The diploma thesis entitled "Stories of Women with the Mark" Green Widow "in Addictology Perspective aims to use semi-structured interviews to map the relationship between substance use and moving to a satellite town of selected ten respondents who meet the fixed criteria that are as follows : well-socio-economically-dependent women (higher social status of the family, good income and permanent employment of the spouse) living in satellite towns of large cities, the financial side of the family is occupied by a busy husband, women spend most of their time without their spouse go to work and some form of addictological or psychiatric history. Furthermore, this thesis aims to find common recurring life themes and behaviors in the given women. At present, the topic of green widows is becoming the current one, especially in the growing suburbanization of Czech cities, even in the field of addictology, where the literature or research conducted is not adequately described. The thesis focuses on the issue of informing young women about lifestyle changes during pregnancy. The main goal is to find out how informed young women are about lifestyle changes during pregnancy. The presented work consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, there are described the possibilities of finding pregnancy and the overall development of the mother and child throughout the pregnancy. It builds on the care of a pregnant woman, where the importance of a counseling center for pregnant women, all the examinations a pregnant woman is expecting and details of a pregnancy card and its importance are discussed. Following is a section about appropriate nutrition and sports for a pregnant woman and about risk factors in pregnancy. The final part of the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the financial situation during pregnancy and after childbirth and the change in the psyche of a woman during pregnancy. Title: Contemporary youth lifestyle and its impact on health Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to describe and evaluate the current lifestyle of young people with a focus on the level of physical activity, eating habits, spending leisure time and health of young people and to compare the obtained data with the results of international research conducted in the Czech Republic in 2018 as part of the HEALTH BEHAVIOUR IN SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN. Methods: The questioning method was used to obtain information about the current lifestyle of young people and its effect on their health. 334 respondents participated in the survey, including 142 boys and 192 girls attending the Bratří Jandusů Primary School, the Hotel and Gastronomy Secondary School, the Media Graphic Secondary School and the Secondary Vocational School for European Union Administration in Prague. The main intent of the research study is to find out about social skills of registred nurses working at specialized wards - anaesthesiology, resuscitation and other wards of intensive care. In the theoretical part the article looks into the question of vocational preparation and professional education of registred nurses in the Czech Republic, who all are registred nurses and how they prepare for their profession. What differences there are in the profession of a nurse. The article is also concerned with the vocational preparation of nurses in the European Union. We address the question of nurse's personality, the question of her formation and creation, and also the differences with nurse's profession in relation to gender and role characteristics. The article inquires into the character features of a registred nurse and special skills of registred nurses and especially above mentioned social skills, which are the main topic of our research work. The article covers the development and formation of social skills in the course of a person's lifetime, in our case a nurse, and factors that influence them. The age of population has been protracting while the age limit for retirement has been increasing. On the one hand there are seniors who live to old age but they are in a relatively good health condition as same as their mental condition and state of mind. On the other hand there are among us the fellow citizens who became ill at a relatively early retirement age of civilization diseases. The aim of this thesis is to map the lifestyle of today´s seniors who lived to old age so that today´s young people and middle-aged people could spend their old age in the best health conditions and leisurely enjoy the retirement age because of its delayed coming. I have chosen qualitative research for ney diploma work. I hawe used the technique af half centrollet interview.

The main focus of this thesis is the lifestyle and value system of seniors. It is based both upon the specialized literature and the related information. I was able to gather. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the characteristics of the basic concepts {--} the old age and the process of ageing. It looks at different levels of personality which are affected by the process. Periodization of age, lifestyle and value system, risk factors endangering healthy lifestyle, stereotypes and myth about old ages are mentioned. The last part of theory gives an overview of the contemporary senior-care system in the Czech Republic. It divided into two parts {--} healthcare and social welfare. The research part goes deeper into the seniors{\crq} lifestyle aimed at their daily activities and boarding skills. The aim of this thesis is to examine the topic of nature in novelistic oeuvre of American author Cormac McCarthy. This thesis pursues all ten novels, which are divided into three sections according to the region they are associated with. Ecocriticism was chosen as an approach; therefore, the first chapter deals with a short introduction to this interdisciplinary field. The aim of this thesis is to prove that the nature is a core aspect in Cormac McCarthy's novels, the significance of which lays both in description of American spaces and an ecological appeal on transformation of the anthropocentric perspective on the environment.

The diploma thesis introduces the issue of insurance frauds from the perspective of the Czech and Slovak Republic. An essential part is characteristic of insurance markets of both countries and their specific definitions and their continuities. The elementary terminology in context with the topic is demarcated and attention is paid to the legislation of both countries, with particular emphasis on the Criminal Codes, which classify insurance fraud as an the object of financial crime. The main part of this thesis consists in the construction of regression models and the use of correlation analysis and time series analysis to detect the relationships and the degree of impact of selected indicators on the trend of proven insurance frauds. The expected developments in the near future are formulated and identified trends in the insurance frauds in both countries are faced to mutual comparison.

This thesis analyses lifestyles of female students from the whole University of South Bohemia, focusing on physical activities, their regularity, opinion of negative addictive drugs, relationship towards healthy diet and drinking water habits, and interest in relaxation. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of the term 'physical activity' and its classification. In the practical part, the following areas are observed: results regarding the quality of physical activities, regularity of physical activities, evaluation of the physical activities of female students followed by the evaluation according to the stated hypotheses. Based on the data obtained, it is possible to conclude how big the interest in regular physical activities is nowadays, whether the students have enough exercise during the week, why they do physical activities and what physical activities are the most popular.

In diploma thesis is an analysis of the literature to characterize health and healthy lifestyle. The aim of this thesis is to gain an overview of knowledge about health and physical activity, the level of knowledge about health issues of selected group of students at secondary technical schools. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of the term healthy lifestyle. For quantitative research is selected the knowledge test. The practical part presents results from 120 students of the knowledge test relating to issues of health physical activity and also the questionnaire of healthy lifestyle. The research found that the inform and knowledge in the areas of students of Secondary technical colleges (Machinery and Electrical) is average and it is not significantly different from the knowledge level of Secondary grammar school students. The diploma thesis can help to increase the knowledge level of students in the areas of health, an increase in motivation in applying and following a healthy lifestyle in your life.
