Nowadays, the public and state administration authorities are more frequently than ever forced to change public service processes due to the constantly changing environment and growing pressure on accessibility and quality of the public services. The requisite changes are sometimes only minor but due to the rigidity of the state administration and fast social and technological development it's necessary to make deeper changes more often. Those changes are possible to make only by using project. Effective evidence, monitoring and coordination is becoming the necessity with growing number of projects. This thesis is focused on architecture design and software solution testing for evidence, monitoring and project coordination of the Ministry of the Interior. The first goal of this work is to analyze the software solution requirements following future user needs. Second goal is to design process, process-organizational, functional, data and software architecture based on those requirements. Third goal is to design the method and testing plan including testing scenario design for designed software solution. Last goal is execute this testing plan and present the results. The main benefit of this thesis is architecture design creation of software solution for evidence, monitoring and project coordination of the Ministry of the Interior. Beneficial is also the design of testing method and testing plan for the software solution which could be repeatedly used for future projects related with delivery of software solution. The project management scope of the Ministry of the Interior and analysis of requirements on software solution for evidence, monitoring and project coordination is defined in the introduction of this thesis. Next part of the thesis is dedicated to the design of process, process-organizational, functional, data and software architecture of the designed software solution. Last part of the thesis is dealing with design of the testing method and testing plan for the software solution, execution of the testing and presentation of its results.

Bank Recovery and Resolution Abstract and keywords This diploma thesis systematically presents the European regulatory framework of recovery procedures and resolution of credit institutions and investment firms (BRRD), in the form of a directive, implemented into the Czech law in Act No. 374/2015 Coll., on recovery procedures and resolution on the financial markets. At the same time, the first major amendment to this directive, the so-called BRRD2, is incorporated into this thesis, which mainly implements the international standard of FSB for the specification of the total loss absorbing capacity into the EU law. The work is divided into 5 parts. The first part monitors the background of the BRRD, discusses the causes of the Global Financial Crisis, and what we deduce from them, and then discusses the global regulatory response to this crisis. The second chapter places the BRRD in a broader context within the Banking Union and presents its structure. The Banking Union is built on a single set of rules and is divided into two (in the future three) pillars. These are a single supervisory mechanism and a single resolution mechanism. This master's thesis shows an example of reactive server automation in ICT environments. There is a description of solution for specific problem in the AIX operating system which is implemented in an automation suite IPC. Analysis of current situation contains description of properties of the operating system AIX, the examined problem as well as of the IPC tool which is used for implementing this solution. After the description of the implemented solution there is also an economic evaluation of the entire thesis.

The diploma thesis deals with the improvement of non-compliance management processes in the production company supplying the railway industry. The theoretical part explains the basic characteristics and principles of process control. In the practical part, the current state of non-compliance management processes is analyzed from many points of view and potentials for improvement ire identified. Based on identified potentials, specific measures are proposed to improve the current situation and also give the expected benefits to company after the proposed measures have been put in place.

The subject of the assignment is urban concept and social center housing complex Brno-Lesná that during the construction of housing estate Lesná already been completed. The initial document is current cadastral map of the territory, orthophoto map and its own research area. The main objective of the study is to examine the territorial land use options that already has an earlier era of the proposed basic transport and building structure and contains values that should be respected. Complement all functions, check undeveloped areas, investigate and propose pedestrian routes in the area in relation to public transport stops and the center of gravity of the territory and tackle parking, suggest new uses of existing buildings and to propose new objects and also propose solutions to the pit, including landscaping and greenery adequately the importance of land use.

This work deals with the production technology of the plastic part for battery modules. First chapter contains analyzis of fundamental methods of machining, where are general informations about technologies which are used in the company with which one is work cooperated. In the second chapter is solved description of manufactured part and its technological aspects for the production. Next chapter is dedicated for introducing the company and its technological possibilities for the manufacturing. The rest part of the work is dedicated for designing production of the semi-finished product and clamping of the semi-finished product. With the selected variant is solved production technology of the part, where are indicated technological solutions of each operations and production process. In the end is realized technological-economic valorization, where is solved service of more machines and judged cost for production of designed variants.

The objective of this thesis is creation of technical and economic assessment of the suitability of pumped storage hydroelectric power plant Smědavský vrch. Thesis contain's technological design, power output and whole economic solution of the project with regard to construction and business.

For Raman spectroscopy is a need to introduce a laser light into an optic fiber and analyze a collected light at the same time. Therefore it was proposed a specialized optical system. This system can also be used to measure other spectroscopy methods such as photoluminescence. In the theoretical part of this theses, was discussed both mentioned methods and their instrumentations. In addition to the Raman spectroscopy, was also shown some special cases of Raman spectroscopy for enhanced measurement of Raman scattering. The problem of weak signal detection and its reading is also discussed in the theoretical part of the thesis. In the practical part of this thesis was discussed the mechanical design of the optical system and the choice of optical elements that are used in the system. Next, is introduced the manufactured system, which design is based on the parameters of the chosen optical elements. The practical part of the thesis ends with an assembly and testing of the proposed system.

This thesis deals with analysis of the current situacion in the firm Antonín Král. Then the evaluation of the firm, and the proposals of improvement. Expecially of the conflicts in the workplace and absence from work. First part is focused on explication of the facts. The second part deals with Antonín Král company introducing and analysis of this company. By this analysis are descovered deficiencis. The last part contains my proposals to solve absence, conflicts and how to involve employes in to the firm. Conclusion is the Brogure of solution of conflict on workplace.
