От эффективности эксплуатации основных средств предприятий топливно-энергетического комплекса зависит уровень затрат на их содержание. Большая часть основных средств предприятий выработала свой срок эксплуатации и требует принятия решения по их ликвидации, реконструкции или ремонту с продлением срока эксплуатации в соответствие с требованиями действующего законодательства. Целью магистерской диссертации является разработка теоретико-методических положений по эффективному использованию основных средств на объектах топливно-энергетического комплекса. В работе рассматривается адаптивный для практического применения методический подход к оценке эффективности эксплуатации оборудования с истекающим сроком назначенного ресурса. Он описывает последовательность действий при подготовке формирования планов по реконструкции, диагностике, техническому обслуживанию и ремонту основного и вспомогательного оборудования, назначенный ресурс, или ресурс, продленный после проведения ЭПБ, которого подходит к концу. В качестве источников использовалась учебно-методическая и научно-исследовательская литература, результаты аналитических исследований автора и данные корпоративной статистики. В магистерской диссертации был разработан подход к оценке эффективности эксплуатации основных средств, в том числе с истекшим сроком службы, который способствует росту экономических показателей предприятий топливно-энергетического комплекса. / The level of maintenance costs depends on the efficiency of the operation of fixed assets of fuel and energy complex enterprises. Most of the fixed assets of enterprises have developed their service life and require a decision on their liquidation, reconstruction or repair with the extension of the service life in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. The purpose of the master's thesis is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions for the effective use of fixed assets at the facilities of the fuel and energy complex. The paper considers an adaptive for practical application methodological approach to assessing the efficiency of equipment operation with the expiration of the assigned resource. It describes the sequence of actions in preparing the formation of plans for the reconstruction, diagnosis, maintenance and repair of main and auxiliary equipment, the assigned resource, or the resource extended after the EPB, which is coming to an end. The sources used were educational, methodological, and research literature, the results of the author's analytical research, and corporate statistics. In the master's thesis, an approach was developed to assess the efficiency of the operation of fixed assets, including those with an expired service life, which contributes to the growth of economic indicators of fuel and energy complex enterprises.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to assess the economic efficiency of alow-energy and passive construction. This paper presents problems of lowenergy and passive construction, their individual characteristics, classification, construction materials, evaluation methods and opportunities for economic assessment due to the investment costs of implementation objects. The main practical part focuses on comparing the investment and operating costs for the construction of a standard, low-energy and passive house. Together with this are processed simple labels building. The out come of this diploma thesis is the calculation of returnability increased by the initial investment in the construction of a standard, low-energy and passive house.

В магистерской диссертации рассмотрены современные проблемы управления персонала, проанализированы объективные характеристики для проблемы управления персоналом. Изучена деятельность Государственного Бюджетного Учреждения «Научно-технического центра инноваций и технологий» и составлена модель полной архитектуры предприятия с применением прикладного пакета ARIS. Обоснована необходимость внедрения цифровой платформы в деятельность организационно-управленческого отдела Центрального Республиканского Банка Донецкой Народной Республики. Выполнена разработка проекта внедрения цифровой платформы на предприятие; определена экономическая эффективность внедрения, а также применён системно-динамический подход с целью демонстрации трудозатрат на выполнение этапов внедрения цифровой платформы. / In the master's thesis, modern problems of personnel management are considered, objective characteristics for the problem of personnel management are analyzed. The activities of the State Budgetary Institution «Scientific and Technical Center for Innovation and Technology» were studied and a model of the complete architecture of the enterprise was compiled using the ARIS application package. The necessity of introducing a digital platform into the activities of the organizational and management department of the Central Republican Bank of the Donetsk People's Republic is substantiated. The development of a project for the implementation of a digital platform for an enterprise was completed; the economic efficiency of implementation was determined, and a system-dynamic approach was applied to demonstrate the labor costs for the implementation of the stages of implementation of the digital platform.

В магистерской диссертации рассмотрены проблемы развития системы управления персоналом на современном этапе, проанализированы современные информационные системы управления персоналом. Изучена деятельность Государственного бюджетного учреждения «Научно-технический центр инноваций и технологий», в процессе анализ действующей системы управления персоналом, выявлена необходимость в реализации автоматизированной системы для процесса подбора персонала. Представлен проект реализации автоматизированной системы подбора персонала, с применением системно-динамического подхода для определения трудозатрат на его разработку и дана оценка экономического эффекта от внедрения автоматизированной системы в учреждении. / In the master's thesis, the problems of the development of the personnel management system at the present stage are considered, modern information systems of personnel management are analyzed. The activity of the State Budgetary Institution "Scientific and Technical Center of Innovations and Technologies" has been studied, in the process of analyzing the current personnel management system, the need for the implementation of an automated system for the recruitment process has been identified. A project for the implementation of an automated recruitment system is presented, using a system-dynamic approach to determine the labor costs for its development and an assessment of the economic effect of the introduction of an automated system in an institution is given.
