Практическая часть работы заключается в анализе предприятия публичного акционерного общества «Трубная металлургическая компания» дается полная оценка его финансового состояния, проводиться анализ на основании методов оценки вероятности по банкротству предприятия. И в самой последней главе описываются факты фиктивного банкротства, способы борьбы с ними и программы поддержки предпринимательства при банкротстве на государственном уровне, разбираются положительные и отрицательные стороны выбранных программ и способы по их уличению. В заключении подводятся все итоге по проведенному исследованию, выдвигаются основные выводы. / Master's work include: introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and application. The introduction describes the relevance of the chosen topic of the dissertation research, defines the goals for the research, indicates the object and subject of the research, provides the theoretical and methodological basis of the research and the empirical base, and determines the practical significance. The theoretical part of this work includes theoretical data, which were collected based on Russian and foreign methods. The practical part of the work consists in the analysis of the enterprise of the public joint-stock company "Pipe Metallurgical Company", a complete assessment of its financial condition is given, an analysis is carried out because of methods for assessing the probability of bankruptcy of the enterprise. And the very last chapter describes the facts of fictitious bankruptcy, ways to deal with them and programs to support entrepreneurship in bankruptcy at the state level, examines the positive and negative aspects of the selected programs and ways to catch them. In conclusion, all the results of the study are summed up, the main conclusions are put forward.

Master's thesis is devoted to the analysis of revocation of licenses from commercial banks. The purpose of writing a master's thesis is to analyze the state of the banking sector from the perspective of reducing the number of valid licenses, suggest possible approaches to determining whether there is evidence of a possible revocation of a license from a credit institution and provide a forward-looking estimate of the further development of the banking sector. During the work, an analysis was made of the state of the banking sector of the country when revoking the license; identified and identified signs that can warn banks from the ban on the conduct of banking operations on the basis of the seven banks in the country, which allowed to assess the impact of revocation of a license for the development of the banking system of the Russian Federation. / Магистерская диссертация посвящена вопросам анализа отзыва лицензий у коммерческих банков. Цель написания магистерской диссертации – на основе анализа состояния банковского сектора с позиции сокращения количества действующих лицензий, предложить возможные подходы к определению наличия признаков возможного отзыва лицензии у кредитной организации и дать прогнозную оценку по дальнейшему развитию банковского сектора. В ходе работы был проведен анализ состояния банковского сектора страны при отзыве лицензии; выявлены и определены признаки, способные предостеречь банки от запрета на осуществление банковских операций на основе рассмотренных 7 банков страны.

Таким образом, была сформулирована следующая цель исследования: разработать методический инструментарий оценки вероятности банкротства металлургических предприятий, учитывающий отраслевую специфику деятельности. Объектом исследования являются российские предприятия металлургической отрасли. Предметом исследования является оценка вероятности банкротства металлургических предприятий Российской Федерации. / The bankruptcy procedure of enterprises is inextricably linked with the country's economy from the very beginning of its formation. The instability of the economy negatively affects the activities of enterprises and can lead to irreversible consequences. Assessment of the probability of bankruptcy is a quantitative indicator that characterizes the degree of probability of bankruptcy in a certain case. Carrying out measures aimed at diagnosing the financial condition is an inseparable part of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, since often insolvency occurs as a result of the internal financial crisis of the enterprise. Thus, the following research objective was formulated: to develop methodological tools for assessing the probability of bankruptcy of metallurgical enterprises, taking into account the industry specifics of the activity. The object of the study is the Russian enterprises of the metallurgical industry. The subject of the study is the assessment of the probability of bankruptcy of metallurgical enterprises of the Russian Federation.

The last four years, studied in the work, have become quite difficult for all companies in the tourist market. Many organizations started to consider the ways of their work optimization and adapt the technologies the use. Tourist companies changed their strategies towards finding new solutions, areas of work and policies. The paper analyzes the anti-crisis strategy of a single small travel agency, which, nevertheless, passed through the numerous challenges of this period, while maintaining a sufficient amount of operating activity. The experience of the travel agency "Sletat.ru" can be considered as a "best practice", since the company has existed for the past five years and has successfully adapted to the dynamics of the market. / Последние четыре года, рассматриваемые в работе, стали достаточно сложными для всех игроков туристского рынка и заставили компании задуматься как об оптимизации собственной работы и адаптации используемых технологий, так и о поиске новых решений, направлений работы и политик. В работе анализируется антикризисная стратегия отдельно взятого небольшого туристского агентства, которое, тем не менее, прошло через многочисленные вызовы указанного периода, сохранив достаточный объем операционной деятельности. Опыт туристского агентства «Слетать.ру» можно рассматривать как некую «лучшую практику», так как компания существует в течение последних пяти лет и успешно адаптируется к динамике рынка.

Оценка вероятности банкротства является важной задачей для предприятий строительной отрасли и имеет первостепенное значение, особенно в условиях перехода на проектное финансирование и введения эскроу-счетов. Целью магистерской диссертации является совершенствование методического подхода к оценке вероятности банкротства строительных предприятий. В работе рассматриваются понятия банкротства и несостоятельности, исследуются различные методики оценки вероятности банкротства, а также оценивается их применимость к строительным компаниям. В качестве источников использовалась научно-исследовательская и методическая литература, нормативно-правовые акты и финансовая отчетность организаций в открытом доступе. В магистерской диссертации был разработан методический подход к оценке вероятности банкротства строительных компаний, в основе которого лежит построение logit-модели, которая учитывает специфику финансовых показателей за счет обязательного использования эскроу-счетов, а также различия в возрасте, размере компании, кредитной истории, практическое применение которого повысит точность и объективность расчетов при оценке вероятности банкротства в краткосрочном периоде, как для внутренних, так и для внешних пользователей. / Estimating the probability of bankruptcy is an important task for the construction industry and is of paramount importance, especially in the context of the transition to project financing and the introduction of escrow accounts. The purpose of the master's thesis is to improve the methodical approach to assessing the probability of bankruptcy of construction enterprises. The paper discusses the concepts of bankruptcy and insolvency, explores various methods for assessing the probability of bankruptcy, and evaluates their applicability to construction companies. As sources, research and methodical literature, legal acts and financial statements of organizations in the public domain were used. In the master's thesis, a methodical approach was developed to assess the probability of bankruptcy of construction companies, which is based on the construction of a logit model that takes into account the specifics of financial indicators through the mandatory use of escrow accounts, as well as differences in age, company size, credit history, practical application which will increase the accuracy and objectivity of calculations in assessing the probability of bankruptcy in the short term, both for internal and external users.

Целью работы является Совершенствование методических основ оценки вероятности банкротства малого и среднего бизнеса. Особенностью данного подхода к оценке вероятности банкротства малого и среднего бизнеса в отличие от существующих является его постоянная качественная визуализация, благодаря которому повышается возможность отследить несостоятельность организации за долго до его наступления и в необходимых случаях вовремя применить меры по предотвращению финансовой несостоятельности предприятия. / The aim of the work is to improve the methodological foundations for assessing the probability of bankruptcy of small and medium-sized businesses. The peculiarity of this approach to assessing the probability of bankruptcy of small and medium-sized businesses, unlike existing ones, is its constant qualitative visualization, which increases the ability to track the insolvency of the organization long before it occurs and, if necessary, timely apply measures to prevent the financial insolvency of the enterprise.
