The advertising as one of the tools of the marketing mix has positive influence on sales and is differenciating the product from competition. According to persuasive view the advertising contributes to the differences in firms' cost conditions, creates abnormal profit and is able to deter the entry into the market. The question is whether the advertising can have such a influence on competition at the market.The goal of the thesis is to introduce the major views on advertising in economic theories and based on available emprical studies to define and describe the major differences in the views. The impact of advertisng on perfomance indicators is analyzed in own empirical study for the market of chocolate bars, covered and partially coverd wafers.

Základní pohybové dovednosti dětí v běžných MŠ a dětí v lesních MŠ / Basic motor skills of children attending regular kindergartens and children in forest kindergartens

The paper aims to examine how the specific conditions in forest kindergartens may affect motor development of young children and to identify other daily life factors that may have an impact on motor development. A test of motor skills was used to compare results of children from forest schools and regular kindergartens. The work is based on theoretical knowledge about children's motor development, motor skills and abilities and various ways to test them. A set of motor tests was compiled to measure the level of motor skills in both types of kindergartens. The theoretical part provides the reader with characteristics of both types of schools to show how the conditions may vary and assess the differences. The comparison of the results of the tests shows that natural conditions for physical activities in forest kindergartens do not lead to better results in motor skills tests. The parents of participating children were given a questionnaire and the provided answers were then compared with the children's performance in the tests. This method proved that neither time actively spent with parents nor exercising in extracurricular activities have a significant effect on the motor level development of children. The diploma thesis deals with the job satisfaction of pedagogical employees working in elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. The main goal of the thesis is to ascertain how are the pedagogical employees in the elementary and high schools of the Vysočina District overall satisfied with individual aspects of the selected outside factors of job satisfaction. The next goal of the thesis is to compare job satisfaction of pedagogical employees in the individual aspects of the selected outside factors. In the theoretical part, the thesis is focused on the theories of job satisfactions and the relationship between job satisfaction and work performance. Furthermore, the thesis deals with selected outside factors, which influence job satisfaction. The investigation is carried out in the selected elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. To obtain the necessary data, a non-standardized questionnaire of job satisfaction was created, which was then filled in by 149 teachers of both elementary and high schools in the Vysočina Region. The statistical compilation of the data showed, that the teachers of the selected elementary and high schools of the Vysočina Region are satisfied in their job. The theses titled "The awareness of students of primary and secondary schools on the issue of eating disorders"is divided into two main parts - the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of individual disorders, epidemiology and the factors with influence on the emergence of disorders. Next the symptoms and effects of eating disorders in children and adolescents are described as is the treatment and the field of prevention. The practical part is then focused on the research of awareness of students of the problematics of eating disorders, with evaluation of the questionnaire survey. Besides the level of awareness of students, the subject of the research were the most common sources of information on the matter and the influence of the location of schools in the Czech Republic on the awareness. The results of the practical part showed that the grammar school students have highest level of awareness and are followed by the secondary vocational school students and the primary school students in Prague. The worst informed group consisted of the primary school students in the Central Bohemian Region. The aim of the diploma thesis is to compare public and private high school system with respect to selected data. Firstly, conceptions of quality in education, the inspection of the quality based on the Czech School Inspectorate (ČŠI), international tests or the quality school criteria given by the ČŠI will be characterized in the theoretical part. The high school system in Czechia with respect to the establisher, the historical development, the offer of disciplines, the relationship with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MŠMT) and financing will be described. It will be characterized the private school system at an international level to compare studies comparing public and private schools. The chapter about equal educational opportunities in conditions of Czech schools will be added too. Educational conditions and results in the selected period (2017-2019) will be analyzed in the analytical part. For the purposes of the analysis, the quality school criteria will be used. The data of the Center for Finding Results in Education (CZVV) will be analyzed too with respect to results of the school-leaving exam and shares of failed students from all high schools and then separately from grammar schools and vocational schools. The topic of my diploma thesis is a design of a new complex of schools in Ostrava. The place of this project is located close to a historical centre next an exhibition grounds Černá louka. The main idea is a design of single houses which are created to a closed block with an inner area with large garten. The children from secondary school will during their environment lessons plant various plants and students from the high school will get to know in their biology lessons these plants. The complex is divided by functions to five different houses: kindergarten, primary school with secondary shool, grammer school, kitchen with school canteen and sport complex.

I see free "green" plot next to Černá louka like the most suitable place for my solution of the project. the most important point of my concept was to divide dirty services and cleen services of the complex of educational buildings. The "dirty" parts are located to the main road with trams, cars and pedestrian path. "Clean" one is oriented to the river Ostravice and green more quiet location. From the aspect of functions, the complex is divided to three main parts (kindergarten, the primary school and technical lyceum) and additional functions also offered for public (gym and school canteen). The kindergarten is separated from the service and volume of the main hall of primary and secondary school, because of the special needs and private of the small kids. The main hall for the primary school and technical lyceum is huge hall with concrete folded plate roof. This space has universal use like social connecting place, playground, education, cultural events.
