Данная работа исследует использование ChatGPT, мощной модели искусственного интеллекта, для поддержки принятия решений на различных этапах жизненного цикла ИТ-инновации. Работа основана на анализе эффективности и применимости ChatGPT в контексте поддержки принятия решений внаучно-исследовательских работах и процессах разработки программного обеспечения. Исследование описывает принципы взаимодействия с ChatGPT, его способность анализировать и обрабатывать текстовую информацию, а также его возможности в генерации содержательных и контекстно связанных ответов в контексте решаемых задач в научно-исследовательских работах и тестировании программного обеспечения. В работе рассматривается потенциальное использование использования ChatGPT для поддержки принятия решений, для определения преимуществ и ограничений. / This paper explores the use of ChatGPT, a powerful artificial intelligence model, to support decision-making at various stages of the IT innovation lifecycle. The work is based on the analysis of the effectiveness and applicability of ChatGPT in the context of decision support in scientific research and software development processes. The study describes the principles of interaction with ChatGPT, its ability to analyze and process textual information, as well as its capabilities in generating meaningful and contextually related answers in the context of tasks being solved in research and software testing. The paper discusses the potential use of using ChatGPT to support decision-making, to identify advantages and limitations.

Работа посвящена разработке ИТ-проекта, направленного на реализацию внедрения рекламы в игровой процесс. Для реализации функционала демонстрации рекламы, а также анализа ее эффективности, в работе исследуются методы анализа эффективности цифровой рекламы с применением технологии окулографии, методы отображения рекламы поверх игрового окна, а также методы регистрации движения глаз. Для подтверждения целесообразности внедрения описанного проекта в работе приведены полная модель предприятия, на которое планируется внедрять систему, и на основе этих данных приведен анализ экономической эффективности системы. / The work is devoted to the development of an IT project, aimed at the implementation of the introduction of advertising in the game process. To implement the functionality of advertising demonstration, as well as to analyze its effectiveness, the work investigates the methods of digital advertising effectiveness analysis using oculography technology, methods of advertising display over the game window, as well as methods of eye movement registration. To confirm the feasibility of the described project, the paper presents a complete model of the enterprise, which is planned to implement the system, and based on these data is an analysis of the cost-effectiveness of the system.

В магистерской диссертации рассмотрены современные проблемы управления информационной инфраструктурой. Изучена деятельность Государственного Бюджетного Учреждения «Научно-технического центра инноваций и технологий» и составлена модель информационной инфраструктуры разработан проект для повышения эффективности работы предприятия, а также применен системно-динамический подход для оценки внедрения ЦОД. / The master's thesis deals with modern problems of information infrastructure management. The activities of the State Budgetary Institution "Scientific and Technical Center for Innovation and Technology" were studied and an information infrastructure model was drawn up, a project was developed to improve the efficiency of the enterprise, and a system-dynamic approach was applied to assess the implementation of the data center.

В магистерской диссертации рассмотрены современные проблемы управления персонала, проанализированы объективные характеристики для проблемы управления персоналом. Изучена деятельность Государственного Бюджетного Учреждения «Научно-технического центра инноваций и технологий» и составлена модель полной архитектуры предприятия с применением прикладного пакета ARIS. Обоснована необходимость внедрения цифровой платформы в деятельность организационно-управленческого отдела Центрального Республиканского Банка Донецкой Народной Республики. Выполнена разработка проекта внедрения цифровой платформы на предприятие; определена экономическая эффективность внедрения, а также применён системно-динамический подход с целью демонстрации трудозатрат на выполнение этапов внедрения цифровой платформы. / In the master's thesis, modern problems of personnel management are considered, objective characteristics for the problem of personnel management are analyzed. The activities of the State Budgetary Institution «Scientific and Technical Center for Innovation and Technology» were studied and a model of the complete architecture of the enterprise was compiled using the ARIS application package. The necessity of introducing a digital platform into the activities of the organizational and management department of the Central Republican Bank of the Donetsk People's Republic is substantiated. The development of a project for the implementation of a digital platform for an enterprise was completed; the economic efficiency of implementation was determined, and a system-dynamic approach was applied to demonstrate the labor costs for the implementation of the stages of implementation of the digital platform.

В работе рассматриваются особенности внедрения инновационной информационной системы SAP IBP на примере конкретного предприятия «Колбасный завод». В работе проведен анализ ИТ рынка для сравнения существующих систем релевантных для процесса оптимизации бизнес – процессов, подробно рассмотрена система SAP IBP, а также ее применимость с точки зрения оптимизации бизнес – планирования на предприятии. Также, были рассмотрены эффекты от внедрения ИТ системы и положительные тенденции для бизнеса. Была рассчитана экономическая эффективность внедрения системы и описано внедрение ИТ проекта. / In this work we describe the features of the implementation of the SAP IBP system on the example of a "Sausage Plant". In the work were made an analysis in the IT market to compare systems relevant to the process of optimizing business processes, discusses in detail the SAP IBP system, as well as its applicability from the point of view of optimizing business planning at the enterprise. Also, the effects of the implementation of the IT system and positive trends for business were considered, economic efficiency of the system implementation was calculated and the implementation of the IT project was described.
