The goal of this master's theses is to make a theoretical analysis related to creation of concept maps and its use in elementary school, as well as creativity and other aspects of the creative process. Another part is the didactic analysis which includes a comprehensive analysis of the chosen physical thematic unit. This is followed by the verification of the created concept maps in the real teaching that was realized within the pedagogical probe.

The main aim of my diploma thesis, is to analyze attitudes towards the parenting of homosexual individuals and couples, at the students of the Hussite Theological Faculty of Charles University. The first part of my work is focused on definition of the homosexuality, explanation of basic concepts, and summarizing the history of the homosexuality. This diploma thesis gets the reader introduced into the concept of registered partnership. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the attitude of the public towards homosexuality and clarifies the situation of homo-parental families in the Czech Republic. As a main method for this work was used a quantitative one, the data were obtained by a questionnaire survey. As a secondary method were used summaries of other studies related to this topic. At the end of the thesis, the results of the questionnaire survey are evaluated and presented.

The term ``social pathological phenomena{\crqq} is defined as most serious disorders in behaviour of children and youth. Society finds these disorders negative as they bring many personal problems to the perpetrators in their families, at school as well as in broader social environment. These behaviour disorders particularly result in breaking social standards and penal law. The main goal of the present thesis was to ascertain awareness of senior pupils at primary schools in the region of Moravské Budějovice, Czechia, of possibilities to solve their problems with the occurrence of pathological phenomena, that is, whether they know whom to turn to if they encounter problems with social pathological phenomena. Sub-goal No 1 was to ascertain who informs senior primary school pupils of possibilities to solve their problems with the occurrence of pathological phenomena. Sub-goal No 2 was to describe social pathological phenomena with senior pupils at primary school. In order to get an overview of the problem, the author used quantitative research, namely the method of questioning, the questionnaire technique and the documents analysis method, then also the technique of secondary analysis of data from related documents kept at a body of social protection of children. Questionnaires were distributed among senior pupils in selected classes of primary schools, among their class teachers and pedagogic instructors in the selected primary schools in the region of Moravské Budějovice. In relation to the presented sub-goals of the thesis, the following two hypotheses were formulated. Supposed Hypothesis No 1 ``I assume that basic information is given mainly by class teachers, prevention methodists and pedagogic instructors{\crqq} was confirmed. The questionnaire results show that the group of pupils researched were mostly instructed by teachers. Supposed Hypothesis No 2 ``Social pathological phenomena are taken as a social problem which is difficult to solve in the aforementioned region{\crqq} was not confirmed. The research shows that teachers and instructors in the selected primary schools are very successful in dealing with the problems of social pathological phenomena. Therefore, we may conclude that the endeavour of schools in the field of occurrence of those phenomena and their prevention is on a very good level in the period tested.

Využití náčiní a nářadí v hodinách tělesné výchovy na 1. stupni ZŠ / Use of equipment and tools in physical education of classes of primary school

The thesis deals with the use of equipment and tools in physical education at the first grade of primary school. The theoretical section is devoted to the content of gymnastic lessons, its history, equipment and tools used in lessons, importance and kinds of equipment and tools utilized. All this is complemented by recently introduced equipment and tools, which are available. Besides, I have specified methods of their use in day to day education. In the Investigation and Research section, I have used questionnaires and to complementary technique controlled interviews with teachers of gymnastics and also with vendors selling of equipment and tools. By using above mentioned methods, I discovered that teachers use gymnastic equipment and tools in almost every lesson despite all obstacles to exercise an ideal gymnastic lesson. The biggest obstacles in day to day life to a ideal gymnastic lesson are small gyms, the low number of available equipment and tools, limited number of lessons and especially resulting from limited financial resources to overcome those problems. This thesis is focused on the inclusion of athletic activities in kindergarten. It is conceived as a methodical collection of athletic activities that are established for kindergarten teachers. Its aim is to find suitable athletic activities, to create an overview and to practically try them with preschool children. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is dedicated to a preschool child in terms of physiological and motor. It also describes the importance of play and movement in this age. Another chapter deals with the Framework educational program for preschool education and its relationship to athletics. Then the chapter about athletics follows, which provides a brief history of athletics and its importance to the child. There are also described physical abilities, which are closely related to athletic activities since their assumption. The last part is about the correct techniques of athletic disciplines that can be implemented in kindergarten and it is running, jumping and throwing. In the practical part there are selected athletic activities and games, which are divided into groups according to disciplines of running, dumping, throwing and combination of all activities. This diploma thesis deals with a topic of primary school pupils and their relationship to physical activity in dependence on their parents' interests. The theoretical part consists of a characteristic and determination of the child's middle and older age, a theoretical definition of a physical activity and its influence on people's health; furthermore, the factors affecting physical activity are determined. Another important aspect of the theoretical part of the thesis is the overall definition of sport itself. Last but not least, the theoretical part includes the definition of terms free time and lifestyle. The practical part focuses on the actual research. Within the first part, the research sample, research procedure and methods of testing are described. The following part deals with individual parts of a questionnaire developed for the purpose of this thesis and its outcomes. The results are compared with the already assessed and evaluated data dealing with the topic of the pupils' physical activity. The final part of the thesis discusses and concludes the results gained from the questionnaire research.
