As the main research methods the field research was used to identify the factors of fear in space, spatial analysis of the factors of fear and analysis of interviews with the research group of women, aimed to determine the structure of these factors of fear in the individual categories as well as in specific places, where women feel the fear of crime. The diploma thesis conceptualizes an experience of women with assisted reproduction and services offered in fertility clinics. The assisted reproduction is a medical method treating infertility. The scientific progress and the usage of new reproductive technologies bring up broad possibilities in reproduction. Regarding the biological explanation of human's life, the biomedicine discourse represents a dominant approach in reproduction and claims control over a conception of a new life. Women undergoing the assisted reproduction, which is offered in case of infertility, face new challenges related to social, economic, ethical, and legal issues. The major goal of this thesis is the analysis of an experience of women with assisted reproduction in state-funded and private fertility clinics while applying a feminist critical reading. Qualitative research is based on semi-structured interviews with women who have turned to medical experts for help and underwent the assisted reproduction or other reproductive methods to increase a chance of conception. According to previous research physical attractiveness plays an important role in our everyday life. People are treated differently on the basis of their physical appearance and from an evolutionary point of view physical attractiveness is a key factor in mate selection, being a cue of an individual's mate value and genetic qualities. Research shows that the highest attractiveness ratings tend to be given to physiques with a higher level of development of lean muscle mass and a V shaped upper body. Such a physique body constitution could indicates how a high level of physical fitness and a man's health of man and be a cue of the man's qualities as a mating partner. However, results of the previous studies are inconclusive due to the methods and stimuli employed. To address the shortcomings exhibited by the previous studies investigations, we ran two online studies. In the first study, women rated the attractiveness of a new and more extensive set of black and gray silhouettes derived from photos of the somatotypes. In the second study, we tested whether physical attractiveness of men can be increased by a voluntary change of their upper body shape. The right to fair remuneration in labor relations Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the right to fair remuneration in labor relations. The topic was chosen mainly thanks to its still high topicality, which is confirmed, among other things, by the submitted proposal for a new directive of the European Commission. Fair remuneration is part of many strategies and initiatives, based primarily on the activities of the European Union, where the Czech Republic is significantly affected by those activities. The aim of this work is to analyze and evaluate the Czech legislation in the context of international sources, especially in comparison with European law. The thesis is divided into an introduction, five parts and a conclusion. The first part is an introduction to the basic concepts related to fair remuneration and to the functions of remuneration. The second part is devoted to selected international conventions, which enshrined the right to fair remuneration and thus significantly contributed to the development of social rights in individual Member States. The aim of this thesis is to probe the link between female sexual dysfunctions in the Czech Republic and physical activity and self-awareness (mindfulness) of women using specialised questionnaires. The goal was to engage women across the Czech Republic to gather large and diverse dataset. The questionnaires used were International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) measuring physical activity, Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) measuring sexual dysfunctions and Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire measuring mindfulness. Analysis of the data is used to provide a basis for therapy of female sexual dysfunctions.

Fertility level and labour force participation of women in selected countries Abstract The objective of this thesis is to analyze the position of women in the family and in the labour market in selected countries representing different models of family policy. More countries were selected within some models in connection with the specific features related to these states. The analyzed countries are the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden and the United Kingdom. Thesis focuses on comparing the position of countries with regard to the fertility level and female employment, to the conditions for the reconciliation of work and family life and to the attitudes and opinions of respondents concerning issues of gender equality, equal opportunities and mothers' employment. The topic of this thesis is analysis of the International Women's Day, Peace Race and first day of a school year as normalization rituals. The aim of these rituals was to mediate and consolidate the official state ideology and transform the whole society. Each of these events is analysed in three steps - in the first step is described the ideological content, in the second step is probed the way of projecting this ideology into the rituals and in the third step are analysed the actors themselves. If they adopted the ideological practise and what were their motivation to participate in these rituals.
