Одним из неотъемлемых элементов стратегического мышления являются системные подходы к оценке и управлению производственными рисками. / In the face of increasing global competition in industrial production markets, large industrial enterprises are increasingly confronted with problems of adaptation to situations arising in turbulent environments. One of the first steps towards successful adaptation to the conditions of such an external environment is the purposeful and consistent management of production systems on the basis of a unified strategy. One of the integral elements of strategic thinking are system approaches to the assessment and management of operational risks.

Финансовые результаты являются достаточно важным объектом экономического исследования. Они обеспечивают экономическую устойчивость предприятия, и гарантируют полноту ее финансовой независимости. В увеличении роста финансовых результатов заинтересованы практически все коммерческие организации, так как от его уровня зависит эффективность работы предприятия, повышение и укрепление конкурентной позиции на рынке. Именно поэтому особое внимание уделяется формированию и использованию финансовых результатов деятельности хозяйствующего субъекта. В качестве основных направлений магистерской диссертации предложено осуществлять их формирование, аудит и анализ с учетом имеющегося международного опыта. Автором работы разработаны новые подходы к учету финансовых результатов деятельности организации путем применения международных стандартов финансовой отчетности. Отдельного внимания заслуживают предложения автора по аудиту и анализу финансовых результатов, позволяющие облегчить понимание их формирования различным инвесторам, включая иностранных инвесторов. / Financial results are quite an important object of economic research. They provide economic stability of the enterprise, and guarantee completeness of its financial independence. Almost all commercial organizations are interested in increasing the growth of financial results, since the efficiency of the enterprise, improving and strengthening the competitive position in the market depends on its level. That is why special attention is paid to the formation and use of financial results of the economic entity. As the main directions of the master's thesis it is offered to carry out their formation, audit and the analysis taking into account the available international experience. The author of the work developed new approaches to accounting of financial results of the organization through the application of international financial reporting standards. Special attention should be paid to the author's proposals for the audit and analysis of financial results, to facilitate the understanding of their formation to various investors, including foreign investors.

Бухгалтерский баланс является одной из важнейших форм бухгалтерской отчетности для анализа финансового состояния организации и оценки вероятности ее банкротства. Он позволяет, с одной стороны, дать четкое представление о характере поставщиков финансовых ресурсов организации (капитал и обязательства) и условиях их вовлечения в деловой оборот организации (сроки, процентные ставки, обеспечения), с другой стороны, о направлении и характере вложений представляемого капитала в экономические ресурсы общества (активы). В качестве основных направлений магистерской диссертации предложены новые подходы к осуществлению анализа финансового состояния и оценки вероятности банкротства организации с использованием ее бухгалтерского баланса за счет его соответствующей модернизации, которая позволила сделать бухгалтерский баланс более информационно насыщенным для пользователей бухгалтерской информации. Отдельного внимания заслуживают предложения автора по прикладному и практическому использованию разработанных им подходов по анализу финансового состояния организации и оценке вероятности ее банкротства с использованием модернизированного бухгалтерского баланса. / Balance sheet is one of the most important forms of financial statements for the analysis of financial condition of the organization and assessment of probability of its bankruptcy. It allows, on the one hand, to give a clear idea of the nature of suppliers of financial resources of the organization (capital and liabilities) and the conditions of their involvement in the business turnover of the organization (terms, interest rates, collateral), on the other hand, the direction and nature of investments of the represented capital in the economic resources of the company (assets). As the main directions of the master's thesis proposed new approaches to the analysis of the financial condition and assessment of the probability of bankruptcy of the organization using its balance sheet due to its appropriate modernization, which made it possible to make the balance sheet more information-rich for users of accounting information. Special attention should be paid to the author's proposals for the application and practical use of the approaches developed by him to analyze the financial condition of the organization and assess the probability of its bankruptcy using a modernized balance sheet.

Сфера аудиторской деятельности Российской Федерации в настоящий момент находится в процессе интеграции в интернациональное экономическое пространство, что выражается в переходе с 2017г. на международные стандарты аудита. Многие аспекты финансовой и правовой деятельности аудиторских организаций ещё нуждаются в доработке для их эффективного и конкурентоспособного функционирования в условиях переходного периода. В магистерской диссертации сформулированы и раскрыты положения научной новизны, связанные с систематизацией наиболее существенных различий и тенденций преемственности между федеральными и внедряемыми международными стандартами аудита, а также выявлена взаимосвязь между изменениями в стандартизации аудита и возможностями их внедрения в практическую деятельность российских аудиторских организаций в настоящее время. По результатам исследования разработана многофакторная модель оценки рисков аудиторской организации для повышения ее конкурентоспособности в условиях реформирования отрасли. Практическая значимость заключается в возможности применения данной методики в практической деятельности аудиторской фирмы для преодоления переходного периода без потерь качества оказываемых услуг, репутации и реальных доходов. / The sphere of auditing activities of the Russian Federation is currently in the process of integration into the international economic space, which is reflected in the transition from 2017. on international auditing standards. Many aspects of the financial and legal activities of audit organizations still need to be refined for their effective and competitive functioning in a transitional period. The master's thesis formulated and revealed the provisions of scientific novelty related to the systematization of the most significant differences and continuity trends between federal and international auditing standards being implemented, and also revealed the relationship between changes in audit standardization and the possibilities for their implementation in the practical work of Russian audit organizations at the present time. According to the results of the study, a multifactor risk assessment model has been developed for an audit organization to increase its competitiveness in the context of industry reform. The practical significance lies in the possibility of using this methodology in the practice of an audit firm to overcome the transition period without loss of the quality of services provided, reputation and real income.

Выпускная квалификационная работа (магистерская диссертация) посвящена исследованию влияния зарплатного проекта на финансовые показатели деятельности АО «Газпромбанк». Предметом исследования выступают конечные финансовые результаты предприятия банковской сферы. Целью исследования является анализ влияния зарплатного проекта на финансовые показали банка, а также разработка мероприятий по их совершенствованию. В заключении обозначены рекомендации по совершенствованию зарплатного проекта в АО «Газпромбанк». / Final qualifying work (master's thesis) is devoted to the study of the impact of the salary project on the financial performance of Gazprombank. The subject of the research is the final financial results of a banking enterprise. The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of the salary project on the financial showed the bank, as well as the development of measures to improve them. In conclusion, recommendations for improving the salary project in JSC "Gazprombank" are indicated.

Данное диссертационное исследование посвящено сравнительному анализу ключевых концептов песенного дискурса группы Pink Floyd на материале альбомов Dark Side of the Moon и The Wall. Работа выполнена в русле актуальных исследований в области когнитивной лингвистики и лингвокультурологии. В работе рассматривается вопрос целесообразности сравнения ключевых ядерных и околоядерных концептов двух альбомов одного автора с разницей написания в 6 лет. На примере анализа языкового наполнения тектов песен рассматриваются конкретные случаи изменения и сохранения авторской картины мира. Отмечается сохранение большинства ядерных концептов, но полностью меняется их ассоциативный ряд. Структура работы состоит из двух глав, теоретической и практической. В теоретической части нами были рассмотрены основные теоретические аспекты понятий концепт и дискурс, методология их изучения и основные характеристики. В практической части нами проведен комплексный анализ языкового наполнения текстов песен на предмет ядерных и околоядерных концептов, а также их ассоциативных связей. Далее нами проведен их сравнительный анализ. На основании теоретической и практической главы данного исследования нами были определены наиболее оптимальные методы для выделения концептов в песенном авторском дискурсе, что обуславливает обозначенную цель, а также был выявлен тот факт, что концептуальный анализ художественных произведений обычно подтверждает тот факт, что наше восприятие часто не совпадает с замыслом автора, а прямые словарные дефиниции не раскрывают суть концепта или же вообще противоречат ей. В результате сравнительного анализа альбомов Dark Side of the Moon и The Wall нами были выявлены как сходства так и различия между ядерными и околоядерными концептами. Большинство ядерных концептов остаётся значимимыми в концептуальной картине мира автора, другие же были видоизменены. / This dissertation research is devoted to a comparative analysis of the key concepts of Pink Floyd’s song discourse on the basis of Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall albums. The work was carried out in line with current research in the field of cognitive linguistics and cultural linguistics. The paper considers the question of the expediency of comparing the key nuclear type of the concepts and near-nuclear concepts of two albums by one author with a difference of six years. On the example of the language content of song texts analysis, specific cases of changing and preserving the author's picture of the world are considered. The preservation of the majority of nuclear concepts is noted, but their associative relations are completely changed. The structure of the work consists of two chapters, theoretical and practical ones. In the theoretical part, we reviewed the main theoretical aspects of the concepts of concept and discourse, the methodology for studying them and the main characteristics. In the practical part, we carried out a comprehensive analysis of the linguistic content of song lyrics on the subject of nuclear and near-nuclear concepts, as well as their associative relations. Next, we carried out their comparative analysis. Based on the theoretical and practical chapter of this study, we identified the most optimal methods for highlighting concepts in the author's song discourse, which determines the stated purpose, and also revealed the fact that the conceptual analysis of works of art usually confirms the fact that our perception often does not match with the intention of the author, and direct vocabulary definitions do not reveal the essence of the concept, or even contradict it. As a result of a comparative analysis of the Dark Side Of the Moon and The Wall albums, we identified both similarities and differences between nuclear and near-nuclear concepts. Most of the nuclear concepts remain significant in the conceptual picture of the author’s world, while others have been modified.

Цель исследования: выявить и проанализировать существующие стратегии продвижения города Сухой Лог и оценить их перспективность. Для её достижения были поставлены задачи: провести анализ и определение понятий продвижения территории, рассмотреть существующие направления стратегии продвижения города, провести поиск и анализ перспективных направлений стратегического развития города Сухой Лог, а также ресурсный анализ и анализ информационного пространства города. Далее, предстояла разработка критериев перспективности стратегии продвижения города, а, на основе данной оценки, разработка примерной стратегии продвижения города Сухой Лог. / The purpose of the study: to identify and analyze existing strategies for promoting the city of Sukhoi Log and evaluate their prospects. To achieve it, the tasks were set: to analyze and define the concepts of promoting the territory, to consider the existing directions of the city’s promotion strategy, to search and analyze the perspective directions of the strategic development of the city of Sukhoi Log, as well as the resource analysis and analysis of the city’s information space. Further, the development of promising criteria for the strategy of promoting the city was to be developed, and, based on this assessment, the development of an approximate strategy for promoting the city of Sukhoi Log.

Магистерская диссертация посвящена направлениям совершенствования государственного аудита в системе финансовой безопасности России на примере Счетной палаты. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, списка использованных источников и приложений. В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические аспекты финансовой безопасности государства, выявлены актуальные угрозы. Во второй главе проведен анализ и дана оценка деятельности Счетной палаты за 2017 – 2019 годы. В третьей главе предложены пути повышения эффективности деятельности Счетной палаты. / The master's thesis is devoted to the areas of improvement of state audit in the financial security system of Russia on the example of the accounting chamber. The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of sources used, and appendices. In the first Chapter, the theoretical aspects of the state's financial security are considered, and current threats are identified. The second Chapter analyzes and evaluates the activities of the accounting chamber for 2017-2019. The third Chapter suggests ways to improve the efficiency of the accounting chamber.

Актуальность темы обусловлена потребностью школы в создании автоматизированной информационной системы для тестирования учеников и отработки учебного материала с инструментарием для анализа результатов, чтобы с помощью данной системы повысить качество образовательной программы и автоматизировать процесс проверки пройденных школьниками тестов. Научная новизна состоит в том, что создана информационная система, располагающая инструментами сбора и анализа данных для исследований, разработана формула для расчета показателя уровня усвоения материала учеников для построения кривой обучения. Практическая значимость заключается в том, что данная информационная система будет применяться в школе для отработки учебного материала и анализа результатов учеников. / The relevance of the topic is due to the need of the school to create an automated information system for testing students and working out educational material with tools for analyzing the results in order to use this system to improve the quality of the educational program and automate the process of checking the tests passed by students. The scientific novelty consists in the fact that an information system has been created that has tools for collecting and analyzing data for research, a formula has been developed for calculating the indicator of the level of assimilation of students' material to build a learning curve. The practical significance lies in the fact that this information system will be used at school to work out educational material and analyze the results of students.
