Vývoj elektrochemických metod využívajících nanotechnologie pro environmentální mobilní detekční systémy

Kudr, Jiří January 2016 (has links)
During the 21st century, pollution of environment was steadily increasing. Continuous monitoring of pollutants levels represents important part of effective environment protection. Demands for fast analysis of a large numbers of samples caused introduction of automation to analytical chemistry. Techniques based on flow analysis attracted big attention. They are able to decrease need for manual treatment of samples and decrease analysis duration. The advantage of flow-based analytical devices is also compatibility with several detection systems. Among others, electrochemical detectors are very attractive due to their high sensitivity, good selectivity and possibility of miniaturization. The presented thesis focuses on methods for detection of heavy metal and bacterial contamination. In order to it, electrochemical automatized methods and methods which utilized nanotechnology were developed.

To which extent are private pensions in life insurances protected in case of bankruptcy?

Fiala, Johannes January 2014 (has links)
The German State promotes the setting up of private pension insurance from a tax perspective, in particular via life insurance. This is done with the aim of citizens not being dependent on social benefits when they reach old age (principle of subsidization). This is contrasted with the interests of the creditors of the citizens whose monetary claims are protected by the protection of property requirement of the constitution. The building up of assets and asset protection among citizens therefore involves tension between the interests of creditors and realizing retirement pension assets. Taking life insurance as an example, the investigation shows that protection of creditors in Germany is predominant. Protection of the life insurance asset dominates in Switzerland and even more so in Liechtenstein. From the point of view of welfare economics, Germany offers assets protected against enforcement, which only protects pension payments below the subsistence level. Life insurance in Switzerland and Liechtenstein offer "homo economicus" -- above all the self-employed -- additional asset protection for taking care of the family.

Sedláček, Jozef January 2017 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is to propose a methodical approach that would include aspects of visual landscape assessment, emphasis on historical and perceptual values of the area and was applicable in the EIA process. The aim is the applicability of the proposed methodology in the assessment of new projects by the management of heritage care, especially in the process of environmental impact assessment (where the management of heritage care is concerned by the state administration body concerned), but also in other proceedings. The procedure should not replace subjective assessment or landscape survey, but create objective evidence for the decision and serve to negotiate between the investor and the state administration bodies concerned. The procedure should use geographic information systems, including current data bases and functionalities.

Hausknechtová, Kamila January 2019 (has links)
The theme of this thesis is the study of the relationship between air pollution and human health in selected countries and regions NUTS II. In the part of literary research are defined theoretical bases that approach the issue of air pollution and the development of social attitudes to the questions about environmental issues. Results of scientific studies dealing with the impact of air pollution on health are presented. The next part is being examined the degree of concentration of selected substances (PM2,5; PM10; NO2) in the years 2000-2019 and illness with a consequence of death from respiratory infections, trachea, bronchial and lung cancer, cardiovascular diseases and respiratory diseases. A comparison of these results shows the association between the development of air pollution and the number of deaths only in cardiovascular diseases. At the same time, no correlation of the results compared between the development of air pollution by PM2.5 particles of selected NUTS II regions and the development of healthy life expectancy was identified.

Doležalová, Petra January 2011 (has links)
(english) The thesis deals with the environmental journalist, I use gatekeeper concept. The aim is to identify working routines and relationship with environmental and nature. In the first part, I complicate the theoretical basis. I first concerned with social constructionism of issue, media communication and key terms in media and environment. In empirical part is used the qualitative research strategy - an analysis of interviews with environmental journalists from news journals, weekly magazines and websites and analysis of information sources. I described relationship, opinions and values of environmental journalists to environment and nature. I identified the working routines and I completed it by the analysis of information sources. Important information sources are expert, non governance organization, states institutions in the environmental area. Experts and states institutions are primary defining. This research confirmed authority orientation of news. Journalists feel the autonomy in selection of topic, but I recorded pressures and controls from the media organizations. Journalists have a close relationship to nature and the environment, its protection is seen as important. Conservation lies in the modesty and sustainability.

Reitmaierová, Lucie January 2012 (has links)
This thesis deals with the analysis of two opposing present-day life styles. The first one is so called reasonable consumption or voluntary simplicity, which is nowadays often realized in an environmental life style with the focus on its actual forms in a common life. The second one is a consumer life style. The work focuses on characteristics of influences which form these two contrasting attitudes and tries to reveal the biggest number of reasons why the consumer life style in rich and quickly developing societies wins while the environmental life style spreads very slowly and the voluntary simplicity is a marginal phenomenon regardless the well known warnings of experts about the critical state of the planet caused by the consumer life style. The thesis also outlines several possible solutions and changes in the whole society required to suppress the consumer life style with their supposed impacts.
