Dinaminis kompiuterinių sistemų infrastruktūros atnaujinimo modelis, pagrįstas atviro kodo sprendimais / Dynamic update model of computer systems infrastructure based on open source solutions

Pachomov, Artiom 17 July 2014 (has links)
This paper analyzes, dynamic systems software updates for institution with deprecated system infrastructure using free, open source based solutions using most of it possibilities. Dynamic model is formed, which includes identity management, high availability clustering, data replication and data integrity solutions. Also additional analysis is included for IT infrastructure usage optimization.

Pastato aprūpinimo energija galimybių tyrimas / Possibility Study of Energy Supply for Building

Navickaitė, Agnė 27 June 2008 (has links)
Darbo apimtis – 61 psl. teksto be priedų, 34 iliustr., 11 lent., 46 literatūros šaltiniai. Atskirai pridedami darbo priedai. / Solutions of decentralized (distributed) production and application of renewable energy sources in the case of different energy - like heating, cooling, hot water, electricity - supply for a building were analyzed in the final master thesis work. Energy supply sources are cogenerator, compressor and absorption cooling machines, solar collectors, gas boiler. Selected devices, their principles of work, characteristics, their advantages and disadvantages were described. Three schemes of principal energy system alternative were described, using combinations of devices mentioned above. Power and energy amount indexes of different energy generating alternatives were specified. The optimal combinations of new technologies were selected. After the optimal combination of energy generating system was done, economical validity of alternatives were estimated taking into account their total payback time. After theory and received results were summarized, the conclusions and suggestions were presented in the end of the final master work. Work consists of 6 parts: introduction, theory, analysis part, economical part, conclusions and suggestions, literature source. Size of Work: 61 pages of text excluding the appendixes, 34 pictures, 11 tables, 46 literature sources. Appendixes of the work are attached separately.

Biocidų rinkos ir jos dalyvių raida Lietuvoje / Biocides market and its participants development in Lithuania

Gerasimavičienė, Daiva 14 June 2006 (has links)
Introduction. This paper discusses the most topical issues of the Biocidal Products Directive (BPD) implementation, in particular, the impact on the social and health safety on various population groups, environmental safety, trade, manufacturing and their prospectives. The Aim of the Study – to evaluate the development of the biocides market and its participants in Lithuania. The Tasks – to evaluate the impact of the approximation of the laws of Lithuania and the European Union, concerning the placing of biocides on the market and its participants. Methods. Based on the "Methodology for impact of the regulatory laws assessment", the study identifies changes in the biocides market and the activity of its participants. A sample survey of manufacturers of biocides and of the users (personal health care institutions and preventive disinfection and disinfestation enterprises) was conducted. The analysis and evaluation of the available biocides database was also undertaken and SPSS statistics software was used to measure the statistical significance of the results. The market was assessed by the application of the criteria laid down in the BPD, in particular, the number of authorized biocides, distribution of product types, distribution of biocides according to categories of users, distribution of use of identified and notified active substances of biocides. Results. The study demonstrated that the Lithuanian biocides market has changed following the implementation of the BPD:... [to full text]

Kogeneracijos diegimo galimybės mažuose Lietuvos šilumos ūkiuose / Cogeneration implementation possibilities in Lithuania's small-scale district heating companies

Žvingilaitė, Erika 25 June 2004 (has links)
After closure of Ignalina nuclear power plant its capacity is going to be replaced by large-scale Lithuania’s power plants burning imported fossil fuel. This can lead to high energy system dependency from foreign countries, supplying mostly gas, and to the increase of environmental pollution. Meanwhile, some of small Lithuanian district heating companies suffer from high heat prices and consumers debts. Heat prices for consumers in small districts are by approximately 30 % higher, than for consumers in large cities. Needed electricity capacity could be partially replaced and district heating prices could be reduced by introducing small-scale cogeneration. This report is dealing with cogeneration technologies, their advantages and drawbacks. The possibilities and obstacles for implementation of these technologies in Lithuania are examined. The benefits from introduction of these technologies versus condensing power plants are analyzed. These issues have been assessed by simulating combined heat and power production in selected district heating company. There is evaluated the impact of electricity prices on the economy of different scenarios and heat prices. Finally, the conclusions about the feasibility of cogeneration implementation and the sufficiency of support schemes are made.
