Магистерская диссертация «Роль молодежных организаций в гармонизации межэтнических отношений и профилактике экстремизма в молодежной среде на примере Североуральского городского округа Свердловской области» состоит из введения, двух частей, заключения, библиографического списка, приложений. В теоретической части представлены особенности роли молодежных организаций в профилактике экстремизма в молодежной среде: основные понятия, теоретические подходы, проанализированы межэтнические отношения в молодежной среде: основные понятия и пути их гармонизации посредством молодежных организаций. В практической части описывается разработка программы по профилактике экстремизма и гармонизации межнациональных отношений с привлечением потенциала молодежных организаций Североуральского городского округа, обозначены особенности реализации и анализ программы по профилактике экстремизма и гармонизации межнациональных отношений в учреждении по работе с молодежью на примере Муниципального казенного учреждения «Объединение молодёжно-подростковых клубов Североуральского городского округа. В заключении подведены итоги в соответствии с поставленными задачами. Цель исследования – разработка программы по профилактике экстремизма и гармонизации межнациональных отношений с привлечением потенциала молодежных организаций Североуральского городского округа Свердловской области. Объем работы составил 94 страницы. В работе содержатся 4 таблицы, 8 рисунков, 1 приложение. В библиографическом списке представлен 61 источник. / The master's thesis "The role of youth organizations in the harmonization of interethnic relations and the prevention of extremism among young people on the example of the North Ural City District of the Sverdlovsk region" consists of an introduction, two parts, conclusion, bibliography, appendices. In the theoretical part, the features of the role of youth organizations in the prevention of extremism in the youth environment are presented: basic concepts, theoretical approaches, interethnic relations in the youth environment are analyzed: basic concepts and ways of their harmonization through youth organizations. The practical part describes the development of a program for the prevention of extremism and the harmonization of interethnic relations with the involvement of the potential of youth organizations of the North Ural city district, outlines the specifics of the implementation and analysis of the program for the prevention of extremism and the harmonization of interethnic relations in the institution for youth work on the example of the Municipal state Institution "Association of Youth and Adolescent clubs of the North Ural City District. In conclusion, the results are summed up in accordance with the tasks set. The purpose of the study is to develop a program for the prevention of extremism and the harmonization of interethnic relations with the involvement of the potential of youth organizations of the North Ural City District of the Sverdlovsk region. The volume of work was 94 pages. The work contains 4 tables, 8 figures, 1 appendix. The bibliographic list contains 61 sources.

Данное исследование посвящено изучению экологической политики США при администрациях Джорджа Буша-мл. (2001–2009), Барака Обамы (2009–2017) и Дональда Трампа (2017–2021), анализу стратегий реализации внутриполитической экологической повестки в рамках Организации Объединенных Наций, поиску партийной корреляции и оценке степени преемственности экологических курсов администраций. / This study examines US environmental policy during the George W. Bush (2001–2009), Barack Obama (2009–2017) and Donald Trump (2017–2021) administrations, analyze the strategies for implementing the domestic political environmental agenda at the United Nations, search for party correlation and assess the degree of continuity of environmental policies of the administrations.

Актуальность и проблема исследования состоит в том, что выгоды от экологических инвестиций не всегда очевидны в краткосрочном периоде и необходимо разрабатывать альтернативные методы для оценки эффективности и полученных результатов с точки зрения рисков, возникающих в бизнесе. Часто инвестиции в природоохранные мероприятия воспринимаются как неэффективные, снижающие рентабельность бизнеса. Целью работы является развитие методических основ анализа и оценки экономической эффективности инвестиций в систему экологического менеджмента на промышленном предприятии, позволяющих установить взаимосвязь между экологическими стратегиями и экономическими показателями. Эколого-экономическая оценка является основополагающей для промышленных предприятий. / The relevance and problem of the study is that the benefits of environmental investments are not always obvious in the short term and it is necessary to develop alternative methods to assess the effectiveness and results obtained from the point of view of risks arising in business. Investments in environmental protection measures are often perceived as ineffective, reducing the profitability of the business. The aim of the work is to develop methodical foundations for the analysis and assessment of the economic efficiency of investments in the environmental management system at an industrial enterprise, allowing to establish the relationship between environmental strategies and economic indicators. Environmental and economic assessment is fundamental for industrial enterprises.

Questa tesi analizza un tema fondamentale e nello stesso tempo controverso: il rischio di liquidità che, dopo la crisi del 2007-2008, sta diventato sempre più importante. Le banche centrali forniscono la liquidità necessaria per ridurre la probabilità di un collasso del sistema finanziario, utilizzando una vasta gamma di strumenti. La tesi in oggetto propone un’analisi della politica quantitativa della Banca Centrale Europea: un’analisi in cui sono state considerate le condizioni di mercato e la loro coerenza con la domanda di liquidità da parte del sistema bancario. Il quadro normativo internazionale Basilea III ha introdotto nuove regole per la gestione del rischio di liquidità. Questo lavoro presenta una serie di azioni che possono essere applicate per migliorare le capacità di gestione del rischio di liquidità della banca stessa. Applicando al processo decisionale il metodo della simulazione, è stata utilizzata un'analisi di sensitività per determinare l'impatto delle decisioni manageriali sull’indice di liquidità. Questa tesi mette in evidenza l'importanza del rischio di liquidità e presenta l'analisi empirica che ha permesso l'indagine della relazione che intercorre tra il nuovo requisito introdotto dal Basilea in materia di liquidità (NSFR) e la stabilità del sistema bancario, i fattori macroeconomici e dei mercati finanziari, e le operazioni della banca centrale. / This thesis focuses on a crucial and controversial issue - liquidity risk. After the 2007-2008 crisis it became increasingly important. The Central Banks provide required liquidity to minimise the probability of a financial system meltdown by using a wide array of instruments. This thesis proposes an analyses of the European Central Bank quantitative policy, market conditions in which these measures have been taken, and their consistency with the demand for liquidity by the banking system. The Basel III international regulatory framework introduced new liquidity regulations for managing liquidity risk. This study introduces a number of actions that can be performed to improve a bank’s liquidity risk management capabilities. By applying the simulation-based approach to decision making, a sensitivity analysis was used to determine the impact of managerial rulings on liquidity ratio. The present work highlights the importance of the liquidity risk and presents the empirical analysis that allowed the exploration of the relationship between the Basel’s new liquidity requirement (NSFR) and banking stability, macroeconomic and financial markets factors, and central bank operations.

This essay aims to analyze Zachar Prilepin's book “The Platoon. Officers and Militias of Russian Literature” in the context of the book's affiliation to the cultural expressions of the conservative post-post-Soviet historical interpretation. Zachar Prilepin is not only a well-known and well-established modern Russian writer but also a mnemotic actor who actively participates in memory politics and creates a current radical-conservative discourse within this framework. "Platoon" was published in collaboration between the author and the Russian Military History Society. The book, which consists of the biographies of 11 Russian writers, is considered within the framework of this essay as a program script containing a set of various concepts which form the concentrate of the respective worldview. As well as the overall and central warrior-poet concept that is the subject of a comprehensive analysis devoted to the central place in this essay. The "Platoon" is a prime example of an ongoing reformatting of the view on the past that reflects the post-post-Soviet conservative reading of 19th century history. This book postulates that the poet cannot only become a warrior and take part in the wars for the sake of the Fatherland, but also has such an obligation. In this way, art is put in the service of the state - a militaristic empire that art is obliged to praise, just as it must praise death for own sake. The method for this essay is an integrated approach, which was chosen to combine general scientific and special methods. That is methods such as the method of abstraction, the descriptive-functional method and the method of ascension from the abstract to the concrete. The material for this study consists mainly of Zachar Prilepin's book "Platoon" was mainly used. In addition to this, scientific articles and various publications in the mass media were also used. / Denna uppsats analyserar Zachar Prilepins bok ”Plutonen. Den ryska litteraturens officerare och lantvärnsmän” Boken kan ses som ett bidrag hemmahörande inom den post-sovjetiska kontexten av historietolkning. Zachar Prilepin är inte bara en välkänd och väletablerad modern rysk författare, utan även en mnemonisk aktör som aktivt deltar i den ryska minnespolitiken som skapar en aktuell radikal-konservativ diskurs inom dess ramar. ”Plutonen” gavs ut i samarbete mellan författaren och det Ryska Militärhistoriska Sällskapet. Boken, som består av 11 ryska litteratörers biografier, betraktas inom ramen för denna uppsats som en programskrift som innehåller en uppsättning av diverse koncept vilka utgör ett koncentrat av respektive författares världsåskådning och världsuppfattning. Boken innehåller även ett övergripande, och för denna studie centralt, koncept nämligen krigare-poet som är föremål för en omfattande analys och som står i fokus för denna uppsats. ”Plutonen” är ett framträdande exempel på en pågående omformatering av synen på det förflutna som speglar den post-postsovjetiska konservativa läsningen av 1800-talets historia. Denna bok postulerar att poet inte bara kan bli krigare och delta i krigen för Fosterlandets skull utan även har en sådan förpliktelse. På ett sådant sätt sätts konsten i tjänst till staten – ett militaristiskt imperium som konsten måste besjunga, precis som den måste besjunga döden för dess skull Metoden för denna uppsats är ett integrerat tillvägagångssätt som kombinerar allmänna vetenskapliga och speciella metoder såsom abstraktionsmetoden, den beskrivande-funktionella metoden och metoden för uppstigning från det abstrakta till det konkreta. Materialet som används för denna uppsats är huvudsakligen Prilepins bok ”Plutonen”. Utöver detta användes även vetenskapliga artiklar samt diverse publikationer i mass-media.

This thesis consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography and appendix. The purpose of the work was the need to theoretically justify and practically confirm that the program of educational institution development of secondary vocational education is a mechanism for the implementation of state policy in the system of secondary vocational education. The first chapter describes the theoretical and legal basis of state policy in the field of secondary vocational education. The second chapter analyzes the system of legislation in the field of secondary vocational education and shows a three-level model of public administration for the secondary vocational education development. The third part of the work presents the program of educational institution development as a mechanism for the implementation of state policy in the system of secondary vocational education. The conceptual frame of the program of the professional educational organization development is based on the example of the State Budget Professional Educational Institution “Social Professional College "Builder". The development program of the State Budget Professional Educational Institution “Social Professional College "Builder" is developed in accordance with the state policy in the field of education in order to improve the system of training of construction personnel at the secondary vocational education level. The program is aimed at bringing together the interests of the college and the construction industry of the Sverdlovsk region. / Данная диссертация состоит введения, трех глав, заключения, библиографического списка и приложения. Целью диссертационной работы являлась необходимость теоретически обосновать и практически подтвердить, что Программа развития образовательного учреждения СПО является механизмом реализации государственной политики в системе среднего профессионального образования. В первой главе рассматриваются теоретико-правовые основы государственной политики в сфере среднего профессионального образования. Во второй главе проведен анализ системы законодательства в сфере среднего профессионального образования и показана трёхуровневая модель государственного управления развитием среднего профессионального образования. В третьей части работы представлена программа развития образовательного учреждения как механизм реализации государственной политики в системе среднего профессионального образования. Концептуальные основы программы развития профессиональной образовательной организации на примере ГБПОУ СО «Социально-профессиональный техникум «Строитель». Программа развития ГБПОУ СО «Социально-профессиональный техникум «Строитель» разработана в соответствии с государственной политикой в сфере образования в целях совершенствования системы подготовки строительных кадров со средним профессиональным образованием. Программа направлена на сближение интересов техникума и рынка строительной индустрии Свердловской области.
