Магистерская диссертация посвящена разработке практических рекомендаций по созданию и применению аудита эффективности использования бюджетных средств в сфере здравоохранения на примере Свердловской области. Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и библиографического списка. В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические аспекты аудита эффективности использования бюджетных средств. Во второй главе проанализированы результаты проведения аудита эффективности использования бюджетных средств в сфере здравоохранения на примере Свердловской области за 2019-2021 годы. Третья глава посвящена разработке мероприятий по повышению результативности проведения аудита эффективности использования бюджетных средств в сфере здравоохранения Свердловской области. / The master's thesis is devoted to the development of practical recommendations for the creation and application of an audit of the effectiveness of the use of budgetary funds in the field of healthcare on the example of the Sverdlovsk region. The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a bibliographic list. In the first chapter, the theoretical aspects of the audit of the effectiveness of the use of budgetary funds are considered. The second chapter analyzes the results of the audit of the effectiveness of the use of budgetary funds in the field of healthcare on the example of the Sverdlovsk region for 2019-2021. The third chapter is devoted to the development of measures to improve the effectiveness of the audit of the effectiveness of the use of budgetary funds in the healthcare sector of the Sverdlovsk region.

Актуальность обусловлена ростом объемов обрабатываемой информации, а также необходимостью повышать качество предоставляемых услуг в области здравоохранения. Цель магистерской работы: внедрение и адаптация 1С:Медицина. Стоматологическая клиника в частное медицинское учреждение. Научная новизна диссертационного исследования заключается в развитии теоретико-методической положений управления бизнес-процессами в сфере управления медицинской организации, с целью совершенствовании уже существующих информационных моделей организации с целью направленных на повышение эффективности управления фирмой. Практическая значимость исследования заключается в автоматизация основных процессов частной клиники с помощью ПО «1С: Медицина», что привело к сокращению управленческих расходов и получению дополнительной прибыли. / The relevance is due to the growth in the volume of processed information, as well as the need to improve the quality of services provided in the field of healthcare. The scientific novelty of the dissertation research lies in the development of theoretical and methodological principles of business process management in the management of a medical organization, in order to improve the already existing information models of the organization in order to improve the efficiency of company management. The practical significance of the study lies in the automation of the main processes of a private clinic using the software "1C: Medicine", which led to a reduction in management costs and additional profit.

Актуальность работы обусловлена тем, что при нехватке времени у молодых родителей на поиск и обработку информации по детскому питанию, они хотят восполнить потребности ребенка в еде таким образом, чтобы рецепты блюд были качественными, полезными, вкусными и разнообразными. Полученные результаты и их новизна: спроектированный электронный сервис по подбору детского питания по возрасту значительно упростит ежедневный процесс поиска информации по теме детского питания для молодых родителей, поскольку в настоящее время общество насыщено различной информацией, которую необходимо правильно упорядочивать. / The relevance of the work is due to the fact that when young parents do not have enough time to search and process information on baby food, they want to fill the child's food needs in such a way that the recipes for the dishes are high-quality, healthy, tasty and varied. The results obtained and their novelty: the designed electronic service for the selection of baby food by age will greatly simplify the daily process of searching for information on the topic of baby food for young parents, since at present society is saturated with various information that needs to be properly organized.

Структура магистерской диссертации включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение, список использованных источников и приложения. В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические основы программно-целевого метода, а также дополнена и обобщена классификация государственных программ. Во второй главе проанализировано социально-экономическое состояние Свердловской области, а также проведен анализ финансирования социально-ориентированных государственных программ. В третьей главе разработана методика оценки рисков при планировании и реализации государственной программы.
