The thesis approaches market research with a focus on the online method. It details the online survey method and highlights its advantages and disadvantages.In the thesis an online concept test is applied for a Latvian cosmetic MÁDARA which runs in Germany and Czech Republic. The survey results are analyzed thus giving the concept with the greatest potential. It interprets the perception of cosmetic MÁDARA and interests of women in its purchase in both countries. Finally the market in which inters in buying cosmetic is higher is chosen.

The thesis deals with comparison of family policy systems in the Czech Republic and Sweden in order to assess the overall profamily environment in these countries. Thesis analyzes the specific tools to support families and evaluates their effectiveness in terms of whether they are able to secure the young generation with some financial resources and create conditions for reconciliation of family and work. Swedish family policy is in this regard considered successful, as evidenced here a relatively high birth rate due to adverse demographic trends in other countries, such as the Czech Republic. Work in fact seeks the causes of the family policy success in Sweden and its shortcomings in the Czech Republic, points out the differences in systems of family policies due to different historical development, which reflects the volume of financial funds for families with children, and indicates as a key variable in the success of family policy area of reconciling work and family lives, where the Czech Republic currently lags far behind.

This thesis aims to set a complex view on Czechoslovak Women's Union, the only women's organization allowed by the state in Czechoslovakia between 1965 and 1975. For this purpose the thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter defines the women's organizations in Czechoslovakia between 1948 and 1965. The second one, which is the core of this thesis together with the two following chapters, describes organization structure of Czechoslovak Women's Union and its changes between 1965 and 1975. Third chapter concentrates on organization's ideology and its changes during this period, focusing on events of 1968 and the following changes. Last chapter describes how the ideology of Czechoslovak Women's Union was reflected in Vlasta magazine. In Paris, in 1766 was born one of the most famous saloniérs at the turn of the 18. century Anne-Luise-Germaine de Necker later known as Madame de Staël. Only one year later came Marie Anna von Hohenfeld to life, later married to Schwarzenberg noble family, who was one of the important organizers of literature salons in Vienna.What influence had the interest on French milieu on Anna Maria and what influence had on the contrary the travels through Germany on Madame de Staël? What was common for these two women and what was different? What were their views about education, politics, culture and how they lived their religion?This diploma thesis is an attempt to unconventional images these two women, their salons, culture influences and above all motivations for organizing social life.The thesis results from yet not processed sources to Maria Anna as well as from published studies to Madame de Staël and salons as well. The thesis will certainly not to repeat what was written previously and to outline still missing comparison of mental worlds of both noblewomen.

The graduation thesis tells the story of three unmarried women from the half of the 19th to the half of the 20th century. The society and the everyday life of described era are introduced against the background of their lives. The introduction to the theme, focus and critical evaluation of used literature is followed by the chapter on the beginnings of women emancipation in Bohemia. Next chapter is focused on the girls{\crq} education in 19th century; it resumes its development from the reforms of Maria Teresa to the entrée of the Czech women to the university. Forth chapter studies the life of the main characters{\crq} (the Gabriel sisters{\crq}) father, Josef Ambrož Gabriel, who was an important Czech patriot. Fifth and sixth chapters give the view of the important landmarks in the Gabriel sisters{\crq} lives {--} from their birth, choice of occupation, professional demand to death. Chapter no. 7 mentions the socially important relatives and friendships which the sisters had, it also considers their opinion on men and their relationships to them, it also deals with their interest in arts, especially theatre which was an integral part of the social life. The following two chapters also show the reality of the sisters{\crq} everyday lives especially considering their opinions and ideas of health and fashion. The conclusion, which summarizes the mission of three unmarried ladies during the time of three authoritarianisms, is followed by the list of used recourses and the presentation of enclosures.

(in English): As the title itself indicates, the topic of this thesis is the linguistic sexism in contemporary Spanish. The theoretical part offers a critical perspective on the phenomenon of so called sexism in language and defines terms such as linguistic sexism, androcentrism or invisibilization of women in the language. It also provides a brief outline of the development of gender linguistics with an emphasis on Spanish-speaking countries and provides an overview of important works on the topic. The thesis also deals with the contrast between linguistic sexism and sexism as a social issue, as well as with the question whether language can be sexist, or whether the sexism is caused by the way the speakers use the language. Particular attention is paid to the issue of gender in language and phenomena that are considered as sexist, especially the generic masculine. The practical part is mainly dedicated to lexical issues: denoting women in professions that were traditionally male and idioms and set phrases that can be examples of sexist use of language or a possible reflection of social sexism in language. Name: Individual performance development of young female heptathletes Objectives: The aim of this study was to evaluate and judge performance development of young female czech heptathletes aged between 16 and 19 years old. From the analysis their personal performance development and other factors that may affect their performance we want to find out which of them have the best assumptions to succeed in athletic heptathlon. Methods: The work was a qualitative research. Specifically, it was a case study. We collected data through document analysis methods. We evaluated performance development of each selected athlete. We used the comparison method to compare the performance development of each athlete considering to other heptathletes and Eliška Klučinová. Using a semi-structured interview we researched another information about their training and social, psychological, health and somatic assumption, which may affect their further performance growth. Results: From the point of view of the long term athlete development it is positive, that all athletes competed in heptathlon, but we think that Jana Novotná, Barbora Zatloukalová, Denisa Majerová and Tereza Vokálová have the best assumptions for athletic heptathlon. Irregular Female Labour Migration from Ukraine for Labour to the Elderly Care Sector in Italy

This research deals with irregular female migration from Ukraine to Italy for employment as caregivers to the elderly. The main questions to be addressed are: 'What are the reasons for Ukrainian women to migrate irregularly to such a large extent to Italy? Which important aspects are connected to their employment as a caregiver to the elderly from the individual point of view of Ukrainian women? In this thesis I want to explain the reasons for Ukrainian women to take up work as irregular caregivers in Italy, giving insight into the organization of daily life of irregular Ukrainian care givers. Practical examples will be given that examine the help women receive from Ukrainian professional and private networks. Despite information gaps, the combination of expert and migrant interviews in combination with the analysis of research studies and secondary sources produced important findings on this topic. Firstly, irregular female migration is economically motivated and women are driven to Italy through specific push and pull factors. Secondly, employment and daily life as a caregiver to the elderly in Italy entails economic advantages, but psychological disadvantages for Ukrainian women. 1

Thesis focuses on alternative sanctions as a way of solution of woman criminality. It describes woman criminality, its distinctiveness, by which this criminality differs from man criminality and it also introduces history of this field. It calls attention for special treatment of women, who are due to their anti-social behavior sent to prison and it lists specifics related to their imprisonment. It calls attention for problem of short-term imprisonment and need for finding alternative ways of offenders' punishments. It provides insight into the field of alternative sanctions and considering social role of woman it gives arguments for widening of applying alternative sanctions for this group of offenders. It tries to state in which ways this widening should be reached.
