В данной работе проведено исследование по совершенствованию системы нормирования расхода топлива на основе конкретизации и установления закономерностей изменения его расхода под влиянием природно-климатических условий округов Свердловской области. / In this paper, a study was conducted to improve the system of fuel consumption rationing based on concretization and establishing patterns of changes in its consumption under the influence of the natural and climatic conditions of the districts of the Sverdlovsk region.

Березовский. Проанализирован район расположения планируемого парка развлечений, рассмотрено влияние парковых зон на развитие территорий городов. Определены источники финансирования, сформирован бюджет проекта, рассчитаны показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and appendices. The paper considers the financial and economic project for the creation of an amusement park in Berezovsky. The area of the planned amusement park is analyzed, the influence of park zones on the development of urban areas is considered. The sources of financing have been identified, the project budget has been formed, and the indicators of the economic efficiency of the project have been calculated. In conclusion, the main conclusions are formulated, and the results of the study are summarized.

В работе разработан проект редевелопмента промышленной территории Невьянского машиностроительного завода и проведено его финансово-экономическое обоснование. Проанализирована территория расположения рассматриваемого земельного участка и разработана концепция редевелопмента территории на основе разработанного мастер-плана. Сформирован бюджет проекта, рассчитаны интегральные показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования. / The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliographic list and appendices. In the work the project of redevelopment of the industrial territory of the Nevyansk Machine-Building Plant is developed and its financial and economic substantiation is carried out. The territory of the considered land plot location is analysed and the concept of territory redevelopment is developed on the basis of the developed master plan. The budget of the project was formed, integral indicators of the project economic efficiency were calculated. The conclusion formulates the main conclusions and summarises the results of the study.

В настоящее время государственные закупки помогают в удовлетворении нужд государства и его субъектов, представляют собой ключевой механизм, обеспечивающий и отражающий качество реализации отношений между государством, бизнесом и обществом. Целью магистерской диссертации является совершенствование методического обеспечения обоснования государственной закупки, осуществляемой бюджетной организацией, с применением инструментария функционально-стоимостного анализа. Работа ориентирована на решение вопроса связанного с тем, что описание объектов закупки формируется до анализа затрат на варианты его комплектации. В качестве источников использовалась научно-исследовательская и методическая литература, статистические данные макроуровня и микроуровня, данные учета и отчетности организаций, нормативные документы. В магистерской диссертации был предложен методический подход к обоснованию государственной закупки, осуществляемой бюджетной организацией, основанный на применении инструментария функционально-стоимостного анализа, исследовании экономической полезности функций объекта закупки и выборе оптимального уровня осуществления этих функций. / At present, public procurement is helping to meet the needs of the State and its stakeholders and is a key mechanism for ensuring and reflecting the quality of the implementation of relations between the State, business and society. The purpose of the master’s thesis is is to improve the methodological support for public procurement carried out by the budget organization, using functional-cost analysis tools. The work addresses the issue of the fact that the description of the items to be purchased is prepared before the cost analysis of the options for procurement. The sources used were research and methodological literature, macro- and micro-level statistics, accounting and reporting data of organizations, and normative documents. The master’s thesis proposed a methodological approach to the justification of public procurement carried out by a budget organization, based on the application of functional toolsA cost analysis, a study of the economic utility of the functions of the subject matter of procurement and the selection of the optimal level of performance of those functions.
