В данной работе дается оценка нормативно-правовой базе Российской Федерации в части компетенций развития международного сотрудничества регионов Российской Федерации. На примерах проведения крупных международных мероприятий на территории Свердловской области показывается итоги взаимодействия органов государственной власти, общественных организаций и иных структур. Приведена торгово-экономическая статистика, обозначены основные направления сотрудничества, а также анализ подписанных документов свердловско-китайского сотрудничества. / Current work gives a characteristic of the existing Russian legal-base concerning the conduction of the international cooperation on the level of the regions of the Russian Federation. International events held in the Sverdlovsk region serve as the examples of the international cooperation results conducted by the government as well as the organization and other institutes of the Sverdlovsk region. Statistics data of the trade turnover, as well as main cooperation areas along with the cooperation agreements signed with the Chinese partners are drawn in the work.

Выпускная квалификационная работа состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения и библиографического списка. В первой главе рассмотрены теоретические аспекты аудита эффективности использования бюджетных средств. Во второй главе проанализированы результаты проведения аудита эффективности использования бюджетных средств в сфере здравоохранения на примере Свердловской области за 2019-2021 годы. Третья глава посвящена разработке мероприятий по повышению результативности проведения аудита эффективности использования бюджетных средств в сфере здравоохранения Свердловской области. / The master's thesis is devoted to the development of practical recommendations for the creation and application of an audit of the effectiveness of the use of budgetary funds in the field of healthcare on the example of the Sverdlovsk region. The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a bibliographic list. In the first chapter, the theoretical aspects of the audit of the effectiveness of the use of budgetary funds are considered. The second chapter analyzes the results of the audit of the effectiveness of the use of budgetary funds in the field of healthcare on the example of the Sverdlovsk region for 2019-2021. The third chapter is devoted to the development of measures to improve the effectiveness of the audit of the effectiveness of the use of budgetary funds in the healthcare sector of the Sverdlovsk region.

Цель – определение действующего статуса, привлекательности, значимости и перспективы развития горнолыжных комплексов Свердловской области как круглогодичного ресурса.

Объектом исследования является влияние иностранных представительств на въездной туризм в регионе. Предметом исследования является деятельность Генерального Консульства Франции в Екатеринбурге на территории Свердловской области в сфере туризма и развития въездного потока.
