to compare all results. Conclusion: Most effective showed to be the short and simple transitions, followed by combination of transitions. Long and complex transitions were least impressive for the observer. KEY WORDS: Space and floor pathways solutions, effect, choreography, aerobic fitness, creation
