В выпускной квалификационной работе магистранта рассматриваются основные направления развития высокоскоростного железнодорожного сообщения в Китае. Студент уделяет внимание общей характеристике железнодорожной инфраструктуры КНР, прослеживает историю строительства сети скоростных жд, анализирует текущее положение дел в индустрии. / In the student master thesis, the main directions of the development of high-speed rail communication in China are considered. The student pays attention to the general characteristics of the railway infrastructure of China, traces the history of the construction of high-speed rail network, analyzes the current state of affairs in the industry.

Структура магистерской диссертации включает в себя введение, три главы, заключение, список использованных источников и приложения. В первой главе рассмотрены виды налогов в России и Китае, механизм их взыскания. Во второй главе исследованы компании, осуществляющие производство и продажу металлургической промышленности. В третьей главе разработан путь оптимизации налогов для двух стран. В заключении сформированы основные выводы. / The structure of the master's thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and appendices. The first Chapter discusses the types of taxes in Russia and China, and the mechanism for collecting them. In the second Chapter, companies engaged in the production and sale of the metallurgical industry are studied. In the third Chapter, a way to optimize taxes for the two countries is developed. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formed.

В магистерской диссертации проводится лингвокультурологический анализ названий заведений общественного питания крупных городов Китая – Пекина, Шанхая и Харбина. В работе выявлены группы эргонимов, выполняющих информативную и прагматическую функции. Определено, что в Китае чаще используются информативно нагруженные эргонимы, которые указывают на род деятельности заведения или тип кухни, которую заведение предлагает своим посетителям. В классе эргонимов, выполняющих прагматическую функцию, выделены номинации ассоциативного характера, объединенные общей позитивной направленностью; семантикой родственных связей и дома, а также использованием цифр, обладающих положительной символикой. / The master's thesis provides a linguistic and cultural analysis of the names of public catering establishments in major cities of China – Beijing, Shanghai and Harbin. The paper identifies groups of ergonyms that perform informative and pragmatic functions. It is determined that informatively loaded ergonyms are more often used in China, which indicate the type of activity of the institution or the type of cuisine that the institution offers to its visitors. In the class of ergonyms that perform a pragmatic function, associative nominations are highlighted, united by a common positive orientation; the semantics of family ties and home, as well as the use of numbers with positive symbols.

В настоящее время Китай еще не достиг наивысшего уровня развития сборно-монолитных зданий, обладающих высоким уровнем сборности. Поэтому исследования сборно-монолитного строительства актуальны. В работе представлен вариант совершенствования оценки сборно-монолитных зданий на примере китайского гражданского строительства. Кратко рассмотрена история развития сборно-монолитных зданий в Китае и других странах. Разработан алгоритм оценки сборно-монолитного здания, представлен пример практического применения методики и алгоритма. / At present, China has not yet reached the highest level of development of prefabricated monolithic buildings with a high level of prefabrication. Therefore, research into prefabricated monolithic construction is relevant. The paper presents an option for improving the assessment of prefabricated monolithic buildings using the example of Chinese civil engineering. The history of the development of prefabricated monolithic buildings in China and other countries is briefly reviewed. An algorithm for assessing a prefabricated monolithic building has been developed, and an example of the practical application of the methodology and algorithm is presented.

The changing global economic situation entails the transformation of national accounting systems. The purpose of the master thesis is to conduct a comparative study of the theoretical foundations and practical tools for the functioning of the accounting system in Russia and China. The object of the master thesis are the issues of organization and conducting of accounting in Russia and China. The subject of the master thesis is a comparative characteristics of accounting systems. In the thesis investigated theoretical aspects of the global experience in building accounting systems, analyzed the composition of the national accounting standards of Russia and China, studied IFRS and carried out a comparison of accounting systems of Russia and China. Master thesis consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography and applications. / Изменение мировой экономической ситуации влечет трансформацию национальных систем бухгалтерского учета. Цель магистерской диссертации состоит в проведении сравнительного исследования теоретических основ и прикладных инструментов функционирования системы бухгалтерского учета в России и КНР. Объектом магистерской диссертации являются вопросы организации и ведения бухгалтерского учета в России и КНР. Предметом магистерской диссертации является сравнительная характеристика систем бухгалтерского учета. В диссертации исследованы теоретические аспекты мирового опыта построения систем учета, проанализирован состав национальных стандартов учета России и Китая, исследованы стандарты МСФО и осуществлено сравнение учетных систем РФ и КНР. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, библиографического списка и приложений.

В данной работе дается оценка нормативно-правовой базе Российской Федерации в части компетенций развития международного сотрудничества регионов Российской Федерации. На примерах проведения крупных международных мероприятий на территории Свердловской области показывается итоги взаимодействия органов государственной власти, общественных организаций и иных структур. Приведена торгово-экономическая статистика, обозначены основные направления сотрудничества, а также анализ подписанных документов свердловско-китайского сотрудничества. / Current work gives a characteristic of the existing Russian legal-base concerning the conduction of the international cooperation on the level of the regions of the Russian Federation. International events held in the Sverdlovsk region serve as the examples of the international cooperation results conducted by the government as well as the organization and other institutes of the Sverdlovsk region. Statistics data of the trade turnover, as well as main cooperation areas along with the cooperation agreements signed with the Chinese partners are drawn in the work.

Работа посвящена анализу развития экономического сотрудничества между РФ и КНР в контексте реализации китайской глобальной инициативы «Один пояс, один путь» (ОПОП). На основе широкого круга источников и литературы определяются основные направления взаимодействия, особенности и результаты сотрудничества в рамках ОПОП. Также анализируются позиции обеих стран и оценки взаимодействия, транслируемые международным экспертным сообществом. Автор приходит к выводу, что РФ и КНР не являются равноправными партнерами в проекте ОПОП, однако их сотрудничество, в целом, имеет положительную динамику. / The work analyses the development of economic relations between Russia and China in the context of the implementation of the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). On the basis of a wide range of primary and secondary sources, the interaction, features and results of cooperation within the framework of BRI are determined. The official positions of the two countries are analyzed, as well as the assessment of interaction by the international expert community. The author comes to the conclusion that the RF and the PRC are not equal partners in the BRI project, however, their cooperation, in general, has positive dynamics.

This, in turn, is one of the key factors in the effectiveness of financial analysis, which allows you to aggregate financial statements that reflect the financial position of the company, the results of its activities and development trends. The purpose of the study is to compare accounting and analytical methods for the formation of profitability indicators of enterprises in China and Russia.

This research explores the peculiarity of doing business in modern China. The author focuses on the country's cultural characteristics, specifics of Chinese communication and management styles, subtleties of business etiquette and negotiations as well as development of online commerce and other aspects of business dealings in China in the context of cross-cultural interaction. / В работе рассматриваются особенности ведения бизнеса в современном Китае. Автор акцентирует внимание на характерных чертах культуры страны, специфике китайского стиля делового общения и менеджмента, тонкостях бизнес-этики и деловых переговоров, а также на развитии интернет-торговли и других аспектах деловой культуры Китая в контексте межкультурного взаимодействия.
