Baigiamajame magistro darbe vykdomas logistikos tarpininko veiklos didinimo stambioje gamybinėje įmonėje tyrimas. Baigiamojo darbo pradžioje aptariamas tyrimo objektas: įmonių klasifikacija, logistikos tarpininkų vaidmuo atliekant krovinių gabenimą. Analitinėje metodinėje dalyje pateikiama esamos padėties analizė: pateikiami transporto paslaugų vertinimo veiksniai, mokslinės literatūros analizė. Analizuojami pagrindiniai logistikos tarpininkai, bei jų veikla. Pateikiami darbo tikslai, uždaviniai, bei taikoma metodika. Antrojoje darbo dalyje aprašomas atliktas tyrimas, pateikiami rezultatai, kuriais remiantis pateikiamos išvados bei pasiūlymai gamybinėms įmonėms, kaip sumažinti logistikos sąnaudas ir didesnį dėmesį skirti pagrindinei veiklai. Darbą sudaro: įvadas, analitinė-metodinė bei eksperimentinė-tiriamoji dalys, darbą apibendrinančios išvados ir pasiūlymai. / In this master thesis the research on activity of logistics broker in a large manufacturing company is carried out. Thesis starts with the object of the research: classification of companies, role of logistics brokers in transportation of goods. The analytical part analyses the current situation: factors for assessment of transport services are determined, the literature for the research is analysed. The main logistics brokers and their activity is analysed. The objectives are stated, tasks determined and methodology described. The research that is carried out is described in the second part of the thesis, the results are shown, conclusions and proposals are made to manufacturing companies on how to lower logistics costs and to concentrate on main activity. Thesis consists of introduction, analytical and project parts, conclusions and proposals.

The thesis goal – analysis of main difficulties of stocks supply to Lithuanian plants and presentation of possible solutions acording to the experience and practice of supply management in foreign countries. The main goal of stocks supply is to satisfy the needs of engineering by materials supply at the same time getting the greatest economical benefit. In the analytical part of the thesis the author briefly discusses the conception and the goals of stocks supply, analyses the management of materials flow and the control of the main subjects of stocks supply in Lithuanian and foreign countries. There are also described the peculiarities of purchasing in international market. The project part of the work presents the research of main aspects of stocks supply in Lithuanian firms. The author analyses the impact to the stocks prices of Lithuania’s entry to European Union. According to the results of the analysis performed, the author proposes the plan of choosing the most qualified suppliers, practicing the Electronic data interchange, using experience of foreign countries which working in international market. There are also given the possibilities of supply management in E – commerce and the strategy of making of purchasing management teams.

Magistro darbe vertinamas antrinių žaliavų tvarkymo situacijos Vilniaus mieste valdymas ir valdymo efektyvumas. Pirmajame skyriuje yra apžvelgiami svarbiausi komunalinių atliekų tvarkymą reglamentuojantys Europos sąjungos ir Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktai, klasifikuojamos antrinių žaliavų ir aptariami jų tvarkymo budai, vertinama institucinė atsakomybė atliekų tvarkymo srityje. Antrajame skyriuje, remiantis Vilniaus miesto savivaldybės administracijos medžiaga, nagrinėjama antrinių žaliavų tvarkymo situacija Vilniaus mieste, komunalinių atliekų tvarkymo sistemos kontekste, apžvelgiama Vilniaus miesto antrinių žaliavų sistema. Analizuojama antrinių žaliavų surinkimo ir tvarkymo situacija Lietuvoje ir Vilniuje, vertinami antrinių žaliavų sutvarkymo kaštai. Trečiajame skyriuje, remiantis gyventojų apklausos rezultatu bei interviu su Savivaldybės ir atliekas tvarkančių įmonių ekspertais duomenimis, analizuojama antrinių žaliavų tvarkymo sistema, šios sistemos valdymas ir efektyvumas. Analizė parodė, kad Vilniaus miesto antrinių žaliavų tvarkymo sistema nėra pakankamai efektyvi. Pagrindinė grandis, kuri organizuoja savo teritorijoje susidarančių komunalinių atliekų ir antrinių žaliavų tvarkymą, yra Savivaldybė. Savivaldybė atsakinga už šių atliekų tvarkymo sistemos sukūrimą ir valdymą – reglamentavimą, plėtojimą ir administravimą. The first chapter provides an overview of the most important municipal waste management regulations of the European Union and the Lithuanian legal acts of secondary materials are classified and discussed their management techniques; assess the institutional responsibility for waste management. The second chapter, on the basis of the Vilnius City Municipality Administration material issue in the processing of secondary raw material situation in the city of Vilnius, municipal waste management systems in the context of an overview of the city of Vilnius secondary materials system. Analyzing the collection of secondary raw materials and processing situation in Lithuania and Vilnius, evaluates the recycled material clean-up costs. The third chapter, on the basis of the survey results and interviews with municipal waste-management companies and experts in data analysis of secondary raw materials handling system, the system management and efficiency. The analysis showed that the city of Vilnius secondary raw materials handling system is not sufficiently effective.
