Resume The main concern of the thesis is about institution of school as a scope of changeover domain of episthemical, ethical and economic/political/power discourse. The methodological approach based on the Michel Foucault's theory of the power and knowledge concurrence is used. Further, several perceptions of critical economics, sociology and political studies are also utilised. The hypothesis is that the institution of school have been methamorphosed coherently to the discourses and within of contexts of transfiguration of social-economic conditions in the course of human events, specifically in 19th , 20th and 21st centuries. The school is considered a power. The institution of school is changing its contents and functions during the history, however, the power has been kept as its proper characteristic in any case. And as the thesis demonstrates that power is even becoming a softer and subtle one while being accordant with the current claims of global capitalism. That can be expressed by the concept of so-called "knowledge society".

In this thesis I deal with legal personality of nursery schools. I define the concept of legal personality, describe its influence on school management, present the extent of legal personality of Czech nursery schools in a historical comparison, and briefly also in an international comparison with other European countries. The topic of the thesis directly addresses the field of legal status of schools. In the theoretical section, I describe the current situation, explain relevant terms, and the needs preceding the necessity to establish the legal personality of schools. Furthermore, I present the history and legal terms of legal personality of schools in the time frame of the 1990s when all types of schools gradually gained their legal personality. In a separate chapter, I discuss management of the school as a legal entity. In the research section of the thesis, I show the present extent of legal personality of Czech public nursery schools. The aim of the thesis is to help create a comprehensive view of how legal personality affects school management and the authority of the headmaster as an executive of an organization with legal personality.

The topic of this thesis is a social pedagogical work in EU countries. The main aim is to map approaches in selected European countries and the analysis of social-pedagogy work in these countries to identify reserves in this field in the Czech Republic and to propose possibilities to improve an existing concept. This thesis is based on theoretical studies as well as on the legal provisions, regulations and documents. Research problem is: "Effect of legislative changes and historical aspects in social-pedagogical activities in schools". There are defined three problematic issues: What is the role of global EU legislative for the social-pedagogy work in schools? What is the role of local legislation changes in EU countries in social-pedagogical work in schools? What is the difference in social pedagogy in schools in different EU countries related to their history? The thesis discusses basic socio-pedagogical concepts, defines social pedagogy as a scientific discipline and provides an overview of its main dimensions, areas of action, functions, methods and tasks. In my whole dissertation on the theme "The establishment of a dancing school", I solve the problems of suitable selection of legal form and his consequences during the establishment of a dancing school. Firstly, In my theoretic part I mostly focus on an analysis of legal forms of profitable and even unprofitable organisations, their functioning and generally the relation to finances. Then, secondly in my practical part I devote to a research in a form of questionnaire survey in dancing schools along all The Czech Republic, which shows a current situation, which means that it permits to get through the stated issue more intensively. On the basis of theese pieces of knowledges and information, I will find out, what legal form is suitable for the establishment of a dancing school in dependence on surrounding factors, for example a size of regions, a rate of competition, a main focus of a dancing school etc.

This dissertation study, The Knowledge of Children of a Selected Secondary School about Poverty, characterizes the concept of poverty from different angles. The theory part concretely defines the concept of poverty. It describes types of poverty, treats the topic of reasons behind and outcomes of the mentioned global problem. This work delineates the marking of poverty in the Czech Republic and maps out in general the situation of the global problem in the world. It demarcates the meaning of The World Bank, which effectively decreases poverty in the world. The closing argument of the theory part treats the topic of preventing poverty, and organizations which deal specifically with poverty. The empirical portion of the dissertation is handled through the vehicle of research, realized through questionnaire surveys with the help of non-standardized questionnaires, which ascertain poverty awareness of pupils of the selected middle school. The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out the level of motoric abilities in sports and non- sporting children at the 2nd level of elementary school. Based on eight selected standardized tests, we find the required level of motor skills and, above all, the real difference between sports and non-sporting children. In the theoretical part I deal with the characteristics of individual motor abilities, sports and non-sporting children at present days. In the research part I tested 80 children of elementary school by motor tests and based on the questioning method I found out the rate of sports and non-sporting children. The results of the movement tests and the questionnaire were statistically processed and evaluated. This diploma thesis focuses on poverty and social exclusion in Czech society with a special focus on teenagers. The theoretical part addresses poverty and social exclusion in both traditional and modern society. It includes methods of identyfying poverty and social exclusion socio-political measures for prevention and resolving of poverty. The theoretical part concludes with discussing the impact of poverty in childhood and adolescence for developing people and endeavors to actively avoid exclusion from schools. This work describes studying possibilities of people with disability on selected universities in Czech republic and cover regarding problems and topic. First part of work focuses on introduction into above mentioned issues. Reader can get familiar with terminology and characteristics of each student's health disability where they are all at once studying at university. There is considered these health disabilities mainly: visual impairment, hearing impairment, (body) disability and specific learning disabilities. Next part of this work is dedicated to legislation which deal with this area not only in Czech republic, but also at international range. Main part describes work of organization helping students with special educational needs not only established at universities. Mentioned organization offer their services not only for students of given universities, but also for public with health disability. Final part is dedicated to student's stories, which are studying at some universities.
