The work is to design appropriate procedures for establishing partner relations with the ACP Traductera Company, Ltd. with selected universities and to raise awareness among the number of students. The selected universities are Faculty of management VŠE in Prague, Teacher's college JČU in Ceske Budejovice, Polytechnic University in Jihlava and Západomoravská University in Trebic. In this work overlap sciences such as strategic marketing, marketing communication, management and human resources management. Marketing communication tools are used for research in selected universities. To catch out views of students on issues of cooperation and awareness of the company questionares were used. In the form of an interview negotiation with University representative was held. In the end there is an evaluation of all selected universities on the issue of cooperation and evaluation of their students in terms of language proficiency. There is a recommendation for the establishment of partnerships with universities that are best suited to the requirements and there is stated in what form this cooperation should take place.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse and propose changes to the marketing strategy of private secondary school. The thesis is divided into two chapters. First part deals with educational system in the Czech Republic, theoretical aspects of marketing of services and specifics of marketing of educational institutions. The practical part is focused on analysis of marketing strategy of particular school. SWOT analysis and marketing research are performed as well. On the basis of this research changes of the marketing strategy of the school are proposed.

This diploma thesis is focused on the process of making a strategic plan for kindergarten development. In the theoretical part, I defined basic terms of management, especially the educational and strategical one. Then I characterized particular parts of the strategic plan of kindergarten development emphasizing issues of strategic analysis. In the practical part, I focused on the process of making a strategic plan for the specific kindergarten. Based on the chosen strategic analysis I identified important factors of the external and internal school environment and made a strategic plan of development of Mateřská škola Letců, a public-benefit corporation.

This thesis analyzes the current state of the selected Kindergarten. Based on the analysis made a proposal to extend kindergarten, due to lack of capacity building. The thesis is designed to address deficiencies occurring in kindergarten. It created a proposal to extend the new kindergarten class together with the calculation of the costs incurred and revenues.

The thesis deals with possibilities of mathematical modeling for public university budgets. Firstly, external conditions of public university financial inflows are discussed and~illustrated by using particular data. The related basic legislature is introduced. In~the~next part, internal financial flows are described the help of a general scheme. Step-by-step, a mathematical model of the university budget was built with using analysis of existing data, rules and formulas. The proposed model represents nonlinear multi–stage scenario-based stochastic programme, involving linear and network-flow like constraints. It allows to take into account more objective functions and related parametric analysis. The model was implemented in the algebraic modeling system GAMS with~interface to MS Excel. The aim of the presented mathematical model was not to offer a tool that would be used for automatic distribution of financial resources of the university, but to give flexible possibilities to its user to realize computational experiments and in this way to achieve a deeper insight into the modeled problem.

Inclusion of experiments into tuition of chemistry is required and a topic of natural compounds enables combination of chemistry with biology and subjects of common life. This dissertation concerns experiments with natural compounds, their utilization within project education at educational and popularizing events which are held by Charles University in Prague. Researches of selected secondary textbooks and professional publications are parts of the thesis. A questionnaire survey is also included on which basis opinions of secondary teachers were evaluated. A collection of instruction in the experiments was prepared. The main part of the thesis is focused on detailed desription of experiments supplemented with pictures and information about selected natural compounds. A proposal to educational excursions focused on natural compounds and project tuition is also included. The whole thesis bring a new look into experiments with natural compounds in sense of searching individual compounds in blends, discovering composition of food processing products not only by chromatography.

Title: Experience and knowledge of primary schools teachers with diabetes mellitus Objectives: The main aim of my thesis was to find out what the experience and knowledge the teachers from selected primary schools have with diabetes mellitus. The research study focused on knowledge of causes, symptoms and first aid for acute complications. Methods: I used the method of an anonymous questionnaire, in the range of 30 closed questions, which was divided into 2 parts. The first part contained 14 survey questions and dealt with teachers' experience with diabetes. The second part consisted of 16 test questions and examined teachers' knowledge of diabetes mellitus. I carried out a research study which included 55 teachers from 2 primary schools in Písek. The survey was always conducted once in each school during a school meeting. Results: Based on the collected data, I found out that more than half of the respondents have had an experience with a diabetic student during their teaching career. Only some respondents had to provide first aid for acute complications caused by diabetes mellitus. This master thesis deals with the dropout in higher education at public universities in the Czech Republic. Main goal was to gain a perspective, how public universities look at the rising dropout, on which bases the attitudes of universities differ, how great attention the universities pay to dropout in their annual reports and long-term goals and which impact it has with respect to national and international policies. Answers to research questions were obtained firstly by analyzing of the secondary data (literature, research, public policy documents, annual reports and long-term goals of public universities) and secondly by analyzing of the primary data (expert semi-structured interviews with representatives of public universities, seminars on the dropout in higher education, internship at the Ministry of education, youth and sports). The outcome of the data analysis shows that dropout is a significant problem for the most of public universities because it has a growing trend year by year. Most of them see the dropout through the pragmatic perspective due to financing of public universities. Many others external and internal factors have impact on behavior and attitude towards to the dropout in higher education, yet pragmatic perspective seems to be essential.

The theoretical part of this diploma thesis focuses on defining psychohygiene. The principles of psychohygiene are presented, such as efficient use of time, healthy diet, sufficient exercise, etc. Furthermore, the term stress is defined and explained in more detail by stressors that can burden teachers in a kindergarten. The position of a teacher in a kindergarten, his personality and competences are scrutinized here. The practical part is focused on a qualitative research. Using the case study defined here, the workplace of a private kindergarten is examined in detail using an observation method. Another method in the research is a questionnaire for pedagogical staff in two branches of kindergartens and nurseries. Based on the findings, a conclusion is drawn regarding the psychohygiene of teachers. The aim of the work is to reveal the positives and negatives that affect teachers in this kindergarten and to find out how aware they are about psychohygiene. The research shows that the kindergarten supports employees in healthy eating, exercise, effectively planned working hours and in constantly possible communication with parents. The aim of this work is to analyse the text difficulty of chemistry textbooks for non-chemical high schools, using the Nestlerova-Prucha-Pluskal method, to compare the text difficulty of chemistry textbooks for non-chemical high schools with primary and secondary school textbooks,and last but not least, to compare the text difficulty of particular chapters of choosen textbooks for primary and secondary schools. The results of the analysis are intended to provide teachers seeking support for their teaching with a possible criteria for a textbook selection.
